Apex.se är under stark utveckling och nu är vi i behov av en bilbyggare/mekaniker och Allt-i-allo till vår verksamhet i Önnestad. Grunden i tjänsten är ombyggnad av bilar, däckservice ute på racing/rallytävlingar och hantering av hjulskifte sommar/vinter. Vi bygger tävlingsbilar, svetsar i störtbågar och bygger om fjädring, bromsar etc i vår verkstad. Under däcksäsongerna tar du hand om våra däckhotellskunder (ca 80h varje säsong). Under sommarsäsongen är det fokus på vår tävlingsdäckservice ute på tävlingar runt om i främst Sverige men med instick utomlands (Danmark, Norge men även söder ut kan förekomma). Det rör sig om ca 10st tävlingsbesök årligen där man normalt jobbar torsdag till söndag aktuell vecka. Innan tävlingarna ska rätt utrustning, rätt antal och däck av rätt sort lastas. Efter tävlingarna behöver våra fordon och vår utrustning ses över. Det kan vara tvätt av tältduk, service av däckmaskiner eller fordon. Huvuduppgifterna är: Bygga om standardbilar till tävlingsbilar (intensivare under vinterhalvåret) Renovera specialbilar Vårda utrustning och maskiner som används i vår racingdäckservice (mestadels sommarhalvåret) Vara med ute på tävlingar och jobba med däckservice och allt vad det innebär (mestadels sommarhalvåret) Vårda företagets fordon (det finns både lastbilar, släpar och bilar) Hålla ordning och reda i verkstad och lagerlokaler samt fastigheten i allmänhet. Hantera hjulskifte sommar- och vintersäsong (sköta däckhotellet) Rycka in när något annat behöver fixas Tjänsten innebär stor frihet och det ställer höga krav på att vara strukturerad och initiativtagande. Du måste trivas att jobba själv även om det finns 8st kollegor som jobbar i samma byggnad. We are currently looking for a Service Technician to join our Plasma Area, to ensure the up-time of our machines and focus on preventive maintenance. Read here.    About the team  The Plasma Area is a vital part of our production, where various materials (thin films) are added or removed from silicon wafers. Machines used in this area include PVD, PECVD, ALD, Plasma Etch Systems and evaporators. All systems utilize high vacuum and most of them use high energy plasma to achieve the desired process reactions. There are a total of eleven Service Technicians in the plasma area, with a total of five Technicians covering the day shift.    About the role  As a Service Technician at Silex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our high-tech equipment is operational in production through maintenance, operations, and service tasks, all conducted in clean-room environments. You will be handling equipment that utilizes electronics, pneumatics, mechanical systems and gases. You will collaborate with skilled colleagues, including area managers, process engineers, and operators.   Each day begins with a handover from the previous shift, after which tasks are planned and divided among the Service Technicians.  There will be a mix of planned and unplanned service activities with a focus on re-occurring planned maintenance.  You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30, with some flexibility.    In this role, you will  Perform planned maintenance on equipment.  Perform weekly cleaning of process chambers.  Collaborate with Production (engineers and operators) and other service technicians.  Ensure that equipment and machinery follow Silex’s policies for providing a safe work environment.    We are looking for someone who  Has work experience with planned maintenance of industrial machines.  Is proficient in English, both written and spoken.
