Arbetsuppgifter Som beteendeanalytiker hos oss spelar du en nyckelroll i att utveckla och kvalitetssäkra vårt arbete i skolmiljön. Du kommer att arbeta både direkt med elever och nära skolledning samt pedagoger för att kartlägga, analysera och utforma målinriktade interventioner. Du kommer att vara en del av elevhälsoteamet. Handleda och utbilda skolpersonal i tillämpad beteendeanalys (TBA) och positivt beteendestöd (PBS), med särskilt fokus på anpassad grundskola. Bidra till att utveckla undervisningen och implementera effektiva inlärningsstrategier för elever med intellektuell funktionsnedsättning i den anpassade grundskolan. Ge konkret stöd och handledning till personalen kring elever som uppvisar utmanande beteenden i anpassad grundskola och grundskola. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som har skolerfarenhet och är djupt förankrad i den beteendeanalytiska modellen. Du har en stark pedagogisk, didaktisk blick och djup kunskap kring olika inlärningsstrategier specifikt anpassade för elever med IF. Du är trygg, stabil och har en förmåga att motivera och engagera skolans personal i det skolutvecklande arbetet, även i utmanande situationer. Du har erfarenhet av att handleda personal i syfte att utveckla och differentiera undervisningen, så att alla elever kan lära och utvecklas optimalt utifrån sina förutsättningar. Du kan tillämpa funktionella analyser i praktiken. Krav: Relevant högskoleutbildning med specialistutbildning/påbyggnad inom beteendeanalys. Meriterande: Erfarenhet av att ha handlett i anpassad grundskola samt kring elever med utmanande beteenden i skolan. Utbildning inom KBT(Kognitiv beteendeterapi) och/eller handledarutbildning. What we are looking for We are looking for someone with a strong background in materials science, computational materials science, or physical metallurgy. The ideal candidate has: A PhD in Materials Science, Metallurgy, Computational Materials Science, or a related field; or an MSc with relevant experience in materials modeling. Strong understanding of physical metallurgy, preferably including steels, heat treatment, phase transformations, microstructure evolution, and process-property relationships. Experience developing, using, or validating computational models for materials behavior. Familiarity with materials data, alloy compositions, thermal histories, transformation kinetics, or microstructure-property relationships. Ability to use Python for scientific scripting, data treatment, and model prototyping. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex materials concepts in a multidisciplinary team. About the research project This project is a proof-of-concept effort aimed at demonstrating a reliable post-fabrication trimming process for Josephson junctions in superconducting qubits. Unlike open-ended exploratory research, this project is goal-oriented and experimentally driven. It requires both careful physical interpretation and structured technical validation. You will take primary responsibility for planning and executing the experimental program in collaboration with senior researchers. While the role does not include formal personnel management, scientific initiative and independence are highly expected. Key responsibilities include: Designing and executing cryogenic experiments. Characterizing Josephson junctions and superconducting circuits. Analyzing device behavior and degradation mechanisms. Correlating electrical performance with material properties (aging, interfaces, coherence). Contributing to reproducible superconducting qubit fabrication workflows within WACQT. The project is closely connected to ongoing superconducting quantum processor development efforts within WACQT. Who we are looking for The following requirements are mandatory: A PhD in Physics, Applied Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field. Strong experimental research experience in superconducting devices, quantum devices, low-temperature physics, nanoscience, or related areas. You are expected to be somewhat accustomed to teaching, and to demonstrate good potential within research and education. Your role as Senior DSP Software Developer This is primarily a signal processing role. As a Senior DSP Developer for Dirac Live within Home & Pro, you will implement, refine, test, and evaluate the algorithms at the core of our products: estimation of acoustic systems from measurements, and design of correction filters for calibration and optimization of loudspeakers in real rooms. The team's focus is on productization and continuous improvement of these algorithms, turning them into robust, high-quality features in shipping products. You will work on the core processing behind our flagship Dirac Live technologies, including Dirac Live Active Room Treatment (ART), now shipping with several leading OEMs. Day to day, this means working with digital filters, FIR and IIR, phase behavior including minimum- and mixed-phase systems, frequency- and time-domain analysis of measured loudspeaker-room responses, and trade-offs between correction performance, robustness, latency, and computational cost. Most of the implementation is in modern C++ running locally inside the end-user app, with some parts running in the cloud. Your responsibilities will include: Continuously improve and evaluate the audio processing algorithms, and reason about the audible impact of changes Productize signal processing algorithms into scalable and maintainable C++ code Optimize algorithm complexity (cycles and memory footprint) without compromising audio quality Build and maintain evaluation methods and datasets to quantify audio performance and guard against regressions Assist the product manager in refining complex work items into smaller, valuable, and estimated user stories Test and use our product at home or in the lab Assist with 2nd-line customer support Maintain and improve the infrastructure and processes for build, test, and release Who you are You have a solid theoretical foundation in signal processing and professional experience applying it, not necessarily in audio. If you're not already familiar with room acoustics you can learn them here, however, you must know the fundamentals of signal processing. You should be comfortable discussing practical DSP trade-offs, such as when to choose an FIR filter over an IIR filter, how magnitude and phase response affect timing, ringing, group delay, and latency, and how to reason about systems in both time and frequency domain. Qualifications: M.Sc. or PhD in Signal Processing, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a similar field, preferably including advanced coursework in signal processing 5+ years of industry experience, including several years of hands-on professional signal processing work; audio signal processing experience is a strong advantage Solid grounding in digital signal processing theory: e.g. FIR/IIR filter design and trade-offs, magnitude and phase response, group delay, latency, and time- and frequency-domain analysis. Ability to work effectively in a large modern C++ codebase, including reading, debugging, testing, and extending production code. The division of Entrepreneurship and Strategy