We are looking for a Global Deal Support Specialist to act as a crucial link between our Sales, Legal, and Finance teams, ensuring expansion opportunities move smoothly and accurately through the pipeline. In this role, you will join a fast-paced operational team at a leading global technology company. WHAT YOU WILL DO? * Partner directly with Sales and Deal Operations leadership to advance business opportunities. * Handle calculations, correspondence, and deal requests within defined SLAs. * Verify existing contracts, manage data in Salesforce (SFDC), and handle contract redlining for accuracy. * Own the creation of Amendments, Clarification Letters, and Order Forms. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR? * 2+ years handling high-volume transactions or working in Sales Operations / Deal Desk. * Strong, hands-on proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and Excel/Google Sheets. * Excellent written and spoken English (at least upper-intermediate level). * A strong team player who thrives under pressure, manages multiple priorities, and is interested in AI-driven tools. Location: Warsaw (Poland) Working model: hybrid (from time to time to the office) Contract type: B2B Contract duration: 12 months (with the possibility of extension) Key Responsibilities * Administer, maintain, and support IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) and IBM Cognos Analytics applications. * Assist with the development and enhancement of financial planning and reporting solutions. * Manage and monitor financial data loading processes from multiple source systems. * Validate data quality, consistency, and integrity across financial applications. * Prepare and transform financial data for reporting, forecasting, and business analysis. * Develop and maintain SQL queries to support data extraction and validation. * Create and enhance Python scripts to automate data processing and improve operational efficiency. * Support Windows Server administration related to finance applications. * Investigate and resolve system and data-related issues in collaboration with Finance and IT teams. * Contribute to process improvements and documentation of financial systems and procedures. Requirements * Experience working with financial data, reporting, or financial systems. * Good knowledge of Python for automation and data processing. * Strong SQL skills for querying and validating data. * Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. * Experience working with large datasets and ensuring data quality. * Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. * Fluent English (written and spoken).
