We are looking for a driven Technical Sales Specialist to join our HQ team in Stockholm and help accelerate the growth of our Synchronization business. ABOUT THE POSITION As a Technical Sales Specialist within our Synchronization business unit, you will play a key role in expanding our business in selected target markets. Your focus will be on building trusted relationships with telecom operators by demonstrating the value of Zyntai Sync Solutions and supporting successful project execution, with a particular focus on 5G synchronization. You will lead hands-on testing in telecom labs and live networks, present solutions to customers, and help strengthen our brand across the region. Key Responsibilities: * Lead hands-on testing and evaluation in customer labs and networks, including setting up cloud environments both on-site and remotely. * Design and configure Net Insight’s Synchronization solutions based on customer needs and network requirements. * Act as a trusted advisor to customers, supporting them with network analysis, cloud environments, troubleshooting, and solution design. * Build strong relationships with engineering teams at telecom operators and demonstrate the value of Zyntai Sync Solutions, particularly for 5G synchronization and future network evolution * Travel regularly to meet customers, support technical discussions, and maintain close collaboration with telecom operators. * Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams to share insights, solve challenges and continuously improve how we work. * Work closely with our global network of resellers and system integration partners to support successful deployments and customer projects. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. You enjoy building strong relationships and are confident in managing technical sales processes with telecom operators. Qualifications: * Willingness and ability to travel regularly. * 5+ years of experience in the telecom or mobile networks industry, preferably with established relationships with telecom operators. * Proven ability to lead technical evaluations and drive projects to successful completion. * Hands-on experience from IP networking and configuration and experience in working with cloud systems, virtual machines and Kubernetes. * Solid understanding of 5G networks and mobile technology. Experience with synchronization technologies is considered a plus. * Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions in a clear and customer-friendly way. * A relationship-driven mindset and the ability to build trust with customers, partners, and internal teams. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, or equivalent industry experience. * Fluent in English is mandatory, additional languages are a plus. Job Description As a Test & Learn Specialist, you’ll join the Marketing Insights & Steering area within the Marketing Domain, where we enable data-driven decision-making across H&M’s global marketing organization. Our team plays a central role in understanding the impact of marketing ensuring that investments across channels, markets, and customer touchpoints are measurable, optimised, and aligned with business goals. WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Test & Learn Specialist, you will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across media, customer, and loyalty strategies. You will collaborate closely with the Test & Learn team (Lead and Specialist) and stakeholders across the organisation to run high-quality experiments and generate actionable insights on the impact of our marketing activities. You will be responsible for planning, designing, analysing, and communicating the results of experiments conducted across our communication channels. This role requires strong technical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex results into clear and relevant insights. As a Test & Learn Specialist, you will: Design and run experiments across marketing channels using robust methodologies Analyze results using statistical methods and translate findings into actionable insights Apply best practices in experimentation design, including hypothesis specification, power calculation, setup, analysis and validation Work hands-on with large datasets using SQL, Python, Google BigQuery, and Power BI Ensure data quality and reliability across experiments Communicate results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders Collaborate with teams across Marketing to support experiment execution and insight generation Contribute to improving experimentation methods and ways of working WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH: You will collaborate closely with teams across the Marketing organisation, including Activation (Media Operations and CRM & Loyalty), as well as Creative Production.
