Det här är inte en traditionell säljroll. Som Retention Consultant blir du navet mellan kund, affär och framtid. Du möter kunder som tvekar, vill lämna eller behöver påminnas om varför de valde oss. 2025 startade vi ett helt nytt retentionteam med en ny, driven chef som vill skapa ett arbetssätt med tydlig effekt: mindre churn, nöjdare kunder. Det nordiska teamet växer och är en central del av Culligans fokus inför 2026. Här bygger vi ett proaktivt, datadrivet och affärsnära sätt att arbeta med kundlojalitet – och du är en av nyckelspelarna. 👯 Ditt team
Du blir en del av vårt nordiska retentionteam, som idag består av tre personer i Norge och en i Finland. Teamet växer, och vi jobbar stenhårt för att stärka vår kapacitet och närvaro i hela Norden. Retentionteamet ingår i marknadsavdelningen, och du rapporterar direkt till vår Retention Manager. Du får äkta doer till chef – hög energi och tydligt affärsfokus. Här händer saker, beslut tas och initiativ belönas. Samtidigt finns utrymme att göra rätt: förstå kunden, analysera behov och bygga lösningar som håller över tid.
I rollen samarbetar du tätt med hela organisationen, framför allt marknad, sälj och kundservice, men också med vår servicefunktion. Här på Culligan har både tjänstemän och tekniker avgörande roller - serviceteknikerna är ute hos våra kunder varje dag. Därför gör varje insats i retentionteamet stor skillnad för både kollegor, kunden och vår nordiska utveckling.

Some people are technical but wish they were closer to the commercial side. Others are great in sales environments but struggle when the conversation gets technical. The person we are looking for is neither - you’re genuinely at home in both worlds. That's who we're looking for. You'll be joining Mentimeter's Strategic Accounts team - a sales team working with our most complex, high-value enterprise customers. You'll sit alongside Key Account Managers and Customer Success Managers, acting as their technical partner in deals, renewals, and expansions. When an enterprise IT team needs convincing, when a security review is holding up a contract, or when a customer's technical setup isn't working for them - that's when you step in. You'll be the first person in this role across EMEA, which means you'll have real scope to shape how we do Sales Engineering in Strategic Accounts. There's no predefined playbook. If you need one, this probably isn't the right role. But if you're energised by building something from scratch, it's a rare opportunity. The Role: Yubico is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our UKI, Nordics & MEA enterprise business. This is a true player-coach leadership role.
