JOB OVERVIEW ENPULSION is looking for a Maintenance Technician (f/m/x) to support the upkeep of our production equipment and facilities.  In this role, you will help ensure that tools and technical equipment remain in good working condition through routine maintenance activities and basic troubleshooting. You will work closely with our production team, document maintenance activities and support spare parts management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: * Perform routine maintenance on production equipment and facilities. * Support troubleshooting and basic repair activities according to established procedures. * Document maintenance work and keep maintenance records up to date. * Assist with spare parts inventory and management. * Report equipment issues and support corrective actions. * Follow safety regulations and workplace standards. * Support colleagues within your area and collaborate in a team-oriented environment. Type of contract: Full time position with 38.5 hours/week Salary: The minimum base salary for this position starts at EUR  2,727.40 gross per month on a full-time basis (38.5 h/week), with a planned significant overpayment depending on your professional experience and qualifications. YOUR PROFILE * Technical education (Lehre, HTL, or equivalent) in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field. * 2-5 years of experience in maintenance, production, manufacturing, or a similar technical environment. * Reliable, structured, and quality-driven way of working. * Hands-on mentality and willingness to learn. * Problem-solving mindset and ability to follow defined processes. JOB OVERVIEW ENPULSION is looking for an Embedded Software Engineer (f/m/x) to join our Engineering department. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of embedded software for our propulsion systems. You will work closely with hardware, systems, and testing teams to deliver reliable, high-performance software aligned with system requirements and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: * Implement, verify and maintain embedded software modules in C/C++ for microcontrollers from requirements following coding standards. * Create and maintain Verification and Validation Plans. * Develop code and setups for unit tests. * Establish and maintain source code documentation (e.g. SDD). * Support system tests with data analysis. * Maintain configuration control of source code and artefacts. * Maintain and support production and testing tools (python). * Perform trouble shooting of failures as well as define and implement corrective actions. YOUR PROFILE * C/C++ coding experience. * V model/requirements-based development. * Basic understanding of electronics and physics. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and version control systems (Git). * Experience developing real-time embedded applications (RTOS, Bare-Metal). * Understanding of basic control systems (PID, Rate-Limiting). The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience in a regulated industry, deep understanding of hardware systems, and a proven track record of guiding engineering teams through complex technical challenges. Key Responsibilities:  * Define and drive the technical strategy for our propulsion systems in line with company goals. * Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering organization across multiple disciplines. * Build a scalable leadership structure and support team growth through clear goals, feedback, and performance management. * Guide complex technical decisions and help teams solve cross-disciplinary engineering challenges. * Oversee the technical direction of product development across the full lifecycle. * Strengthen engineering processes, project execution, documentation, and configuration management. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements in the space industry. * Act as the link between engineering and leadership, translating technical topics into business context. * Foster a culture of accountability, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
