The Product Design team is made up of several groups that define, create, and deliver all user-facing aspects of Stripe’s brand
and product. Product Designers are strategic partners to Engineering and Product Management within their product area. In close
collaboration with product teams, they shape user experiences, then translate them into high-quality designs that can be tested,
shipped, and refined. Designers are responsible for building elegant, functional products that users love—and want to tell others
about.
The Terminal design team crafts product experiences that empower users to configure and manage in person payments. This team
transforms the intricate world of payments into intuitive solutions, letting users focus on growing their businesses. The team
spans hardware and software, focusing on many types of users: end users who pay at the point of sale, cashiers and operations
managers who set up and run the devices, and merchants who manage a fleet of devices and need to monitor performance.
As a product designer, you’ll work closely with the product manager and engineering team to envision payments features in the
Stripe Dashboard and our end-user-facing surfaces and partner with go-to-market teams to bring them to users. That includes new
feature development, product quality improvements to our most frequently used workflows, and setting vision for our products to
meet new user expectations in an increasingly data and AI-driven world.

ABOUT THE TEAM Stripe Terminal helps our users extend their online presence to the physical world. The Terminal team's mission is to make it as easy for businesses to accept in-person payments as the Stripe API has done for online payments. Stripe was founded to make it easier for developers to accept payments. We've solved a small part of that problem, but our ambition is to go much further. Android engineers on the Terminal team will build and enhance the Device Platform including the applications and services that run on the physical Terminal devices. This also includes building the frameworks for other engineers, both internal and external to Stripe, to develop on our custom platform with ease. WHAT YOU'LL DO RESPONSIBILITIES * Design, build, and maintain Android apps and SDKs in Kotlin * Develop Android payment applications for a variety of devices and form factors * Work with engineers, product managers, designers, and stakeholders across the company to bring new features and products to Stripe's mobile users * Collaborate with Android developers who work on the Stripe mobile apps and Stripe Terminal to set best practices for Android development across the company * Work with user research and product design to understand users and address their needs WHO YOU ARE We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. DESCRIPTION Join our global Service Implementation team on a 1-year contract and play a central role in delivering mobile messaging solutions to clients and partners worldwide. In this role, you’ll help ensure our sales and implementation cycles run smoothly, collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management, Support, and Implementation teams across our international offices. You’ll be a key part of delivering messaging solutions at scale, directly influencing operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Handle ordering, deployment, and ongoing usage of messaging services for Sinch clients. Own internal processes related to client orders and provisioning of inbound numbers and registered senders for SMS and Rich Messaging products. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and manage service changes or updates Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of provisioned services and partner configurations. Manage a high volume of parallel tickets. Identify opportunities to improve processes, quality, and efficiency. REQUIREMENTS We believe you’re analytical, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities across teams and regions. You look for ways to improve processes, troubleshooting issues and taking ownership to get things done. Exposure and experience working with PC-based applications within the telecom or IT services industry. Experience with web-based CRM or service desk tools such as Jira. Comfortable using AI-powered tools at a user level to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance documentation or analysis work. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with great attention to detail and the ability to work independently. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple parallel workflows without losing structure. Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). University degree or equivalent professional experience. Big Plus! Understanding of wireless carrier processes. Knowledge of SMS, RCS, or messaging terminology.
