Figma’s distribution partnerships team is focused on unlocking new sources of revenue and hyper-scaling growth through the power
of strategic alliances. This includes accelerating go-to-market (GTM) efforts, serving the needs of our customers, and bringing
Figma’s platform to new organizations around the world. We are looking to hire an experienced business development and
partnerships professional to scale our efforts with agencies, systems integrators, consultancies, and commercial partners
(resellers) across APAC. This includes driving revenue growth and supporting customers in India, SE Asia, South Korea, and ANZ. .
This is an exciting opportunity to join an emerging team at Figma where you will play an active role in shaping our long-term
partner strategy. You will build new partner programs from scratch and scale our existing motions to new customers and partners
across APAC.
This role is based in our Singapore hub on a hybrid basis.

Our Alliances organization is seeking a Partner Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will strategically plan and work with the Partners and Sales team to deliver a cross-functional GTM to engage our GSI and strategic partners to accelerate revenue in the ASEAN region. This role will take care of GSIs as well as key System Integrator (SI) Partners across ASEAN. We are looking for an individual who understands the Partner and Alliances ecosystem, understands sales, business driven and knows how to grow and manage their book of business. In addition to selling and developing partners, you will be responsible for driving marketing activities with your partners to increase brand awareness and product adoption. You will have a unique opportunity to work for a company who has rapidly evolved from a disruptive start-up to a global force to help mobilize the world’s data. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO: * Define and put in place a structure to lead the strategy for GSI and strategic Regional System Integrators in the ASEAN region * Increase Mindshare of Snowflake with our identified GSI partners in ASEAN, as the data and AI preferred platform * Evangelize, enable and develop go-to-market strategies to accelerate your book of business * Achieve partnership goals including sales quotas, as well as technical and marketing activities * Formulate winning strategies and strategize account engagements with the field to win together * Work with sales, solution engineering, professional services and other relevant teams to collaborate for success * Develop partner specific account plans to include annual & quarterly goals, as well as marketing and enablement plans * Work collaboratively with our APJ teams, sales and sales engineering teams to meet territory sales goals * Ability to work independently and enjoy building the business across new markets ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE: * 15+ years of industry experience within partnership/alliances, sales, marketing, business development * 10 years of direct channel sales/management experience within the data, cloud , GSI or SaaS space * Ability to design and present business plans, track and articulate program progress, design and document program guidelines for distribution throughout the organization (all levels) and for external use * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience * Ability to travel up to 50% Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
