Customer Service Specialist – (Norska/Engelska)
Start: Omgående eller enligt överenskommelse

I rollen kommer du att ge kundservice för flera av våra samarbetspartner via telefon, chatt och e-post. Du hjälper kunder med frågor, ger support och arbetar för att skapa en positiv kundupplevelse i varje kontakt.
Du blir en del av ett engagerat team där service och samarbete står i fokus.
Vi söker dig som
Talar och skriver flytande norska och engelska
Har ett genuint intresse för kundservice.
Är ansvarstagande, lösningsorienterad och har en positiv inställning.

Anställningen inleds med en grundlig introduktion och stöd från erfarna kollegor.
Vi har kollektivavtal genom Unionen och lönespannet för denna tjänst ligger mellan 22 000 och 25 000 kronor per månad, beroende på erfarenhet.
Utgångspunkt: kontoret i Solna, med möjlighet till hybridarbete efter utbildning
