Som Head of Marketing ansvarar du för att utveckla och genomföra marknadsstrategier som stärker Libers position och bidrar till
affärsområdets tillväxt. Du leder och utvecklar marknadsteamet med ansvar för medarbetare, budget och verksamhet och arbetar nära
försäljning, produktledning och andra delar av organisationen.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid media strategy and drive scalable, profitable growth both in Europe and North America. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing to maximize traffic, conversion, and profitable growth. Paid search and paid social are business-critical channels for our e-commerce success, driving a significant share of both traffic and revenue. In this role, you will ensure both short-term performance and long-term growth across markets. You will both define strategy and be actively involved in execution and optimization across key channels. At Peak Performance, you will take on a key role in a company where e-commerce is central to our business. You will play an important role in shaping how we scale digital growth globally, working with a strong brand and ambitious growth agenda. You will be part of the E-commerce team at our HQ in Stockholm and report to the Head of Ecommerce. Key Responsibilities: * Own and drive the global performance marketing strategy and annual media planning * Develop full-funnel strategies balancing direct response performance with brand awareness and consideration * Lead the execution and optimization of campaigns across SEM, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, and Affiliate channels * Manage and optimize budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS while meeting growth targets * Drive structured testing and experimentation (A/B testing, incrementality, MMM) * Analyze, track, and report performance across key KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, net sales, and contribution margin * Collaborate closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, and Merchandising teams, as well as external partners * Optimize and scale performance marketing across key regions, including both EMEA and North America What you will own: * Global full-funnel digital marketing with full accountability for customer acquisition, paid media budget, and ROI across paid channels * Scalable growth initiatives that balance volume and profitability across markets We believe you bring: * 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media * Strong experience from e-commerce or a consumer-facing brand * Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition in a fast-growing or international e-commerce environment, with clear impact on growth and profitability * Hands-on experience across core channels such as SEM, Paid Social, Display, and Affiliate * Experience optimizing full funnel digital marketing across both EMEA and North America markets * Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights * Experience working cross-functionally and managing agencies or external partners Who you are: * Data-driven and commercially minded * Both strategic and hands-on * Structured in your approach to testing, learning, and optimization * A strong collaborator who can align multiple stakeholders What we offer: We offer you an inspiring work environment where our values of Passion, Togetherhood, Responsibility and Winning Spirit are at the core of everything we do, promoting creativity, teamwork, accountability, and progress. Job Description: Senior Visual Merchandising Manager Working hours: Full Time Reports to: Global Head of DTC The role: As our Visual Merchandising Manager, you set and lead the development of the visual expression of the brand and our product, specifically in our retail stores but also in other touchpoints such as our showrooms. Your role has a great impact on us delivering brand right, unified experiences that inspire and guide in our physical retail locations. Areas of Responsibility - Develop and maintain a brand and business right visual merchandising strategy, by constantly being up to date with current industry trends and ensuring that the brand is constantly up to date and in front of the market. - Set the guidelines and color stories that communicate a strong seasonal identity and convey a unified brand message with seasonal collection references, styling and outfits, key looks, and a-level products for every collection. - Create, developing & execute Window Concepts by highlighting and showcasing key brand and product initiatives to drive traffic and increase sales by maintaining the consistency of the Brand Image. - Work with internal and external vendors to create fixtures, window displays, POS materials, interior visual props & special promotion displays. · Create & implement Global Visual merchandising Guidelines & Principles for all Channels ( Retail / Wholesale / Franchise / Concessions / Outlets ). - For every seasonal sale conference, support the Creative Director and Marketing Manager to create the showroom concept and build dedicated color stories that tell a story and inspire. - Work closely with the buying team to support collection build-up, range plan, and SKU count to optimize the sell-through in retail channels. - Create the customer journey & In-Store experience via visual strategical product placement. - Plan for in-season rotations to optimize the buy and evaluate the current stock take to be able to take necessary actions. - Communicate & regularly train the instore VMs and store managers, and provide visual presentation feedback and direction on high profile store locations. - Develop and manage yearly visual expense budget. - Manage the visual (commercial) calendar, and ensure deadlines are met consistently. - Drive fixture development in partnership with Concept Manager to showcase new and existing product categories. - Contribute to new store concepts, layouts & openings, to ensure that the stores are built with a strategic visual layout, brand experience, and optimized SKU capacity plan. - Manage, lead, and coach the Visual Merchandiser Specialist in their role (direct report). Personal qualifications - Visionary with a great eye for visual and design. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - A passion for brand and brand expression. - Executional mindset striving for constant improvement. - Project management skills and a bias for action. Education & Previous Experience: - Education in visual merchandising, marketing, brand, design or similar. - 5 or more years’ experience of visual merchandising and customer experience for a premium brand. YOUR MISSION AT VOI As CRM Lead at Voi, you will own and evolve our global CRM strategy to drive activation, retention, and customer lifetime value across all markets. You will lead a specialised CRM team and sit at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Growth, turning commercial goals into smart, data-driven journeys that scale. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, you balance long-term roadmap ownership with hands-on execution in journey architecture, targeting logic, and experimentation. Your work will ensure our Braze setup, data stack, and lifecycle programmes are built for impact, efficiency, and global growth. You will: * Define and refine the CRM strategy across activation, retention, win-back, and pricing/product lifecycle in close collaboration with Growth, Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams. * Translate strategy into clear OKRs, backlogs, and roadmaps that support both commercial targets and the messaging needs of global stakeholders. * Prioritise initiatives based on quantitative impact, focusing on CLV, incremental revenue, and P&L contribution. * Own the strategic setup and evolution of our Braze platform, ensuring it supports complex cross-channel journeys and advanced lifecycle logic. * Partner with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to optimise app event taxonomies, data flows, tracking, and monitoring so that CRM is deeply integrated into our product and data layers. * Identify and test opportunities to use AI and automation within the CRM stack to enhance performance, personalisation, and team efficiency. * Lead, coach, and develop the CRM team through structured sprint planning, clear feedback, and a supportive environment where people grow. * Act as a CRM ambassador across Voi, building shared understanding of performance, trends, and priorities, while balancing quick wins with long-term bets. * Collaborate with regional General Managers and Market Managers to align central CRM initiatives with local insights, and to define scalable best practices. * Oversee CRM legal compliance (including GDPR), ensuring consent, preferences, and communication standards meet regulatory requirements. WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK You are a strategically minded, hands‑on CRM leader who enjoys working at the intersection of data, technology and customer experience. You are comfortable shaping long-term direction, while diving into the details of data structures, targeting logic and experiments. You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and create an environment where your team can do its best work. * 6+ years’ experience in CRM or Marketing Automation in a B2C environment, including leading technical specialists and complex cross‑functional projects. * Advanced power-user of Braze or a comparable platform, with a structural understanding of CRM systems, APIs, and event-driven data flows. * Strong working knowledge of SQL and experience navigating complex data structures to build advanced segmentation and targeting logic. * Deep understanding of experimentation methodology (A/B testing, statistical significance, incremental lift, and guardrail metrics). * Familiarity with how AI and machine learning can be applied in CRM to improve predictive targeting and personalisation. * Proven ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, concise narratives for senior, commercial, and technical stakeholders. * Experience role-modelling company values and influencing at a leadership level, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
