Build the systems behind Circular IT. Help shape how quality, safety and continuous improvement come to life at Foxway. At Foxway, we're transforming the way organizations buy, use and reuse technology. As a leading provider of Circular IT solutions, we help businesses reduce costs, lower environmental impact, and extend the lifecycle of their devices. We're now looking for a Quality Manager to join our CWS (Circular Workspace Solutions) organization. If you're passionate about management systems, operational excellence, and creating practical improvements that make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you. About the role As our Quality Manager, you'll play a central role in strengthening how we work across CWS. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining our Integrated Management System while ensuring our operations continue to meet ISO standards and regulatory requirements. But this role goes beyond compliance. You'll work closely with Operations, Leadership, and Group Compliance to identify improvement opportunities, strengthen processes, and help build a culture where quality, safety and continuous improvement are part of everyday work. This is a hands-on role where you'll balance governance with practical implementation—translating requirements into processes that genuinely support the business. In this role, you will: Own and continuously develop the CWS Integrated Management System (IMS). Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001. Plan and conduct internal audits while supporting external certification audits. Drive continuous improvement initiatives together with Operations and business leaders. Practical experience working with ISO management systems, particularly ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ideally ISO 27001. Experience conducting internal audits and supporting certification processes. A background from operations, manufacturing, logistics, warehouse or other operational environments where quality systems play a key role. Proven experience driving continuous improvement and implementing process changes across an organization. The ability to initiate, drive and follow up improvement activities from idea through implementation. Experience facilitating workshops, analysing business needs, and translating them into practical processes and solutions. Fluency in AI-powered and IT tools to improve processes, documentation, and ways of working. You have a hands-on mindset—you don't wait for perfect input but proactively develop proposals, documentation and ways of working together with process owners. You're someone who enjoys turning complexity into practical solutions. Rather than maintaining processes for the sake of documentation, you're motivated by making them work better for the people using them every day. You build trust across the organization. You communicate confidently with different stakeholders, and know how to influence without relying on formal authority. You turn improvement into action. You're equally comfortable facilitating audits, leading workshops, or working alongside Operations to identify practical improvements. We bring stories to life across various formats for everyone to discover. Anytime. Anywhere. Ready for your next chapter? We're looking for an IT Operations Specialist to join our team in Stockholm! ABOUT THE ROLE Do you want to architect, develop, and take technical ownership of modern cloud Digital Workplace platforms while remaining hands-on, managing daily operations and handling routine workplace IT tasks? The IT Operations team is currently scaling our responsibilities and operations. While Storytel’s core IT landscape is primarily built around Google Workspace and macOS, we are in an exciting phase where we are taking over the IT responsibility for companies within the group that mainly operate on Microsoft 365. We are looking for this role to act as the technical bridge for this expansion, which brings an exciting increase in technical complexity, multi-tenant environments, and global reach. In this role, you will step into a vital and highly versatile position. While your primary focus will be acting as our internal driver for MDM and Microsoft 365 governance, this is a broad role where you will manage and work across a wide array of different systems, applications, processes, and projects. Simultaneously, you will remain hands-on, supporting the team in daily operations and taking ownership of Workplace IT. Growth & Opportunities For an ambitious candidate who successfully takes ownership and elevates our MDM and M365 environments, there are great opportunities to gradually shape the role and dive deeper into specialized infrastructure engineering and governance as our landscape evolves. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES * MDM Evolution & Management: Take ownership of managing and developing our device management across our hybrid device fleet with Microsoft Intune and Jamf. You will architect, build, and maintain secure device configurations while also focusing on creating a great user experience with a distinct Storytel look and feel across all endpoints. * M365 & Identity Governance: Architect, configure, and manage our Microsoft 365 environments within a complex multi-tenant structure. These environments are tightly integrated with Okta as part of an advanced identity architecture, utilizing HRiS as a Source * SaaS System Administration: Daily administration, user lifecycle management, and optimization of various SaaS systems used and provided across the group. * IT Projects & Continuous Improvement: Actively lead and execute various internal IT projects. You will be a driving force behind onboarding new group environments and constantly leveling up our technical setup. * Vendor Management & Procurement: Manage relationships and contracts with external IT vendors, hardware suppliers, and SaaS providers. You will oversee software licensing, optimize procurement processes, and ensure we partner with the right external stakeholders. Operational & Workplace Responsibilities * Office & AV technology: Driving the continuous improvement and development of our office technology and meeting rooms, while overseeing daily operations and support * IT-Equipment Management: Managing IT equipment lifecycle operations (procurement, inventory logistics, and on/offboarding setups) for a device fleet consisting primarily of MacBooks, alongside an increasing number of Windows devices. * Daily IT-support: Handling a broad variety of daily support requests from our end-users, both on-site and remote. Ranging from complex technical troubleshooting to routine, autopilot tasks REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS * Technical Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience working within IT operations, modern workplace management, or system administration. * MDM & M365 Expertise: Proven experience configuring and administering Microsoft Intune (device configuration, compliance policies, deployment) and managing Microsoft 365 environments. Experience with multi-tenant setups is a major plus. * Hands-on IT Support: Solid experience handling day-to-day workplace IT, end-user support, and hardware lifecycle management. * Advanced Workstation & OS Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of both Windows and macOS ecosystems, naturally becoming the go-to person in the team for anything related to computer management and troubleshooting. * Bonus Platform Knowledge: Experience with Okta, Google Workspace and Jamf is a strong advantage. * Language: Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken. Who You Are To thrive in this position, we are looking for a specific mindset and personality. We believe you recognize yourself in the following: * Autonomous & Driven: You don't wait for instructions. You identify what needs to be done, set your own agenda, and drive your initiatives to completion with high energy. * AI-Forward & Efficiency-Minded: You have a strong understanding of how to leverage AI to optimize your work.
