The Payments Intelligence organization optimizes each of the billions of dollars of transactions processed by Stripe annually on
behalf of our users, maximizing successful transactions while minimizing payment costs and fraud. We own products like Radar,
Authorization Boost, and Disputes, building fast and scalable services and creating intuitive user experiences. We serve real-time
predictions as part of Stripe’s payment infrastructure and architect controls that leverage ML to optimally manage users’
business.
As a Product Lead on the Payments Intelligence team, you’ll be responsible for scoping, designing, and building intuitive features
that help users maximize their revenue while minimizing their cost while shaping our intelligence platform. You will partner with
many functions at Stripe, with the opportunity to both work on infrastructure/platform systems, as well as produce direct
user-facing business impact.

Your role as a AI Product Lead at Apotea • Leader of an AI team – Lead a small team of up to eight engineers building products at Apotea. • Own the roadmap – From concept to deployment, define and drive the development of AI-powered solutions that align with business goals and user needs. • Bridge business and technology – Translate business problems into clear technical requirements, working closely with Machine Learning Engineers, Software Developers, and stakeholders. • Prioritize with purpose – Balance quick wins with long-term initiatives by using data, business insight, and technical feasibility to guide backlog prioritization. • Collaborate hands-on with the team – Sit with your team daily and be an active part of sprint planning, backlog refinement, and solution discussions. • Define success metrics – Own the KPIs for your domain & products and ensure they deliver measurable impact. • Validate ideas fast – Drive experimentation and data-driven iteration to move from insights to deployed solutions quickly. • Ensure production readiness – Work with engineers to ensure the solutions meet reliability, performance, and compliance standards before going live. • Communicate clearly and often – Share progress, risks, and outcomes transparently with leadership and other stakeholders. • Follow up the AI trends and find good AI products – Educate non technical members in the organization to help them use AI and become more efficient in their daily tasks. THE ROLE Mission: Operationalize Legora's biggest launches and marketing programs — keeping product, marketing, and go-to-market moving as one, so the work ships on time and lands with impact. This role reports directly to the VP of Product Marketing. What you'll do Operationalize launches end to end. Own the operational backbone of major product launches: build the launch plan, track every workstream, and keep owners accountable to dates. You're the person who knows the status of everything and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks between teams. Drive marketing programs to completion. Manage the projects that keep the PMM engine running — campaigns, enablement pushes, content programs — from kickoff through delivery. Set the cadence, run the check-ins, and keep momentum when things get complex. Keep cross-functional teams aligned. Sit at the center of PM, Product Ops, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and GTM and drive tight collaboration across all four. Translate between functions, surface dependencies early, and turn a room of competing priorities into a single shared plan. Build the operating rhythm. Establish and maintain the systems that make launches repeatable: trackers, status reporting, launch calendars, and retrospectives. Leave every program better documented and easier to run than the last. Protect the timeline. When a deliverable slips or priorities collide, you triage, escalate the right things to the right people, and keep the launch on track without waiting to be told. Manage external agency relationships. Own the day-to-day ops with creative, content, and other external partners: brief them clearly, hold them to scope and deadlines, and make sure their output meets the bar. You're the bridge between Legora's creative standards and the work that comes back, in partnership with brand design and PMM. Who succeeds in this role An experienced operator who runs programs like an owner: highly organized, calm under deadline pressure, and energized by getting cross-functional teams to pull in the same direction. You communicate crisply, chase down ambiguity rather than wait it out, and care more about outcomes shipping than tasks being logged. You move fluently between stakeholders at every level of the organization — from individual contributors to executives — and manage external partners with the same rigor. Fluent enough in product and marketing to earn the trust of both. About the Role As the PM leading Data Products, you will own the product strategy and execution for Stripe's merchant-facing data portfolio — defining what it means for Stripe to be the best data platform for our merchants and agents. You'll set the direction across Sigma, SDP, and other data products, lead a team of PMs, and work closely with engineering, design, sales, and Stripe customers to shape how businesses access, analyze, and act on their Stripe data. This is a high-stakes, high-visibility role. Data access is increasingly a core buying criterion for Stripe's largest customers, and the competitive landscape for data portability and embedded analytics is evolving fast. You'll need to think strategically about platform positioning, lead through ambiguity, and ship products that work flawlessly for a very sophisticated user base. What You'll Do * Set and own the product strategy for Stripe’s data products, defining the multi-year vision and translating it into a coherent roadmap that balances enterprise growth, self-serve expansion, and platform quality * Lead and develop a PM team. Engage directly with Stripe's largest users to understand how they use and rely on their Stripe data, and feed those insights back into the roadmap * Navigate deep technical complexity. Work fluently with data engineering and infrastructure teams on the underlying Reporting Data Warehouse and data pipeline architecture * Anticipate the AI shift. Identify how AI-native workflows (agentic data access, natural language querying, automated reporting) should reshape the product surface over the next 2–3 years * Communicate and influence broadly. Write crisp strategy docs, earn trust from senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Finance, and represent Data Products clearly at the leadership level Who You Are * 10+ years in product management, including experience leading or managing PM teams of 5+ PMs * Deep expertise in data products. You have shipped at least one of: a BI/analytics tool, a data integration product, a warehouse connector, or a developer data API * Strong commercial intuition. You understand how data products drive enterprise deal velocity, expansion, and retention, and you've worked closely with Sales and CS on product strategy * Technically fluent. You can hold your own in discussions about data pipeline architecture, warehouse connectors, SQL query execution, and data delivery semantics; you don't need to write the code but you need to understand the tradeoffs * Exceptional written communicator.
