We're now looking for a B2B Sales Executive to join our B2B team in Stockholm HQ.
Your mission
As B2B Sales Executive, your mission is to grow Bruce Studios' corporate client base with accounts that are the right fit – and to
make sure every client experiences a smooth, well-supported partnership from first contact onward.
You'll own the full sales cycle: mapping and approaching new prospects, pitching, negotiating, and closing agreements. Once a
client is live, you keep the relationship strong – running regular follow-ups, spotting growth opportunities, and staying close to
what they need.
You're also the connection between the market and Bruce Studios' B2B strategy. What you hear from clients and see from competitors
feeds directly into how the Head of B2B shapes pricing, offering, and process.
Every new client you sign brings more people within reach of training that fits their everyday life – including the working day.
You'll report to the Head of B2B.
What you´ll do
- Map and prospect the corporate market – research, outreach, cold calling, and networking to find companies that are a strong
fit for Bruce Studios
- Own each sales process end to end, from first contact and pitch through negotiation to signed agreement, in line with our
commercial guidelines
- Coordinate onboarding for every new client, making sure accounts are set up correctly and clients know how to use their
membership
Run regular check-ins with existing clients, gathering feedback and spotting growth opportunities
Track market and competitor activity in the corporate segment, flagging opportunities and risks that should shape our offering
Turn client feedback into concrete input for the Head of B2B on strategy, pricing, and process
Compile and deliver monthly reporting on pipeline, sales performance, and client health
Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Member Support so corporate clients get a consistent, high-quality experience
Represent Bruce Studios at relevant meetings, events, and industry conversations to build the corporate pipeline
What we want you to bring
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar new-business role, ideally with full-cycle ownership
from prospecting to close
Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch through outreach, cold calling, and networking
Strong negotiation skills and comfort taking commercial ownership of agreements
A relationship builder who keeps clients engaged long after the contract is signed
Structured and analytical – you track your pipeline, your numbers, and your market
Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
Interest in fitness, wellness, or healthy lifestyles is a big plus
