The Director, Program management will spearhead client-facing initiatives while driving operational excellence within our Value

THE ROLE The Lead Program Manager is a strategic execution leader who spearheads client-facing initiatives and complex, cross-functional programs focused on implementing and leading the Adobe Experience Cloud Value Realization Program. This role oversees other program managers and blends program leadership, stakeholder influence, and operational rigor to translate ambiguous priorities into structured, measurable outcomes. You will act as the central point of contact for key customers, driving successful delivery while managing program roadmaps, governance, and internal alignment across matrixed ecosystems. You will establish governance structures that support informed decision-making and executive visibility across the portfolio. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Program Strategy & Structure: Design and manage concurrent programs aligned to strategic business objectives. Translate high-level goals into coordinated roadmaps, milestones, governance models, and OKRs. * Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the Program Lead on client engagements, managing expectations, communicating technical solutions to business stakeholders (including CMOs/CXOs), and fostering relationships that generate repeat business. * Cross-Functional Execution: Orchestrate cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Delivery) to sequence deliverables, avoid fragmentation, and ensure adherence to governance standards. * Delivery Discipline: Oversee all day-to-day program/project activities from inception to closure. Manage scope, deliverables, resources, and timelines. Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, margins, and utilization. * Risk & Quality Management: Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers. Create and maintain RAID logs and program artifacts to ensure transparency. Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned in formal post-mortems. Identify early signs of slowdown, drift, or unclear ownership, and implement corrective actions that balance speed, quality, and sustainability. * Innovation: Leverage AI and GenAI tools to drive productivity, improve quality, and accelerate delivery within program management activities. * Operating Cadence: Establish and run operating cadence, including agendas, pre-reads, action tracking, and project plans to keep teams aligned and accountable. WHAT YOU BRING * Experience: 8+ years of experience in program or project management, operations, or execution roles leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed environments (agency or professional services experience preferred). * Adobe Expertise: Experience with one or more Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (AEM, AEP highly preferred). * Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, create clarity, and connect work to outcomes. * Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, multi-functional teams without direct authority. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including executive-ready reporting. * Operational Rigor: Solid foundation in PM methodologies, planning, dependency management, and governance. THE ROLE: The Associate Director, Delivery Adobe spearheads client-facing initiatives focused on implementing leading Experience Cloud solutions. This strategic role involves engagement at multiple levels with Internal Services, Sales teams, key customers, and Partners. Responsibilities include managing all facets of project planning: defining scope, creating detailed plans, measuring timelines, and allocating resources. The Manager works closely with the internal technical delivery teams throughout the hands-on implementation process. This position has a direct impact on revenue generation and requires continuous collaboration to ensure an exceptional Customer Experience. Success in this role hinges on the ability to multi-task, maintain proactive and efficient communication, escalate critical issues, and provide timely answers to clients. You will have experience collaborating with advertising agencies, media companies, publishers, networks, and production houses, along with a solid understanding of diverse content execution strategies. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Closely collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on contract terms, deliverables, and compliance standards, such teams may include: Legal, Project Management, Influencer Management, Production and Creative leads. * Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks in creative development, production approaches, and contracts. Manage contracts for on-screen and voice talent, influencers, and creators, including usage rights, buyouts, and compliance with union/non-union guidelines. * Regulatory Compliance: Monitor industry regulations and legal requirements relevant to advertising and marketing practices, and advise the team on compliance matters. * Document Tracking: Implement and maintain systems for tracking contract statuses, expirations, and renewals. WHAT YOU BRING: * 2+ years of experience in business affairs, legal or compliance roles within the advertising and marketing industry with a successful track record of negotiating, drafting and closing deals with a preference for experience from a top, creative-driven agency. * Proven experience in commercial contract negotiations (including but not limited to Talent agreements, PSAs, MSAs, SOWs) for content, media, creator, and large-scale productions. * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field (JD preferred but not required). * Fluency working with advertising agencies, media companies, publishers and production companies with a solid understanding of a range of content production and execution strategies. * Strong understanding of intellectual property rights (e.g., trademarks, copyright, etc.), licensing, and talent usage rights. * Experience with social networking, platform integrations, publishing platforms, broadcast & new media. * Experience with content and media production and right clearance. * Knowledge of digital marketing, media buying and production processes. * Experienced with union and non-union productions (SAG/AFTRA, IATSE), branded partnerships, interactive and/or social landscapes is highly preferred * Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
