Om tjänsten   Tjänsten kombinerar tre ansvarsområden: verksamhetsledning och samordning för EVL, tränaransvar inom längdskidåkning, samt arbete med forsknings- och utvecklingsfrågor i samverkan med LTU:s forskningsmiljöer. Rollen innebär att du arbetar operativt nära elitidrottande studenter och deras vardag, samtidigt som du strategiskt bidrar till att utveckla LTU:s elitidrottsmiljö i bred samverkan med studenter, tränare, lärare, forskare, idrottsrörelsen, specialidrottsförbund, kommuner, region och externa partners. Arbetsuppgifter EVL-KOORDINERING Samordna och utveckla LTU:s arbete som Elitidrottsvänligt lärosäte. Stödja elitidrottande studenter i att kombinera elitidrottssatsning och studier. TRÄNING OCH PRESTATIONSUTVECKLING Ansvara för planering, träning och uppföljning för elitsatsande studenter inom längdskidåkning. Fungera som länk mellan elitidrottare, tränare, förbund och universitetets forskningsmiljöer. FOU OCH EXTERN SAMVERKAN Bidra till och delta i FoU-projekt inom idrott, prestation och teknologi. Initiera och driva samverkansprojekt med externa aktörer. Medverka i resursanskaffning, extern finansiering och strategiska partnerskap. Kvalifikationer   Vi söker dig som har: akademisk examen inom relevant område, exempelvis idrottsvetenskap, teknologi, fysiologi, idrottsmedicin eller annan inriktning som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdig, dokumenterad erfarenhet av elitidrott eller prestationsutveckling, exempelvis som aktiv, tränare, ledare, forskare, utvecklingsansvarig eller motsvarande, god förståelse för elitidrottares villkor och dubbla karriärer, erfarenhet av att leda, samordna eller utveckla verksamhet, god förmåga att bygga relationer och samverka med olika aktörer, mycket god kommunikativ och organisatorisk förmåga, god förmåga att arbeta självständigt och driva utvecklingsarbete från idé till genomförande. För tjänsten är det viktigt att du kan röra dig mellan praktisk idrottsverksamhet och akademisk miljö. Note: Please submit your CV in English.  Role Overview As an On-site Tracking Hardware Support (OTHS), you will be the first line of support for Genius Sports’ hardware infrastructure at sports venues. Your mission is to maintain, troubleshoot, and ensure the correct operation of the Dragon tracking systems and video streaming hardware used in elite stadiums. You will be a key point of contact on-site, working independently or with remote support from engineering teams, ensuring our equipment functions correctly before and during live sports events. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the first responder for hardware and connectivity issues in stadiums (MD and MD-1 support). * Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance: * Reseat, replace, or terminate copper and fibre cables * Power cycle/reboot network devices (servers, switches, routers) * Clean, re-angle, and reposition cameras as needed * Connect to networking equipment via laptop for diagnostics (with remote engineering support) * Replace hardware components (e.g., cameras, cables, connectors) with provided equipment * Document actions and issues post-visit via internal reporting systems * Coordinate with stadium staff and remote support teams in a professional manner * Use ladders and access elevated or restricted areas to maintain or inspect equipment * Be on call for urgent match-day (-1) support when required Requirements * Technical Skills: * Basic knowledge of networking hardware (Ethernet/fibre, switches, servers, routers) * Comfortable using laptops for diagnostics and basic configuration * Experience with hand tools, camera mounts, cable management * Familiarity with cable termination (RJ45) is a plus * Other Requirements: * English proficiency (B1–B2 minimum) to communicate with remote teams and complete documentation * Availability on weekends and during match-day hours (some weekdays may also be required) * Ability to work independently and solve problems under pressure * Comfortable with heights, ladder usage, and following health & safety protocols * Willingness to travel locally/regionally and transport equipment when needed (a vehicle is an asset)  Turn your passion for sports into income – apply now and join Genius Sports as a Freelance On-site Tracking Hardware Support!

You ensure that Klättermusen’s products are validated against real-world conditions before they reach market — building the feedback loops that make our gear genuinely better with every season. You will plan and manage our field testing programme across all product categories, coordinate a global community of testers whose experience spans elite alpinists to everyday outdoor users, and translate their feedback into clear, actionable insights that support product development decisions. Key Responsibilities: Field Testing & Community Management * Plan and manage the seasonal field testing calendar in alignment with product development milestones. * Coordinate field testing activities from prototype stage through production validation. * Define test objectives, write structured test briefs, and establish clear feedback criteria for each testing programme. * Coordinate prototype and sample logistics, including shipping, tracking, inventory management, and retrieval. * Maintain tester databases, product tracking, and testing records across seasons. * Build and maintain a diverse global tester community spanning athletes, mountain professionals, recreational users, retail staff, and brand ambassadors. * Recruit, onboard, and support new testers while ensuring they understand Klättermusen’s values, testing philosophy, and expectations. * Maintain regular communication with testers throughout testing cycles.
