THE ROLE The Director, Program management will spearhead client-facing initiatives while driving operational excellence within our Value Acceleration Program. This strategic role bridges technical delivery with PMO oversight, ensuring Adobe Experience Cloud implementations succeed while fostering long-term customer value realization, adoption, and retention. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive complex workstreams from planning through execution, managing the delicate balance of hands-on delivery and high-level program governance. WHAT YOU’LL DO DELIVERY & CLIENT ENGAGEMENT * Act as the Lead Consultant on customer engagements, serving as the central point of contact throughout the project life cycle. * Oversee project delivery processes, managing scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables for Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (AEM, AEP, etc.). * Lead complex, high-traffic service launches, ensuring adherence to governance standards and successful customer outcomes. * Identify partnership opportunities and capitalize on “add-on” sales across existing projects. * Manage customer expectations and communication, coordinating escalations across sales, services, and product organizations. PMO & VALUE ACCELERATION * Drive program governance, including meeting facilitation, action item tracking, and decision documentation. * Develop and maintain program plans, risk logs, dependency management processes, and executive-ready reporting (dashboards, scorecards, and business reviews). * Collect and synthesize program performance data to provide visibility into health, risks, and opportunities for leadership. * Partner with stakeholders to implement scalable work management practices that improve efficiency and execution consistency. * Capture and communicate lessons learned/best practices to feed back into the consulting practice. WHAT YOU BRING * 7+ years of experience in program or project management, PMO, or strategic operations within an agency, professional services, or SaaS environment. * Adobe Expertise: Experience with one or more Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (AEM, AEP highly preferred). * Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, create clarity, and connect work to outcomes. * Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, multi-functional teams without direct authority. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including executive-ready reporting. * Operational Rigor: Solid foundation in PM methodologies, planning, dependency management, and governance. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and custom software development processes.  * Strong proficiency with work management platforms (e.g., Workfront, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet) and productivity tools. * Demonstrated ability to translate complex program data into actionable, executive-level narratives. * Ability to travel 40%. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. * Highly Desired: PMP, Agile/Scrum, or related certifications; experience with Microsoft Dynamics. THE ROLE: The Associate Director, Delivery Adobe spearheads client-facing initiatives focused on implementing leading Experience Cloud solutions. This strategic role involves engagement at multiple levels with Internal Services, Sales teams, key customers, and Partners. Responsibilities include managing all facets of project planning: defining scope, creating detailed plans, measuring timelines, and allocating resources. The Manager works closely with the internal technical delivery teams throughout the hands-on implementation process. This position has a direct impact on revenue generation and requires continuous collaboration to ensure an exceptional Customer Experience. Success in this role hinges on the ability to multi-task, maintain proactive and efficient communication, escalate critical issues, and provide timely answers to clients. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Act as Lead Consultant on customer engagements that may involve multiple project teams from our client and customer organizations * Clearly understand and communicate customer requirements and integration points in the context of the statement of work. * Oversee project delivery process with key contributors to help manage scope and prepare change requests, including tasks, deliverables, milestones, resources, and estimated costs. * Manage all day-to-day administrative activities of a given project from inception to closure. * Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization across projects. * Maintain regular communication with both the customer and internal teams and constantly manage customer expectations. * Achieve customer satisfaction through successful delivery of defined project scope. * Compile customer requests and deployment issues, to provide a feedback channel into our core products. * Act as the central client point of contact throughout the life of the project * Capture and communicate experiences in formal post-mortem, feeding lessons learned, best practices and resources back into the consulting practice * Provide oversight for services engagements to ensure adherence to governance standards and support customer success * Coordinate escalations across multiple teams, including sales, services, and product organization * Identifies partnership opportunities and capitalizes on “add-on” sales opportunities across projects.  WHAT YOU BRING: * Must have experience with one or more Adobe Experience Cloud solutions – most preferred are AEM, AEP  * 5-7+ years experience as a project manager, including delivering enterprise-scale web applications or analytics implementations * Experience in client facing project management in an agency or professional services environment   * Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist. * Professional demeanor with a proven ability to lead diverse, multi-functional teams across an organization (e.g., within Adobe) and effectively communicate and influence senior client executives, including CMOs and CXOs. * Expert in managing complex, high-traffic service launches and operations, demonstrating superb organizational skills and success in building and leading exceptional, often virtual, teams in ambiguous environments. * Prior experience with the launch and operation of a highly available, high traffic internet or mobile service. * Proven ability to understand the impact of technical changes, and to articulate high level technical solutions to address business problems. * Solid understanding of custom software development processes and engagement methodologies. This role will be hands-on in overseeing and managing legal and business affairs documentation. The ideal candidate will possess a passion and expertise across a number of areas: broadcast, activations, social media, digital content, creative production, marketing and advertising law, and entertainment development deals. You will have experience collaborating with advertising agencies, media companies, publishers, networks, and production houses, along with a solid understanding of diverse content execution strategies. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Closely collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on contract terms, deliverables, and compliance standards, such teams may include: Legal, Project Management, Influencer Management, Production and Creative leads. * Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks in creative development, production approaches, and contracts. Develop mitigation plans and advise internal teams on best practices to ensure that all projects adhere to best practices, internal policies and guidelines.  * Creative Guidance: Assist creative teams with oversight and review of any concerns regarding intellectual property licensing, and talent usage rights. * Bid & Treatment Review: Evaluate production bids and creative treatments against project scopes and budgets. Partner with production teams to analyze line-item budgets, and assess director treatments early to identify potential financial, legal, or compliance risks before awarding * Production and Talent Agreements: Draft and review Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs) for large-scale live-action productions, animation projects, and creator-driven video content, ensuring clear scopes, deliverables, and timelines. Manage contracts for on-screen and voice talent, influencers, and creators, including usage rights, buyouts, and compliance with union/non-union guidelines. * Regulatory Compliance: Monitor industry regulations and legal requirements relevant to advertising and marketing practices, and advise the team on compliance matters. * Document Tracking: Implement and maintain systems for tracking contract statuses, expirations, and renewals. WHAT YOU BRING: * 2+ years of experience in business affairs, legal or compliance roles within the advertising and marketing industry with a successful track record of negotiating, drafting and closing deals with a preference for experience from a top, creative-driven agency. * Proven experience in commercial contract negotiations (including but not limited to Talent agreements, PSAs, MSAs, SOWs) for content, media, creator, and large-scale productions. * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field (JD preferred but not required). * Fluency working with advertising agencies, media companies, publishers and production companies with a solid understanding of a range of content production and execution strategies. * Strong understanding of intellectual property rights (e.g., trademarks, copyright, etc.), licensing, and talent usage rights. * Experience with social networking, platform integrations, publishing platforms, broadcast & new media. * Experience with content and media production and right clearance. * Knowledge of digital marketing, media buying and production processes. * Experienced with union and non-union productions (SAG/AFTRA, IATSE), branded partnerships, interactive and/or social landscapes is highly preferred * Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.   WHAT DO WE OFFER?
