The Client Success Director (CSD) is accountable for ensuring Clients successfully adopt and scale our platform to achieve their
contracted outcomes. The primary measure of success for this role is enabling clients to reach their contracted volume of live
accounts within agreed milestone dates and budget, while maintaining high client satisfaction and long-term commercial value.
This is a senior, client-facing role requiring deep experience in core banking transformation programmes, strong commercial

THE ROLE: The Associate Director, Delivery Adobe spearheads client-facing initiatives focused on implementing leading Experience Cloud solutions. This strategic role involves engagement at multiple levels with Internal Services, Sales teams, key customers, and Partners. Responsibilities include managing all facets of project planning: defining scope, creating detailed plans, measuring timelines, and allocating resources. The Manager works closely with the internal technical delivery teams throughout the hands-on implementation process. This position has a direct impact on revenue generation and requires continuous collaboration to ensure an exceptional Customer Experience. Success in this role hinges on the ability to multi-task, maintain proactive and efficient communication, escalate critical issues, and provide timely answers to clients. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Act as Lead Consultant on customer engagements that may involve multiple project teams from our client and customer organizations * Clearly understand and communicate customer requirements and integration points in the context of the statement of work. * Oversee project delivery process with key contributors to help manage scope and prepare change requests, including tasks, deliverables, milestones, resources, and estimated costs. * Manage all day-to-day administrative activities of a given project from inception to closure. * Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization across projects. * Maintain regular communication with both the customer and internal teams and constantly manage customer expectations. * Achieve customer satisfaction through successful delivery of defined project scope. * Compile customer requests and deployment issues, to provide a feedback channel into our core products. * Act as the central client point of contact throughout the life of the project * Capture and communicate experiences in formal post-mortem, feeding lessons learned, best practices and resources back into the consulting practice * Provide oversight for services engagements to ensure adherence to governance standards and support customer success * Coordinate escalations across multiple teams, including sales, services, and product organization * Identifies partnership opportunities and capitalizes on “add-on” sales opportunities across projects. WHAT YOU BRING: * Must have experience with one or more Adobe Experience Cloud solutions – most preferred are AEM, AEP * 5-7+ years experience as a project manager, including delivering enterprise-scale web applications or analytics implementations * Experience in client facing project management in an agency or professional services environment * Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist. * Professional demeanor with a proven ability to lead diverse, multi-functional teams across an organization (e.g., within Adobe) and effectively communicate and influence senior client executives, including CMOs and CXOs. * Expert in managing complex, high-traffic service launches and operations, demonstrating superb organizational skills and success in building and leading exceptional, often virtual, teams in ambiguous environments. * Prior experience with the launch and operation of a highly available, high traffic internet or mobile service. * Proven ability to understand the impact of technical changes, and to articulate high level technical solutions to address business problems. * Solid understanding of custom software development processes and engagement methodologies. In this role, the Director, Google Alliances is responsible for maximizing the strategic and financial value of DEPT’s relationship with Google. This leader will oversee compliance with Google incentive programs, drive adoption of Google Marketing Platform (GMP) solutions, and partner across teams to unlock revenue growth, operational efficiency, and value. The role serves as the primary internal owner of the Google partnership, acting as a strategic liaison between Google and executive stakeholders while ensuring the organization captures all available incentives, certifications, product benefits, and growth opportunities. THE ROLE: As part of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through unlocks with our Google partnership. Success in this role requires a commercially driven mindset, the ability to quickly build trust with senior executives, and a strategic approach to navigating partner ecosystems to create and accelerate the pipeline. A broad understanding of the entire agency sales funnel is important in this role, though primarily the role will be judged on bottom funnel performance, that is to say close rates and sales revenue generation. You must be able to quickly build trust and rapport, ask the right questions, and bring a strategic approach to selling agency solutions.
