Abbiamo il nostro team meccanico, dove sarai responsabile della manutenzione e riparazione dei nostri veicoli. Questo significa mantenere le nostre monopattini in perfette condizioni e fornire un forte supporto al nostro team sul campo. Abbiamo anche il nostro team in campo, dove utilizzerai i nostri furgoni per svolgere diverse attività nell'area di Torino, assicurandoti che le nostre operazioni si svolgano nel modo più efficiente possibile. Ecco alcune entusiasmanti attività che ti aspettano come Fleet Specialist: * Gestire la logistica di raccolta e fornitura dei monopattini Voi ⚙️ * Cercare e raccogliere monopattini danneggiati 🛴 * Sostituzione delle batterie 🔋 * Eseguire riparazioni rapide in loco dei monopattini 🔧 * Diagnosticare e riparare veicoli rotti 🔧 * Riciclare e smontare veicoli che non possono essere riparati ♻️ * Aiutare nell'accettazione, imballaggio e fornitura dei nuovi veicoli e batterie che arrivano in magazzino 🔍 * Supportare il nostro team sul campo, se necessario, per identificare veicoli danneggiati, liberare spazi di parcheggio o rimettere in ordine i veicoli caduti 🤝 Cosa ti serve per intraprendere questa missione: * Patente di guida Italiana valida e soddisfare i requisiti per l'assicurazione del nostro e-Van. We have our mechanical team, where you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our vehicles. This means keeping our scooters in top shape and provide strong support to our team on the ground. We also have our In field team, where you'll be utilising our vans to perform different tasks in the Turin area, making sure our operations runs as efficiently as possible. We are now looking for a Fleet Specialist Team Lead to lead our warehouse and in-field operations in the city. In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in building and developing our local operation, leading a team to ensure our vehicles are safe, available, and well maintained, while supporting a high-quality experience for Voi riders in Turin. YOUR MISSION AT VOI As the Team Lead, you will work under the Site Manager and report directly to them, providing support in accordance with market needs. You will manage a team of Fleet Specialists and be responsible for ensuring a high quality of service for our users and cities. Your responsibilities include overseeing the efficient execution of tasks related to maintaining, repairing, transporting, and repositioning vehicles, as well as swapping batteries.  You will divide your time between managerial duties such as hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations for your team and performing operational tasks, whether in the warehouse or in the field, based on the business needs of the site. * Team Management: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, coaching, and training of Fleet Specialists *  Inventory Management: oversee spare parts and battery inventory to ensure availability and optimal usage *  Health&Safety: Ensure team members adhere to safety regulations and compliance standards, complete onboarding paperwork, and monitor mandatory training compliance *  Incident Management: Record, follow up, and investigate incidents, ensuring adherence to workplace accident policies *  Contractor Management: Supports when required the repairs and maintenance in the warehouse as needed * 3PLCoordination: Daily contact with 3PL partners to ensure adherence to agreed procedures * Van Management: Supports operational aspects of vans, including installation and removal of tracking devices, but not budget or planning WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK We are looking for a pragmatic and responsible team-player who can fulfil tasks, solve problems independently, and work as part of a team to find new solutions and reach set goals. In addition to being fluent in English, the right person needs: * Mandatory requirement – Driving licence: You must hold a full Italian driving licence.
