As our first dedicated Business Development Manager for Romania, you’ll have the unique opportunity to introduce our world-class payment solutions to a high-growth region. You aren't just selling a product; you are building Mollie’s reputation from the ground up, helping local SMEs and mid-market merchants ditch financial bureaucracy and scale faster. This is a high-autonomy, "hunter" role where your local expertise and network will be your greatest assets. CREATOR PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER Salary range: €55,000-65,000/annum WHAT YOU'LL DO 🎯 You'll own the full creator partnerships cycle for Almedia — from hunting down the right creators to closing deals and driving performance. You'll lead across: * Sourcing: Identify and approach the best-fit creators on Instagram and YouTube. * Negotiation: Own the deal — pricing, deliverables, contracts, everything. * Execution: Brief creators, manage campaigns end-to-end, and make sure content ships on time and on brand.
