As an Agile Team Lead in Channels IT, you will lead a team responsible for solutions within our External Web and Identity
Management domain.
This role combines people leadership, delivery leadership, and operational excellence. You will help create an environment where

Working closely with Product Managers, Architects, Tech Leads, and other Agile Team Leads, you will ensure your team can

ABOUT THE ROLE As IT Manager for the PCB Assembly Solutions (PA) division, you will play a key role in ensuring that the division's IT and Operational Technology (OT) capabilities effectively support business objectives across a global organization. While the division operates from multiple international sites, much of its leadership is based in Sweden, making this role central to driving collaboration between business and technology. This is a newly created role where you'll have the opportunity to develop the function, shape the role and play a key part in Mycronic's digital journey. Combining leadership with hands-on application ownership, you'll work close to the business and have real influence on how digital solutions create value across the organization. PCB Assembly Solutions develops and delivers advanced production solutions for the electronics manufacturing industry. The division provides market-leading equipment, software and digital services that enable electronics manufacturers worldwide to assemble printed circuit boards with exceptional precision, quality and efficiency. Combining technical innovation with a strong focus on production, service and digitalization, the division continues to shape the future of electronics manufacturing. In this role, you will act as the bridge between the business and several internal IT-functions and partners. You'll take ownership of the division's business-critical applications, drive digital transformation initiatives and ensure compliance with corporate IT policies and cybersecurity requirements. Your division consists of nearly 500 employees, around 150 of whom are based in Sweden. You will have two direct reports. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES As IT Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Develop and maintain the division's IT and OT roadmap aligned with business priorities and corporate strategy * Drive digitalization initiatives and identify continuous improvement opportunities across the organization * Explore and implement AI-driven solutions that create tangible business value through automation, improved analytics, decision support and optimized workflows * Own and manage key business applications such as SugarCRM, ServiceMax and MYPlace 2.0, including lifecycle management, upgrades and supplier coordination * Act as the primary IT representative for the division towards Business IT (PG), Corporate IT and internal IT/OT service providers * Manage external IT and OT suppliers in collaboration with IT Indirect Sourcing * Represent the division in Tool Steering Groups (TSGs) and lead the TSG-CLM and collaborate closely with key business stakeholders * Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies, cybersecurity requirements and regulatory frameworks such as NIS2 * Maintain documentation, risk assessments and business continuity plans for division-owned applications * Prepare and manage the annual IT/OT budget, including forecasting, cost follow-up and investment planning * Lead and develop a small team of Application Managers and IT/OT Specialists while fostering a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement WHO ARE YOU? SAP TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT TEST LEAD – GLOBAL SAP TM/BN4L ROLLOUT Are you an experienced Test Lead with a strong background in global SAP implementations and logistics transformation programs? We are now looking for a skilled SAP Transportation Management Test Lead to take overall responsibility for the test scope in a major global SAP TM and SAP BN4L rollout. H&M has started its journey to implement SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) and SAP Business Network for Logistics (SAP BN4L) as part of a larger global SAP S/4HANA transition program. The solution will be rolled out to approximately 70 warehouses globally, making this a large-scale transformation initiative with significant business impact. As Test Lead, you will drive and coordinate the overall test strategy and execution for pilot warehouses and continuous global warehouse rollouts. You will work closely with the selected system integration partner, transport and trade teams, logistics organization, H&M’s test organization, and other internal and external stakeholders. Experience from previous SAP BN4L implementations and rollouts is highly meriting. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you will be responsible for: * Owning the overall test strategy, test plan and test approach for both E2E and UAT * Driving E2E and UAT testing for SAP TM and SAP BN4L together with the system integrator, business and technology organizations * Ensuring that the tech organization and external suppliers/partners sign off on unit, system and regression testing before E2E and UAT start for each delivery scope * Owning entry and exit criteria, test readiness assessments and test-related go/no-go input * Presenting test sign-off recommendations for each go-live * Communicating risks, quality status and readiness clearly, based on factual test outcomes * Establishing reusable test assets, regression packs and test governance to support the long-term SAP TM/BN4L product lifecycle * Reporting and escalating to the Transportation Management PMO and steering forums * Coordinating with other Test Leads within the overall SAP S/4HANA program organization REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCE We are looking for someone with: * Previous Test Lead experience from a global logistics program rollout * Previous Test Lead experience from a SAP/SAP TM implementation in a large global organization * Minimum 8 years of documented experience as a Test Lead * Proven experience in stakeholder management across business and technology in large global organizations * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English * Strong ability to drive structure, clarity and progress in complex transformation environments Previous assignment experience from H&M is considered highly meriting.
