Fonoa is currently experiencing rapid growth in terms of market expansion and revenue growth. Given this projection, we’re now looking to expand our functions that keep our business running, involving an Accountant seeking a broad, high-impact, and early-stage opportunity within a hyper-growth, VC-backed business disrupting an industry. As an Accountant, you will report to the Finance Manager and work closely with the entire finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, robust AR management, and support financial control and forecasting. WHAT YOU WILL DO: CORE ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS * Manage all accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and the general ledger * Coordinate with external accountants on year-end close procedures * Prepare and maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accurate and complete balance sheet reporting * Prepare monthly cash flow statements and rolling forecasts * Assist in preparing monthly management reports * Prepare payment runs * Assist in monitoring and controlling business performance by comparing actual results versus budget/forecast on a continuous basis SALES ORDER, SALES INVOICE & ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE MANAGEMENT * Process and manage the complete sales order to cash cycle * Ensure all sales invoices are accurate, timely, and comply with company policies and customer contracts * Manage accounts receivable ageing analysis and coordinate collection efforts with the Revenue Manager * Resolve customer invoice queries and discrepancies promptly * Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure balances are accurate * Liaise with internal stakeholders on invoice status and payment terms PROCUREMENT & FINANCIAL CONTROLS * Manage procurement and purchase order procedures, ensuring internal stakeholders and suppliers adhere to company policies * Assist in developing and maintaining the annual budget and financial forecasts * Ensure supporting documentation for transactions is collected and maintained appropriately FINANCIAL REPORTING & AUDIT SUPPORT * Assist in the preparation of annual statutory financial statements * Support the audit process and auditor queries throughout the financial year * Prepare and organise financial documentation for external and internal stakeholder reviews YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU: * Have 4+ years of experience in a similar role * Are proficient with Google Sheets/Excel and G-Suite/MS Office suite * Have experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP (SAP, MS Dynamics Nav) * Have strong verbal and written communication skills * Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills * Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment As part of the recruitment process at Fonoa, we process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice for Job Applicants. As the OP&A Partner for Croatia, you will play a critical role in helping the business make smarter decisions, allocate resources effectively, and maximise commercial performance. Your mission is to help the Country Leadership Team turn strategy into measurable results. Working directly with the Country Leader and commercial leaders, you will identify growth opportunities, improve sales productivity, optimise resource allocation, and provide the analytical insight needed to drive better business decisions. You will help shape where we invest, how we grow, how we deploy our teams, how we measure success, and how we improve commercial performance. Sitting at the centre of commercial decision-making, you will combine strategy, analytics, and operational rigour to help Croatia reach its full potential. What You'll Do * Partner with the Country Leadership Team to develop and execute Croatia's commercial growth strategy. * Assess market opportunities and build business cases to support investment and prioritisation. * Lead commercial planning, including forecasting, budgeting, target setting, and capacity planning. * Build commercial, headcount, productivity, and territory models to optimise resource allocation and sales performance. * Analyse commercial performance and recommend actions to improve growth, productivity, and return on investment. * Support pricing, incentive, and commission design. * Monitor business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide clear recommendations to leadership. * Lead strategic analyses and act as a trusted advisor to the Country Leader. * Partner with Commercial Excellence, Finance, Revenue Operations, People, Data, and Product to translate strategy into execution. * Help build a culture of accountability and data-driven decision-making. What We're Looking For * 4–7 years' experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, Commercial Planning, Business Analytics, FP&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or a similar analytical role. * Experience supporting commercial or go-to-market organisations. * Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills. * Commercial mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders through data and insight. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. * Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, plus experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar). * Experience with other CRM platforms; SQL is a plus.
