💼 Arbetsuppgifter
I rollen som Junior Business Analyst arbetar du i gränslandet mellan verksamhet och IT. Du fångar upp affärsbehov från verksamheten och omvandlar dem till tydliga krav och funktionalitet i systemen. Arbetet sker i nära dialog med beställare, nyckelintressenter och interna samt externa utvecklingsteam.
Du ansvarar för att kravställa, testa och dokumentera utveckling samt följa upp att leveranser möter både affärens behov och uppsatta mål. Rollen innebär även att stötta verksamheten vid utvecklingsönskemål, incidenter och systemrelaterade frågor. En viktig del av arbetet är att följa upp och analysera relevanta mätetal och statistik och använda insikterna för att vidareutveckla produkter och lösningar.
Identifiera och omvandla affärsbehov till krav och funktionalitet i systemen
Kravställa, testa och dokumentera utveckling i nära samarbete med beställare och intressenter
Ta fram och driva lösningsförslag tillsammans med interna och/eller externa utvecklingsteam
Stötta verksamheten vid utvecklingsönskemål, incidenter och frågor
Följa upp och analysera mätetal och statistik för att utveckla produkter och lösningar vidare
🔍 Utbildning, erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper
Eftergymnasial utbildning inom exempelvis systemvetenskap, IT, ekonomi eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet
God teknisk förståelse och ett tydligt tekniskt intresse
Mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig på svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift
Erfarenhet av kravställning, test eller arbete nära systemutveckling
Erfarenhet av att arbeta i eller mot CRM‑system
Erfarenhet av krav-/utvecklingsprocesser och agila arbetssätt
Erfarenhet av reskontrahantering eller närliggande affärssystem

Rollen befinner sig vidare i gränslandet mellan affär och teknik, vilket innebär att du har lätt för att förstå både verksamhetens behov och tekniska möjligheter. Viktigast är dock din inställning, ditt engagemang och din vilja att utvecklas tillsammans med teamet.

About the Role As Junior Legal Counsel, you will be part of Dynavox Group's Legal function and work closely with the business on day-to-day legal matters in an international organization experiencing strong growth. The role includes independent responsibility for certain areas, while working in close collaboration with colleagues within the legal function. You will support the business by providing pragmatic, risk-based legal advice, with a particular focus on commercial contracts and data protection. The company develops and provides products and services for individuals with disabilities, meaning that legal matters often relate to privacy, information handling, and international business operations. The role is carried out in a dynamic and evolving environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
