Operations Associate (part-time)

ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a part-time role (10–30h/week) for an Operations Associate based in Stockholm.
You’ll be part of Done’s Operations team - helping coordinate and support daily operations related to installations of EV
chargers, heat pumps and battery systems.
You’ll work closely with our Operations Managers and network of certified installers, ensuring that projects run smoothly from
start to finish. Expect to work hands-on with everything from customer scheduling and logistics to data tracking.
Start: October/November 2025
Hours: 10–30 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Location: On-site from Stockholm or remote
This role can grow into a future full-time opportunity at Done.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven ability to learn fast, stay organized, and take ownership
Strong communication and coordination skills
Interested in tech, sustainability, and the future of energy
Currently studying at one of the top universities (business, engineering, or similar)
Able to work at least 10 hours per week
Fluent in Swedish and English
