WE NEED YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: * Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR generalist, or HR People Partner; * Proven experience supporting teams, ideally within a multicultural environment; * Solid understanding of employee evaluation methods and hands-on experience implementing various performance management tools; * Proficiency in English (written and spoken); * Experience in recruitment will be a plus.
