What You'll Be Doing 🗃️ * Own manual and automated testing across the SDLC, working closely with Software Engineers and Product Managers to ensure product quality. * Contribute to and expand automated test coverage within an agile team. * Drive continuous improvement through POCs, refining QA processes, tools, and best practices. * Investigate user-reported issues, perform hands-on technical testing, and create, manage, and track bug reports. * Develop deep product and domain knowledge, supporting engineers and promoting shared responsibility for quality. * Effectively prioritise work, manage risks, and escalate issues in a fast-paced environment. We’re Looking For 🔎 * QA experience across web/mobile applications, covering functional, regression, performance, exploratory, manual, and automated testing. * Understanding of end-to-end impact, risk, dependencies, and pragmatic bug prioritisation to inform QA strategy. * Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Postman, RestSharp, xUnit/NUnit) and REST API testing. * Proficiency in C# (or similar OOP languages) and JavaScript/TypeScript, with solid SQL Server querying and scripting skills. * Experience working in CI/CD environments, implementing continuous testing practices across multiple teams. * Highly detail-oriented, methodical, and proactive, with a strong bias for problem-solving, exploratory testing, and taking initiative. We’re looking for a QA Engineer who cares about product quality end-to-end. You’ll work on Coupler.io — a no-code data integration and analytics platform that provides instant access to 400+ sources and processes millions of records daily, helping ensure its reliability, accuracy, and smooth integrations. You’ll focus on how the product works in real conditions: testing integrations, investigating edge cases, and resolving complex issues together with engineering, product, and support teams WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?  Testing & QA expertise:  * Strong experience with manual testing and end-to-end validation * Experience in investigating customer issues and performing root cause analysis * Experience in API testing (working with docs + real behavior, identifying inconsistencies) * Experience in building and improving QA processes Technical skills:  * Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, including log analysis (CloudWatch, Logs Explorer) * Good understanding of networks, HTTP, APIs, and web/client architectures * Experience with version control systems (GitHub, GitLab, etc.) * Experience using AI tools for workflow optimization Communication & mindset:  * Ability to translate technical concepts for different audiences (engineering ↔ non-technical) * Strong sense of ownership and accountability * Structured, detail-oriented approach * Fluent English (written and spoken) WOULD BE A PLUS * Experience with Playwright (TypeScript) YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Analyze requirements, test functionality, and identify defects and edge cases * Own investigation of complex customer issues through L3 support, driving root cause resolution * Validate third-party API integrations across testing and production environments * Partner with engineering and product to resolve issues and improve system reliability * Improve QA practices and elevate debugging and investigation standards * Support releases and ensure stable rollouts with active post-release follow-up
