MANSIONI Customer Service: * Assisterai il cliente in tutte le fasi della vendita, dalla scelta all’acquisto del prodotto, assicurandoti che i target siano raggiunti; * Fornirai alternative e massimizzi le vendite sfruttando anche i canali digitali che l’azienda offre, garantendo la massima soddisfazione del cliente; Visual Merchandising: * Contribuirai al mantenimento costante degli standard sul piano vendita; * Verificherai lo stock presente in piano vendita, sostituendolo quando necessario, al fine di garantire che l’intera gamma di taglie sia presente. REQUISITI * Hai preferibilmente anche una breve esperienza in attività di contatto con il pubblico al di fuori dell’ambito Retail. * Hai ottime capacità comunicative e di gestione del cliente. About the Position This is a full-time consulting assignment You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the company. Job Responsibilities The product owner for calibration will lead the strategy and execution of calibration activities within the product development lifecycle. This role acts as a bridge between engineering teams, project management and stakeholders to ensure alignment on calibration deliverables. You will be responsible for defining the vision and roadmap for calibration processes and tools. As well as ensuring integration with software and hardware platforms. The product owner for calibration manages priorities in agile environments and works cross-functionally to meet performance, quality and regulatory standards. You drive continuous improvement and innovation within the calibration domain to support competitive automotive product development. Example of responsibilities and Duties • Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for calibration processes and tools. • Act as the primary interface between engineering teams, project management, and stakeholders for calibration topics. • Break down business and technical requirements into actionable user stories and backlog items. • Prioritize the calibration backlog and ensure timely delivery of key features and improvements. • Collaborate with software, hardware and test departments to integrate calibration functionality into the complete system. • Ensure alignment of calibration strategies with product and company objectives. • Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for calibration-related topics. • Communicate regularly with leadership on progress, risks and opportunities within the calibration scope. • Support validation and verification activities for calibration systems. • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in calibration practices and methodologies.
