You own the British content layer end-to-end: copy, ad scripts, influencer partnerships, social, and website localisation. You're not adapting a template — you're building our voice in a new market. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Write and optimise copy for the US website and landing pages * Script ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube adapted to British audiences * Identify and manage US influencer and creator partnerships * Run our US social channels with a consistent posting cadence * Own website localisation for the UK: adapt global campaigns and product messaging to land with a British audience WHAT YOU BRING * 2+ years of content marketing or copywriting experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or performance-driven environments * Strong writing instincts: you know what resonates with British audiences and how to write for conversion * Experience with at least two of: ad scripting, social content, influencer management, website copy * Native or C2 English WHAT WE OFFER * Salary: $70,000–$150,000 depending on experience * Equity: you build it, you should own a piece of it * Equipment of your choice: whatever makes you happy * Regular team offsites * A paid temporary relocation to Vienna to soak up our company culture (around 2 months) * Office in Vienna or NY, onsite, in an ambitious team that wants to do the most exciting work of their careers * Food & drinks: at our Vienna office, lunch and dinner are on us (plus all the drinks your heart desires, and yes, we have protein bars and vitamins too) HIRING PROCESS 1. 15 min intro call 2. 30 min skill interview with our CEO Daniel 3. 20 min culture call with our Founders

YOUR MISSION As a Marketing Campaign Analyst at Bitpanda, you will be the driving force behind the success of our marketing initiatives. Your mission is to bridge the gap between creative execution and data-driven strategy, ensuring that every campaign—from initial planning to final post-mortem—is executed with precision and aligned with our core business objectives. YOUR ROLE You own everything after a candidate signs, from contracts through offboarding, and automate as much of it as possible. We are looking for someone to build the structural backbone to enable rapid scaling. 12 months ago, we were 5 people, now we are 50, next year we will be 300. * Contracts & onboarding: Manage employment contracts for all employees (direct and indirect employment), organize equipment, accounts, workspaces, and support relocation of international colleagues. * HR tooling & automation: introduce and own an HRIS tool, automate workflows across systems. * Payroll: Organize and own internal payroll processes, including variable compensation calculation of all sales teams. * Compliance & people legal: Support international hiring (EU and non-EU), time-tracking, collective agreements, international taxation topics, etc. * Compensation: Manage and monitor compensation bands across teams/countries. * Events & culture: Organize internal and external events (hackathons, off-sites, etc.) * Offboarding: Manage offboarding of employees. * Later, people development: Design feedback cycles, L&D, career development (e.g. SDR academy). WHAT TO EXPECT * Solo, end-to-end ownership of everything people operations. * Hands-on operational work to build the foundation for automation/scaling. * Direct impact: your work has immediate influence on the culture of fonio. * Flat hierarchies: close collaboration across departments.
