I rollen somCase Manager har du en central och mycket viktig roll i att koordinera rehabiliteringsinsatser utifrån våra kunders olika rehabiliteringsstrategier. Du arbetar bland annat med att fånga upp tidiga signaler på ohälsa, stötta chef och HR i olika rehabiliteringsärenden samt ge förslag på åtgärder i olika rehabiliteringsfrågor.
Du stöttar även chefer i deras roll kopplat till personalvård, rehabiliteringsansvar och systematiskt arbetsmiljöarbete. Genom en tät dialog med kunden skapar ni tillsammans möjligheter till tidiga insatser i syfte att främja hälsa i arbetslivet. På enheten arbetar du tvärprofessionellt och i nära samarbete med dina kollegor, ett team som består av företagsläkare, psykolog, företagssköterska, fysioterapeut/ergonom och arbetsmiljöingenjör. Som Case Manager på Feelgood arbetar man även nära säljteamet, både regionalt och nationellt och tillsammans möter vi våra kunder, fysiskt eller digitalt för att stötta dem i deras systematiska arbetsmiljöarbete.
Vi söker dig sommotiveras av att möta människor, som är driven, kreativ och lyhörd med en helhetssyn och en förmåga att se sambandet mellan arbete och livssituation. Du har ett genuint intresse för att arbeta med arbetslivsinriktad rehabilitering, att möta kunden och den kundanställde där den befinner sig och genom ett konsultativt förhållningssätt presentera möjligheter.
Du är van att ta eget ansvar och arbeta på egen hand likväl som du besitter en social kompetens och är en god lagspelare. Du arbetar noggrant och strukturerat, är en god kommunikatör och flytande i tal och skrift på både svenska och engelska samt har goda IT-kunskaper. Som person är du målmedveten och motiveras av att se konkreta resultat samt driva vår affär framåt vilket innebär att du förutom att se till den enskilda individen kan arbeta strukturerat och målinriktat för att hjälpa organisationen till en förbättrad produktivitet och sänkta kostnader.

Vi ser gärna att du är legitimerad sjuksköterska/företagssköterska. Om inte, så har du annan erfarenhet av att arbeta med rehabilitering. Kanske en bakgrund som beteendevetare eller är förtrogen med försäkringsmedicin. Kanske arbetar du på försäkringskassan med rehabiliteringsärenden?

What you'll do As an Information Security Manager you will get a chance to take ownership of Kognity's information security programme, keeping certifications like SOC 2 and ISO live and evolving, and driving incident response and customer trust for a platform used in classrooms across 120+ countries. You will: Take full ownership of Kognity's information security certifications and the policies behind them, turning a complex compliance landscape into a dependable system. Manage Kognity's incident response plan and strategy for data breaches, ensuring the business can respond quickly and confidently if an incident occurs. Oversee the IT and data security of Kognity's web systems, including banking security, keeping customer and company data protected across our platform. Lead customer information security dialogues and respond to RFPs, building Kognity's reputation as a partner customers can trust with their data.
