What You'll Be Doing 🗃️ * Own manual and automated testing across the SDLC, working closely with Software Engineers and Product Managers to ensure product quality. * Contribute to and expand automated test coverage within an agile team. * Drive continuous improvement through POCs, refining QA processes, tools, and best practices. * Investigate user-reported issues, perform hands-on technical testing, and create, manage, and track bug reports. * Develop deep product and domain knowledge, supporting engineers and promoting shared responsibility for quality. * Effectively prioritise work, manage risks, and escalate issues in a fast-paced environment. We’re Looking For 🔎 * QA experience across web/mobile applications, covering functional, regression, performance, exploratory, manual, and automated testing. * Understanding of end-to-end impact, risk, dependencies, and pragmatic bug prioritisation to inform QA strategy. * Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Postman, RestSharp, xUnit/NUnit) and REST API testing. * Proficiency in C# (or similar OOP languages) and JavaScript/TypeScript, with solid SQL Server querying and scripting skills. * Experience working in CI/CD environments, implementing continuous testing practices across multiple teams. * Highly detail-oriented, methodical, and proactive, with a strong bias for problem-solving, exploratory testing, and taking initiative. As a QA Engineer, you will help drive the delivery of high-quality, reliable software across front-end and back-end systems. Working within a collaborative Agile team, you will design and execute manual test plans, identify defects and risks, and champion quality throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). You will work closely with engineers, product managers, designers, and operational teams to ensure quality is embedded from requirements through to release. We’re looking for a QA Engineer who cares about product quality end-to-end. You’ll work on Coupler.io — a no-code data integration and analytics platform that provides instant access to 400+ sources and processes millions of records daily, helping ensure its reliability, accuracy, and smooth integrations. You’ll focus on how the product works in real conditions: testing integrations, investigating edge cases, and resolving complex issues together with engineering, product, and support teams WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Testing & QA expertise: * Strong experience with manual testing and end-to-end validation * Experience in investigating customer issues and performing root cause analysis * Experience in API testing (working with docs + real behavior, identifying inconsistencies) * Experience in building and improving QA processes Technical skills: * Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, including log analysis (CloudWatch, Logs Explorer) * Good understanding of networks, HTTP, APIs, and web/client architectures * Experience with version control systems (GitHub, GitLab, etc.) * Experience using AI tools for workflow optimization Communication & mindset: * Ability to translate technical concepts for different audiences (engineering ↔ non-technical) * Strong sense of ownership and accountability * Structured, detail-oriented approach * Fluent English (written and spoken) WOULD BE A PLUS * Experience with Playwright (TypeScript) YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Analyze requirements, test functionality, and identify defects and edge cases * Own investigation of complex customer issues through L3 support, driving root cause resolution * Validate third-party API integrations across testing and production environments * Partner with engineering and product to resolve issues and improve system reliability * Improve QA practices and elevate debugging and investigation standards * Support releases and ensure stable rollouts with active post-release follow-up
