This is a high-exposure position requiring exceptional organisational, project, and time-management skills. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative, logistical, and scheduling tasks for the CEO and, on occasion, his family. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide high-level administrative support, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and preparing briefings and materials. * Coordinate and manage the CEO's personal and professional logistics, including travel arrangements, event support, and last-minute requests. * Proactively anticipate executive needs and address them independently and efficiently. * Demonstrate impeccable attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-moving environment. * Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information. * Exhibit a high level of professionalism and service orientation in all communications and interactions. * Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. * Be available on-demand (24/7 availability as needed, including across time zones). * Manage competing deadlines with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Travel Requirements * Primary operational hubs: Germany (Bremen), Turkey (Bodrum), Bulgaria (Sofia) * Frequent international travel required; ability to relocate or spend extended periods in key hubs. * Valid passport and readiness to travel on short notice for business or family support. Additional Qualifications * Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages an advantage. * Proven experience in managing executive operations, teams, or private offices at a top-tier level. * High digital literacy (MS Outlook, productivity tools, task-tracking systems, AI assistants). * Able to pass comprehensive background checks (criminal, psychological, and substance screening). ROLE PURPOSE This is a front-line sales role at the heart of FT Live’s delegate acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for driving ticket revenue and securing high-quality, senior-level audiences for a portfolio of world-class fixed income events, including Global ABS, ABS East, The CEE Forum and The FT Bond Summit. Using a proactive, outbound sales approach across phone and email, you will identify, engage, and convert prospective delegates, taking full ownership of your sales pipeline from first contact through to registration. You will be confident in high-volume cold calling, skilled at navigating gatekeepers, and adept at using proven sales tactics to overcome objections and close deals. Success in this role requires a sharp eye for detail, the ability to manage multiple leads effectively within our CRM system, and a disciplined, results-driven approach to reporting and performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Proactively source, qualify, and convert high-value delegate prospects to maximise ticket sales across your events. * Confidently pitch FT Live’s fixed income events, delivering a compelling sales narrative that drives urgency and secures registrations. * Own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through to close, consistently converting leads into paying delegates. * Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual revenue targets, taking full accountability for delegate sales performance. * Develop expert knowledge of the buy/sell relationships at our deal making events and sector-specific priorities to tailor sales conversations and improve conversion rates. * Consistently hit sales KPIs, including call volumes, dial-outs, and conversion targets, set by the Delegate Relations Team Lead * Drive outbound sales activity, engaging prospective delegates with clear, persuasive value propositions that lead to immediate action. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of senior-level prospects, ensuring the right decision-makers are secured for each event. * Cultivate repeat business by turning first-time attendees into loyal, year-on-year customers through effective account management. * Consider your delivery as part of the wider sales eco-system, upselling and passing on relevant leads to the sponsorship sales team, and being aware of their pipelines. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE * Excellent written and spoken English is essential, with the ability to communicate confidently and persuasively in phone-based sales conversations with senior stakeholders.