is a supplier of education, especially to the master program EBD (Entrepreneurship and Business Design) at Chalmers School of Entrepreneurship as well as MEI (Management and Economics of Innovation). About the role You will teach, develop and lead courses primarily at master’s level. Teaching at other levels may be included. You will teach in the area of intellectual property (IP), with two main focus areas: a) management and strategy of IP in technology-based innovation and b) generation, development, analysis, and management of IP within early-stage entrepreneurial venturing processes. The teaching aims to equip students with knowledge, methods and analytical tools to understand how IP can be identified, packaged, scoped, protected, managed and used strategically in different organizational contexts and venturing processes. The content includes basic knowledge of different forms of IP rights, as well as more advanced perspectives on IP strategy, IP-based value creation, patenting and licensing, partnerships, IP analytics, freedom-to-operate considerations, commercialization, and the role of IP in new venture development, deep-tech entrepreneurship, and established technology-based firms. A central part of the role pedagogically is to connect theoretical frameworks with practical application. This may include case-based teaching, live cases, role-play pedagogy, supervision of student projects, applied workshops and collaboration with external actors from industry, the professional IP community, and the entrepreneurial ecosystem. You will be part of a teacher team that contributes to the development of the educational offering. As a teacher, we expect you to be interested in research and to continuously develop your own competence to be able to base your teaching on recent developments in research and practice. In Sweden, some 300,000 individuals and families own about 50% of the forestland that spans across two-thirds of the country. These family forest owners will need to undertake the preponderance of actions for creating more biodiverse forests in Sweden. In an interdisciplinary project funded by the Marianne and Marcus Wallenberg Foundation, we pose three specific research questions: What salient elements in cognitive models represent family forest owners’ perceptions and judgement strategies about forest biodiversity on their ownerships? Do family forest owners have the capability, opportunity and motivation to change towards biodiversity-enhancing forest management behaviors? Can interventions providing financial compensation encourage family forest owners’ change toward adopting biodiversity-enhancing forest management behaviors? To help answer these questions, we seek to recruit a postdoctoral researcher to join researchers in applied economics, psychology, and forestry. The candidate will support the integration of behavioral science principles and natural resource management knowledge into relevant research designs; developing research questions; applying appropriate analytical methods; and writing scientific manuscripts. This is a two-year full-time post. A specific task is the development of protocols to engage in interviews with family forest owners, support data collection, and lead analyses. The workplace is the SLU campus in Umeå. Your profile An eligible candidate should hold a Ph.D. obtained within the last three years in a relevant field (e.g. applied economics, cognitive sciences, psychology), or a strong interdisciplinary program. The role As a Data Scientist at Legora you will turn data into decisions. You'll sit close to the business, taking questions end-to-end: shaping the metric, modelling the data in dbt, running the analysis, and making the recommendation. You'll pull in new data sources when you need to, but the underlying instrumentation and platform belong to our data engineering team. Insights are useful; impact is what we hire for. We're an AI-first data team. We believe the data function should be redesigned around what AI now makes possible, not retrofitted with it, and we want someone excited to help define what that looks like in practice. There's no single profile we hire for. Some of us are strongest at data modelling and analytics engineering, some at experimentation and causal inference, some at machine learning, some at stakeholder influence. You'll likely be excellent at one or two of these and competent across the rest. That's the bar. We're a small, centralised team supporting the whole company, hiring for the person, not the seat. Depending on your strengths and where we have the biggest gap when you join, you could be embedded primarily with: Product: instrumentation, feature adoption, user behaviour, A/B testing, shaping the roadmap with PMs and designers. Finance & RevOps: ARR, NRR, forecasting, board reporting, pricing analytics across a 40-country footprint, and unit economics for an AI-native product. Growth & Marketing: acquisition funnels, attribution, campaign measurement, lifecycle analytics, and what actually moves enterprise legal buyers. GTM & Customer Success: pipeline analytics, customer health, expansion signals, and retention drivers in a category that didn't exist three years ago. You'll partner directly with leaders across Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM, most of whom are unusually data-fluent and will happily open a SQL editor with you. Your work will directly influence how we prioritise, how we sell, how we price, and how we build. What you will be doing Partner with stakeholders across Product, Finance, GTM, Growth, and beyond to translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations. Define the metrics that matter, design the experiments or analyses that test them, and measure the impact of what we ship. Conduct deep-dive analyses on the questions that move the business, and proactively surface the questions nobody is asking yet. Model the data you need for your work in dbt, pulling in new sources when necessary, and partner closely with data engineering on anything that needs to scale beyond your immediate use case. Build dashboards and reporting that scale beyond you, so the company can answer its own questions where possible. Help shape how the data team operates as we scale: standards, tooling, ways of working. What you'll need Strong proficiency in SQL and Python. Solid grasp of data modelling and what it takes to build analytical work that is reliable and trusted. Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence decisions through data storytelling, including pushing back when the data doesn't support what someone wants to do. Genuine depth in at least one of the following, with competence across the rest and curiosity to grow: Data modelling and analytics engineering (dbt, dimensional modelling, semantic layers, self-service) Experimentation and causal inference (A/B test design, quasi-experiments, statistical rigour) Machine learning and applied data science (forecasting, prediction, segmentation, evaluation) Product analytics and metric design (funnels, cohorts, adoption frameworks, North Star metrics) Nice to have Experience in a product-led or SaaS environment, ideally B2B.
