Vi söker en Brand Manager till affärsområde Tur som vill vara med och arbeta med en av Sveriges starkaste varumärkesportföljer.
Det här är en roll för dig som drivs av att utveckla kreativa kampanjer och omsätta affärsstrategi till kommunikation som
människor känner, pratar om och minns.
Vad kommer du att göra?
Som Brand Manager ansvarar du för att de varumärken du arbetar med attraherar nya kunder och stärker relationen med befintliga
spelare. Du utvecklar kommunikationen i linje med våra varumärkesplattformar för att säkerställa att varumärket utvecklas mot sin
strategiska målbild. Du analyserar försäljning, kampanjer, kundbeteenden och varumärkets utveckling – och du är alltid på jakt
efter förbättringar.
Du är med och moderniserar vår marknadsföring. Som en av Sveriges största annonsörer är vi närvarande i de allra flesta kanaler
men vi har ett extra fokus på att öka vår förmåga att bygga våra varumärken i digitala och sociala kanaler. Sedan ca 1 år tillbaka
är vi också närvarande på TikTok med några varumärken vilket ställer nya krav på vår kommunikation, våra brand assets etc.
Du blir en del av ett team där samarbete är en självklar del av vardagen. Tillsammans med kollegor inom Tur delar ni ansvaret för
att utveckla affären och skapa tillväxt för era varumärken. Här hjälper vi varandra framåt, utmanar idéer och firar gemensamma
framgångar.
Är du den som kommer att göra det?
Du har flera års erfarenhet av att bygga starka konsumentvarumärken som syns och gör skillnad. Du har lett lanseringar, kampanjer
och omniupplevelser i större, komplexa organisationer. Du är van att arbeta utifrån en varumärkesstrategi och utveckla
kommunikationskoncept. Har du framgångsrikt varit med och byggt upp varumärkens närvaro i sociala medier ser vi det som ett extra
plus i kanten.
Självklart säkerställer du att all kommunikation följer marknadsföringslagen, spellagen, SPER riktlinjer och våra egna principer
för ansvarsfull marknadsföring och spelansvar.
En akademisk utbildning inom marknadsföring, kommunikation eller media finns troligen med i bagaget. Du hänger med i den senaste
forskningen inom marknadsföring och hur AI påverkar vårt område och vill alltid utveckla din kunskap. Men viktigast av allt: du
brinner för att skapa kommunikation som engagerar, bygger varumärke och driver affär.

We're looking for an analytical and commercially minded Merchandising Manager to join our Merchandising team for a temporary position during a maternity leave cover, from September/October 2026 to June 2027. In this role, you'll play an important part in optimizing product performance across our brand store fleet. Working closely with Visual Merchandising, Retail and Marketing teams, you'll monitor sales performance, support assortment decisions, steer replenishment and allocation accordingly and help ensure our stores always have the best possible customer offer. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving commercial challenges, and wants to develop a career in merchandising. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor sales and stock performance across stores to identify opportunities and risks. * Perform allocation and replenishment actions to ensure products are available when and where customers need them. * Analyze sales, inventory levels and product performance, turning insights into actionable recommendations. * Support in-season trading activities, including product activations, markdowns and promotional planning. * Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Retail and Marketing teams to execute commercial plans. * Prepare reports and communicate performance insights with cross-functional teams. * Gather feedback from Retail teams to support continuous improvements to the customer offer. * Further develop our tools and be part in optimizing our way of working for future Who we think you are: You're curious, analytical and enjoy working with numbers while keeping the customer in mind. Job Requirements: * 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, allocation, replenishment, planning or retail analysis. * A degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and Excel. * A commercial mindset and interest in retail and consumer behavior. * Skills and experience in building Excel and AI tools is beneficial but not critical * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Job Description: Senior Visual Merchandising Manager Working hours: Full Time Reports to: Global Head of DTC The role: As our Visual Merchandising Manager, you set and lead the development of the visual expression of the brand and our product, specifically in our retail stores but also in other touchpoints such as our showrooms. Your role has a great impact on us delivering brand right, unified experiences that inspire and guide in our physical retail locations. Areas of Responsibility - Develop and maintain a brand and business right visual merchandising strategy, by constantly being up to date with current industry trends and ensuring that the brand is constantly up to date and in front of the market. - Set the guidelines and color stories that communicate a strong seasonal identity and convey a unified brand message with seasonal collection references, styling and outfits, key looks, and a-level products for every collection. - Create, developing & execute Window Concepts by highlighting and showcasing key brand and product initiatives to drive traffic and increase sales by maintaining the consistency of the Brand Image. - Work with internal and external vendors to create fixtures, window displays, POS materials, interior visual props & special promotion displays. · Create & implement Global Visual merchandising Guidelines & Principles for all Channels ( Retail / Wholesale / Franchise / Concessions / Outlets ). - For every seasonal sale conference, support the Creative Director and Marketing Manager to create the showroom concept and build dedicated color stories that tell a story and inspire. - Work closely with the buying team to support collection build-up, range plan, and SKU count to optimize the sell-through in retail channels. - Create the customer journey & In-Store experience via visual strategical product placement. - Plan for in-season rotations to optimize the buy and evaluate the current stock take to be able to take necessary actions. - Communicate & regularly train the instore VMs and store managers, and provide visual presentation feedback and direction on high profile store locations. - Develop and manage yearly visual expense budget. - Manage the visual (commercial) calendar, and ensure deadlines are met consistently. - Drive fixture development in partnership with Concept Manager to showcase new and existing product categories. - Contribute to new store concepts, layouts & openings, to ensure that the stores are built with a strategic visual layout, brand experience, and optimized SKU capacity plan. - Manage, lead, and coach the Visual Merchandiser Specialist in their role (direct report).
