💼 Arbetsuppgifter
I rollen som Chemical Manager arbetar du med att bedöma risker med kemikalier och ta fram åtgärdsplaner för att hantera dessa på ett säkert sätt. Du fungerar också som kontaktperson mot kunder, myndigheter och tillsynsorgan, där du hjälper till att säkerställa att företaget följer lagar och regler inom kemikalieområdet. En viktig del av jobbet är att utveckla affärsmöjligheter genom att bygga och stärka relationer med kunder. Du ger teknisk rådgivning och stöd i olika projekt, där du hjälper företag att följa lagkrav och hantera kemikalier på ett säkert och hållbart sätt.
Dessutom håller du utbildningar inom kemikaliehantering och lagstiftning, där du delar med dig av din kunskap och hjälper företag att arbeta mer säkert och effektivt med kemikalier. Rollen är en mix av tekniskt arbete, rådgivning och affärsutveckling, där du både stödjer kunder och bidrar till en säkrare och mer hållbar kemikaliehantering. Vidare ingår det även resor i tjänsten inom Sverige.

Kontaktperson gentemot kunder, myndigheter och tillsynsorgan för att hantera frågor relaterade till kemikalielagstiftningen
Affärsutveckling genom att identifiera och utveckla nya affärsmöjligheter samt bygga och underhålla långsiktiga relationer med kunder.
🔍 Utbildning, erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper
Avslutad utbildning inom kemi, miljövetenskap, hållbarhet, EHS eller liknande
Arbetslivserfarenhet från en teknisk affärsinriktad roll, exempelvis som projektledare
B-körkort samt körvana
Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift
Befattningen kräver att du genomgår och godkänns i en bakgrundskontroll. för befattningar med krav på säkerhetsklassplacering kan, i förekommande fall, medföra krav på visst medborgarskap
Som person tar du stort ägandeskap för dina arbetsuppgifter, utförandet av dessa och säkerställer att arbetet blir slutfört i tid och till hög kvalitet. Du är bra på att sätta upp och hålla tidsramar samt att strukturera och prioritera rätt saker i ditt arbete. Vidare trivs du i kontakt med kunder, har en god social förmåga och är duktig på att bygga långsiktiga relationer. Därtill har du en positiv inställning och tycker om att ha många kontaktytor. We are now looking for a Propulsion Product Manager to grow and strengthen our satellite propulsion portfolio. As Propulsion Product Manager, you will lead satellite propulsion products through their full lifecycle: define strategy and roadmap, set requirements and KPIs, support bids and pricing inputs, and drive product improvements based on customer feedback. You will be a key link between engineering, supply chain, sales and program teams. Your Tasks: Set product strategy: Translate the business area strategy into a clear product plan—what we build, why it matters, and how we deliver it. Position the products: Define cost/lead time/performance targets; set high-level technical and program requirements and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The Area The area consists of a team of both engineers and service technicians where collaboration is critical to ensure good process stability, tool up-time and continuous improvement. All Process Engineers report to the Area Manager in their area. Wet A fast-paced, varied and unique area where the processes differ a lot: wet-etching, deposition and vapor techniques are used to both remove and build material on our chips. The team consists of five Service Technicians and ten Process Engineers. The role Your overall responsibility is to ensure manufacturing goals are met, together with operators and service technicians. Your days will be a mix of meetings with Product Managers and developing new processes that meet customers' specifications. You will also participate in creating work routines for operators and solving problems that occur in the area, driving improvement projects to enhance our workflow and processes in the area. In this role, you will: Develop, maintain and improve processes. Handle stopped production batches and development material together with process integration engineers (PIs). Be a part of creating/improving the infrastructure for operator training and make sure current routine is available and up to date. Participate in process qualification of new equipment/materials and release to them production. Participate in the startup of new products, review specifications and process flows. Grow into taking responsibility for area equipment, improving the tool uptime, maintain and develop new standardized process modules. Drive improvement projects independently. About the position Join Mycronic’s Pattern Generators Division as a Quality Engineer in the Metrology and Process Control group (PMCD). In this role, you will work with process quality, Statistical Process Control, and process optimization for advanced mask manufacturing used in the display and semiconductor industries. You will work close to the cleanroom, process equipment, metrology results, and R&D projects. The work combines data analysis, hands-on cleanroom processing, process tuning, and improvement of process control methods. You will support both daily process stability and new product development, with a focus on making our processes more stable, capable, and repeatable. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Drive and maintain SPC and process control, including monitoring process stability, setting control limits, analyzing trends, and improving process capability. • Work hands-on in the cleanroom with wet chemical and RIE processes, including developing, chrome etching, cleaning, tuning, troubleshooting, and process optimization. • Run and support both automated and manual mask processing, including operating process tools, performing manual process steps, refilling chemicals, and following cleanroom and safety routines. • Plan, run, and evaluate experiments to support R&D activities, including novel product development, process robustness, cleanliness, cleaning performance, and defect reduction. • Analyze process and metrology data to find trends, deviations, root causes, and improvement opportunities. • Support investigations related to yield, process variation, etch performance, uniformity, repeatability, cleanliness, and equipment-related process effects. • Create and improve documentation such as work instructions, process specifications, control plans, test plans, and quality routines. • Work closely with colleagues in process development, metrology, product development, production, system engineering, and quality. On top of this, you need: • MSc or higher in Nanotechnology, Microfabrication, Semiconductor Processing, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or related technical fields. • Experience with process optimization for chrome etch processes. • Experience from cleanroom work, preferably within semiconductor, photomask, display, MEMS, microfabrication, or similar advanced manufacturing. • Experience with SPC, process control, process capability, trend analysis, and data-based problem solving. • Practical experience with wet chemical processing, such as developing, etching, cleaning, or similar chemical process steps. • Good understanding of process variation, repeatability, stability, contamination control, and how process parameters affect product quality. • Ability to analyze complex technical problems and turn data into conclusions, actions, and improvements. • Willingness and ability to work hands-on in a cleanroom, including chemical handling and manual processing. • Fluent English, both written and spoken. It is a merit if you have: • Experience with RIE process development, tuning, troubleshooting, or process control. • Experience from photomask, semiconductor, display, MEMS, or advanced lithography-related manufacturing. • Experience with DOE, process windows, control plans, FMEA, root-cause analysis, or other structured engineering methods. • Experience using metrology data to understand and improve process performance. • Experience with cleanliness, cleaning processes, particle control, contamination analysis, or defect reduction. • Knowledge of chrome, quartz, glass, resist, or other materials used in mask manufacturing. • Experience supporting R&D projects or transferring processes from development into stable operation.
