I rollen kommer du att arbeta med finansiell uppföljning, analys och rapportering samt bidra till att utveckla processer och arbetssätt. Du leder och stöttar ett team av controllers och fungerar som en nyckelperson i dialogen med verksamheten.
Akademisk utbildning inom ekonomi eller teknik- och naturvetenskap.
Förmåga att leda ett team controllers.
Relevant arbetslivserfarenhet, gärna som controller inom bank- och finansbranschen.
Stark analytisk förmåga och erfarenhet av finansiell redovisning, modeller och ramverk.
Förmåga att förklara komplexa analyser på ett enkelt och pedagogiskt sätt.
Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga.
Obehindrade kunskaper i svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
Avancerad kunskap inom MS Office, särskilt Excel.
Erfarenhet av redovisningssystem, gärna Cognos.
Erfarenhet av att utveckla rapportering och datahantering.
Erfarenhet av Power BI är meriterande.

Vi söker nu en Interim Senior Financial Controller för ett interimsuppdrag om 6 månader. Start för uppdraget är så snart som möjligt eller som senast i slutet av maj. Kontoret är beläget i Stockholms innerstad, med resor till annan ort några dagar en gång per månad. Du har god kunskap inom IFRS och hedge accounting och trivs i en dynamisk och föränderlig miljö. Du blir en del av ekonomiavdelningen och rapporterar till samt arbetar nära chefen för redovisning och controlling. För att lyckas i rollen har du mycket goda kunskaper i Excel samt goda kunskaper inom K3 (IFRS är meriterande). Du har erfarenhet av fixed assets och är van att arbeta i verksamheter med höga transaktionsvolymer. Du kommunicerar obehindrat på både svenska och engelska, i såväl tal som skrift, där engelska är arbetsspråk. Erfarenhet från större globala bolag är en fördel, och har du dessutom bakgrund från industribolag ses det som meriterande. In this high-impact role, you will own the "cost side" of our operations, ensuring our growth is as efficient as it is fast. Strategic Financial Partnering: Act as the primary financial sparring partner for the Operations Director and leadership team. You provide the proactive analyses, cost-benefit evaluations, and recommendations that guide everything from daily terminal adjustments to long-term strategic investments. Optimization of Unit Economics: Own the cost-per-parcel narrative. You translate operational performance data into clear business actions, identifying efficiency leaks and driving initiatives to optimize terminal productivity, line-haul utilization, and last-mile efficiency. Financial Governance & Cost Control: Lead the charge on budget adherence and proactive cost steering. You act as a financial conscience, challenging assumptions with facts and helping the operations team forecast and manage the financial impact of physical drivers like labor hours and fuel consumption. Data Architecture & Reporting: Owner of our operational reporting. You will work closely with system owners to build autonomous dashboards and performance models, streamlining repetitive reporting tasks to allow for more time on value-creating analysis and real-time business steering. Root Cause Analysis: Perform deep-dive detective work into our operational spend. You spot anomalies in terminal costs or line-haul efficiency before anyone else and provide the insights needed to take corrective action. Who you are This role requires seniority and a high degree of independence to confidently handle an operational cost base that represents a significant share of the company’s total expenditure. Professional Background: You have 5+ years of experience from a senior business control or analytical role. You likely come from a high-growth, high-complexity environment such as logistics, e-commerce, or manufacturing. The Analytical Mindset: You are highly structured and "obsessed" with numbers. You possess a genuine "detective" mindset - you don’t just report numbers; you have an inner drive to find the logic and the "why" behind every variance. Technical Toolkit: You are a data-savvy power-user in SQL and BI tools. You have a proven ability to build autonomous reporting solutions and automate data workflows, allowing you to shift focus from repetitive tasks to high-value, proactive analysis. Operational Curiosity: You have strong business acumen and a natural interest in supply chain management and process optimization. You enjoy being close to the physical business, the people who run it and are excited by the opportunity to set new processes and ways of working. About the role Step into a high-impact role where your hands-on expertise directly shapes our financial reporting. As our Group Financial Controller, you will be the driving force behind our end-to-end consolidation and group reporting processes. We are looking for a senior professional who thrives in an international environment, working closely with various parts of our operations to solve complex accounting matters and execute advanced group adjustments. In addition to this core accounting focus, you will play a key role in driving process improvements and taking our data-driven reporting to the next level. Operating from our Stockholm office alongside the accounting team, you will guide stakeholders across our different markets, architect seamless financial data flows, and build scalable reporting processes. You will report directly to the Head of Financial Control. Examples of key tasks: Group consolidation & reporting: Drive the hands-on execution of the monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation processes. This includes managing financial inflows from our international operations, performing eliminations, intercompany reconciliations and foreign currency translations. Perform group adjustments and ensure compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements. Support other parts of the organization with accounting, reporting, and systems-related questions. Systems & data flows: Administer, develop, and optimize the group's consolidation and reporting systems. Drive automation projects and participate in setting up integrations between consolidation software and reporting tools Support design and oversee autonomous workflows, enabling software agents to handle routine daily tasks Quality assurance & audit Review, analyze, and follow up on the financial data reported by subsidiaries. Serve as one of the primary contacts for external auditors, ensuring compliance with accounting principles. Maintain and strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and support regulatory reporting. Tax & group projects Be actively involved in corporate tax matters and structural tax planning Support and participate in cross-domain projects What we are looking for: A university degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline Experience in group accounting, consolidation, and group reporting, +5 years Technical knowledge of IFRS and practical experience applying it Experience working with corporate tax Experience working with BI tools and an understanding of financial data flows and system integrations Interest in agentic AI transformation, automation and process optimization Professional level in Excel Excellent command of spoken and written Swedish and English Meriting: Good system understanding and previous experience participating in the implementation of a group consolidation system Experience from the financial services sector or fintech Experience working in Business Central and different consolidation systems Traits we see as crucial in this position: You have the ability to drive initiatives independently You have high integrity, credibility, and self-motivation Analytical mindset with the ability to understand correlations, identify deviations, and draw conclusions from data - not only produce numbers Flexible and adaptable to changes in regulations, systems, and priorities Ability to balance ongoing reporting tasks with continuous improvement work One last thing This is a full-time, permanent position based in Stockholm.
