What you'll do: As a member of the CMS Safety Office, you will participate in all safety-related activities at the CMS experimental sites during the Long Shutdown 3, when both the detector and the infrastructure will undergo major upgrades. In particular, you will take a leading role in the technical review of all CMS fire extinguishing systems and safety monitoring systems to assess their design, coverage and suitability for the CMS upgrade. Om tjänsten Som arbetskonsulent arbetar du bland annat med detta: Coachning till arbete och studier.Du möter Tyresöbor som behöver stöd på vägen mot arbete, studier eller annan ersättning. Tillsammans kartlägger ni nuläge och nästa steg, sätter upp en arbetsmarknadsplanering och följer den kontinuerligt. Du bygger relationer där individen känns trygg och delaktig, samtidigt som du håller riktningen mot målet: självförsörjning genom arbete eller studier. Arbetsgivarkontakt. Du arbetar aktivt med arbetsgivarkontakter. Du tycker om att upparbeta nya samarbeten med arbetsgivare, underhålla och bibehålla befintliga arbetsgivarkontakter, sälja in deltagare till arbetsgivare, arbeta med matchningar som blir bra för både Tyresöbor och arbetsgivare samt arbeta med att stötta vid start av praktik och anställningar för att dessa ska hålla och bli anställningar i längden. Gruppaktiviteter. Du arbetar även med att hålla gruppaktiviteter med fokus på att våra Tyresöbor ska ta nästa steg till arbete och studier. Feriejobb. En av tjänsterna kommer även att under del av året vara del i arbetet med kommunens feriejobbsprocess. Detta innebär att söka upp och bygga relationer med arbetsplatser inom kommunen, föreningslivet och näringslivet för att skapa fler feriejobbsplatser. Samt att matcha ut ungdomar (16–17 år) till rätt plats utifrån deras förutsättningar och särskilda behov. Det innebär även administrativa arbetsuppgifter i digitala system, såsom matchning, dokumentation och uppföljning samt administration kring löneutbetalningar. Tjänsterna är på enheten som helhet och innebär att vara med i och driva utvecklingsarbete där exakta arbetsuppgifter kan komma att variera över tid utifrån verksamhetens behov och utveckling. Som nyckelperson i denna roll följer man individen genom hela processen, från det första mötet och matchningen till uppföljning och långsiktigt stöd på arbetsplatsen. Stödet riktas både till deltagaren och arbetsgivaren och anpassas efter behov för att skapa goda förutsättningar för en varaktig etablering i arbetslivet. En viktig del av uppdraget är att ge individuellt stöd genom motiverande samtal (MI), upprätta och följa upp genomförandeplaner samt bidra till deltagarnas återhämtning och utveckling mot arbete eller studier. I tjänsten ingår dessutom att planera och leda gruppaktiviteter som stärker deltagarnas förberedelser inför en IPS-placering och ökar deras trygghet i övergången till arbetslivet. Rollen innefattar även samverkan med myndigheter, vårdgivare och andra aktörer för att säkerställa ett samordnat stöd utifrån individens situation. Uppdraget omfattar även att utveckla ett nära och strukturerat samarbete med kommunens arbetsmarknadsenhet för att skapa tydliga vägar vidare genom samordnade insatser, praktik, arbetsmarknadsåtgärder och stöd mot egen försörjning. KVALIFIKATIONER Examen som stödpedagog, beteendevetare, socionom eller annan likvärdig högskole-/universitetsutbildning. Utbildning inom IPS, Supported Employment (SE), Motiverande samtal (MI). Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av: Arbete med personer med psykisk funktionsnedsättning. Arbetslivsinriktad rehabilitering, arbetsmarknadsinsatser och myndighetssamverkan. Individuellt förändrings- och motivationsarbete. Vi söker dig som är empatisk och har förmåga att möta människor utifrån deras individuella förutsättningar. Samtidigt är du drivande, modig och kan på ett respektfullt sätt utmana och motivera personer till utveckling och förändring när situationen kräver det. Du har mycket god samarbetsförmåga och lätt för att skapa, utveckla och bibehålla förtroendefulla relationer. Du trivs med att arbeta självständigt och ta eget ansvar, samtidigt som du ser värdet av att bidra till teamets gemensamma mål och utveckling. Du är flexibel, serviceinriktad och har en god kommunikativ förmåga i mötet med deltagare, arbetsgivare och samverkanspartners, såväl internt som externt. För tjänsten är det särskilt viktigt att du trivs med att etablera kontakter och bygga relationer med arbetsgivare för att skapa möjligheter till praktik, arbete och studier samt för att kunna matcha deltagarnas kompetenser, intressen och mål med rätt arbetsplats. Rollen innebär dokumentation och administrativa arbetsuppgifter, vilket ställer krav på god digital kompetens och erfarenhet av att arbeta i olika IT-system. Du har god förmåga att dokumentera och uttrycka dig väl på svenska i både tal och skrift. Stor vikt kommer att läggas vid personlig lämplighet. Anställningsform: Tidsbegränsad anställning.
