Intermercato söker en Global försäljningschef som får en nyckelroll i bolaget med ansvar för att leda, utveckla och driva vår globala försäljningsorganisation. Rollen omfattar ansvar för försäljning, distributörsnätverk och marknads-expansion i mer än 40 länder världen över.
Intermercato är ett svenskt företag med ett brett sortiment av högpresterande lyftredskap för elva olika segment. Utöver lyftredskap utvecklar och erbjuder vi även patenterade lösningar för trådlösa vågsystem som används inom bland annat hamnar, skogsindustri och andra krävande miljöer. Som Global Sales Manager får du en bred och varierad roll där du ansvarar för att utveckla och genomföra Intermercatos globala försäljningsstrategi. Du arbetar nära ledningsgruppen, distributörer, kunder och kollegor över hela organisationen. Rollen innebär stort inflytande över bolagets framtida tillväxt och marknadsutveckling. Du kommer driva och utveckla försäljning inom de elva kundsegment Intermercato är aktiva inom.
Du kommer att leda utvecklingen av vår globala försäljningsorganisation, etablera strukturerade arbetssätt inom försäljning och CRM, utveckla våra återförsäljarnätverk samt säkerställa att vi växer både på befintliga och nya marknader.
Rollen är strategisk, taktisk och operativ, vilket gör den särskilt intressant för dig som trivs med att kombinera affärsutveckling, ledarskap och kundnära försäljning.
Tjänsten innebär personalansvar för bolagets försäljningsorganisation och ett nära samarbete med ekonomi, marknadsföring, produktutveckling, produktion och product management. Du rapporterar direkt till VD och ingår i bolagets ledningsgrupp.
I rollen som Global försäljningschef har du det övergripande ansvaret för att utveckla och driva Intermercatos globala försäljning.
Vi söker dig som har dokumenterad erfarenhet av internationell försäljning inom tillverkande industri eller teknisk B2B-försäljning. Du har erfarenhet av att leda försäljningsorganisationer, utveckla distributörsnätverk och skapa lönsam tillväxt på internationella marknader.
Erfarenhet från områden såsom materialhantering, skogsindustri, återvinning, entreprenad, hamnar eller liknande industrisegment är meriterande.
Som person är du affärsdriven, strukturerad och resultatorienterad. Du har ett starkt kundfokus och trivs med att bygga långsiktiga relationer samtidigt som du kan omsätta strategier till konkreta resultat.
Som ledare är du tydlig, engagerande och coachande. Du skapar förtroende, bygger starka team och har förmågan att få människor att utvecklas och prestera mot gemensamma mål.
Placering
Tjänsten är placerad i Tommarp. Rollen innebär regelbundet internationellt resande, uppskattningsvis 50–80 resdagar per år, med fokus på distributörer, kunder, mässor och marknadsutveckling i Europa och övriga relevanta marknader.

Our work covers the entire end-to-end supply chain, including industrialization, purchasing, production, and logistics. Within Operations Development, our team of 30 focuses on long-term, strategic transformation. We drive cross-functional change management and digital innovation to ensure our global supply chain is optimized for future growth. A key pillar of this organization is the Data & Analytics team. The team delivers analytics solutions across all Global Operations functions, with a strong focus on creating business value through insights and decision support. While Qlik Sense and Power BI are key platforms, the team also develops advanced analytics solutions using machine learning, generative AI, and a broad range of modern technologies. Beyond analytics, the team plays a central role in developing, maintaining, and continuously improving our transformed data in the enterprise data warehouse. We are on an exciting journey to build a future-ready data foundation by driving our data strategy, including AI-ready data enabled through semantic models. The team also leads the Master Data Management (MDM) governance model across Global Operations, working closely with data leads in the line organization to strengthen data quality, ownership, and governance. As Manager of Data & Analytics, you will lead the next generation of analytics and data capabilities within Global Operations.
