We are now looking for an Agile Team Lead – Channels IT to join our team in Channels IT. How you’ll make a difference with us As an Agile Team Lead in Channels IT, you will lead a team responsible for solutions within our External Web and Identity Management domain. This role combines people leadership, delivery leadership, and operational excellence. Working closely with Product Managers, Architects, Tech Leads, and other Agile Team Leads, you will ensure your team can successfully deliver business value while continuously improving ways of working. What you'll do: Lead and develop the team You will be responsible for creating an engaging, collaborative, and high-performing team environment. Responsibilities include: * Leading delivery planning and coordination for team initiatives * Supporting the team in creating realistic estimates and delivery plans * Managing dependencies with other teams and stakeholders * Tracking progress and helping the team identify and mitigate risks * Facilitating communication between business and technology stakeholders * Driving continuous improvements in planning, predictability, and delivery practices * Driver / Project Manager of cross-functional / divisional initiatives Ensure operational excellence You will help maintain a stable and reliable customer experience by driving operational improvements and incident management practices. Responsibilities include: * Leading major incident coordination when required * Facilitating post-incident reviews and lessons learned workshops * Identifying improvement opportunities based on operational insights * Supporting the team in establishing effective incident response processes * Driving a culture of ownership, quality, and continuous improvement Are you the one we’re looking for? We believe you bring: Required * Experience working in an Agile product development environment * Experience coordinating deliveries across multiple stakeholders and teams * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Ability to create structure and drive execution in a dynamic environment * Fluent communication skills in English and Swedish Meritorious * Experience in roles such as Agile Team Lead, Scrum Master, Engineering Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar leadership positions * Experience leading cross-functional technology teams * Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives * Experience working with Jira and Confluence * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience * Experience working with customer-facing digital channels, web platforms, or identity solutions Significant importance will be placed on personal qualities and cultural fit. Om tjänsten Vi söker en IT Operations Engineer som vill ta ett brett ansvar för drift, säkerhet och vidareutveckling av en komplex teknisk plattform. Du kommer bland annat att * Arbeta med drift, övervakning och förbättring * Vara med och hantera containerbaserade tjänster i Kubernetes * Bidra till att utveckla och dokumentera våra arbetssätt och processer * Delta i implementation av nya tekniska lösningar * Arbeta med säkerhet och bidra till att uppfylla krav enligt t.ex. ISO27001 Vi söker dig som har För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du har några års erfarenhet av drift, teknisk bredd, vana av operativt arbete men vill ta mer ansvar framåt. Vi ser gärna att du har: * Läst en närliggande utbildning och hunnit jobba något år efter examen, eller har motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet som bedöms som relevant * Erfarenhet av Kubernetes, exempelvis drift av containerbaserade tjänster, klusteradministration och CI/CD pipelines * Erfarenhet av molnplattformar, gärna Azure * Kunskap inom Linux eller Windows * Intresse för IT-säkerhet och drift Meriterande är om du även har: * Kunskap inom scripting (PowerShell, Bash eller Python) * Bekantskap med Infrastructure as Code Du behöver inte kunna allt från start, utan din inställning och förmåga att lära dig spelar stor roll. Som person är du hands-on, med förmåga att se helheten och driva arbetet framåt. Du är kommunikativ, självständig och trivs i en roll där du får vara rådgivande, ifrågasätta och tänka nytt.
