Som planeringscontroller verkar du inom planeringsavdelningen och har en central roll i att säkerställa att våra personalresurser motsvarar verksamhetens behov. Planeringsavdelningen lägger grunden för produktionen och har en central strategisk betydelse för verksamheten. Rollen innebär ett stort ansvar för analys, uppföljning och utveckling av verksamheten med särskilt fokus på budgetprocessen, resursbalans och planeringsförutsättningar. Tjänsten är baserad vid vårt huvudkontor i Stockholm och arbetet utförs huvudsakligen på plats. Rollen innebär att du: Tar fram och ansvarar för personalprognoser samt utgör ett centralt stöd i verksamhetens budget- och prognosarbete. Följer upp, analyserar och visualiserar resursbalans och bemanningsbehov över tid. Tar fram kvalificerade beslutsunderlag kopplat till förändringar i trafik, bemanning och arbetssätt. Analyserar konsekvenser av olika planeringsscenarier och stöttar verksamheten i förändringar av personalstyrka, exempelvis vid trafikförändringar eller rekrytering, för att säkerställa balans mellan kostnad, kvalitet och robusthet. Stöttar planeringsavdelningen internt i prioriteringar kopplat till resursbalans och planeringsförutsättningar. Identifierar och driver förbättringar i planeringsprocesserna, särskilt kopplat till interna leveranspunkter, arbetssätt och analysmetodik. Bidrar med kunskap om kollektivavtal och arbetstidsregler samt deras påverkan på resursbehov och kostnader. Du ingår i planeringsavdelningens ledningsgrupp och rapporterar till Chef Planering. Rollen innebär ett nära samarbete med de ledningsgrupper vars verksamhet du stöttar, samt med trafikplanering, personalplanering, ekonomi och HR. Vem är du? In your future role as Environmental Liability Project Manager - Europe you will Be responsible for managing impaired sites and environmental liabilities across Nouryon’s European portfolio, ensuring compliance, cost control, and protection of company reputation.
