TL;DR: We're building AI-powered GTM systems from scratch — you'll lead the design and execution of the agents, automations, and workflows that help Lovable win deals, onboard customers faster, and scale. You'll own our agent orchestration strategy and execution, the data pipelines that power it, and our PLG strategy in the enterprise segment end-to-end. We're looking for an exceptional GTM Engineer Lead. If you're obsessed with AI, love building things that actually get used, and want to shape how a generation-defining company grows, this is your role. Please Note: this role can be based in one of our US office locations (San Francisco, Boston, NYC) but it is not eligible for remote work. At this time we are unable to support work authorization in the US. Why Lovable? Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software with any language. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products - fast. We are at the forefront of a foundational shift in software creation, which means you have an unprecedented opportunity to change the way the digital world works. Over 2 million people in 200+ countries already use Lovable to launch businesses, automate work, and bring their ideas to life. And we’re just getting started. We’re a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We seek out people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world. The role We're building AI-powered GTM systems from scratch. You'll lead the design and execution of the agents, automations, and workflows that help Lovable win deals, onboard customers faster, and scale. You'll own our agent orchestration strategy, the data pipelines that power it, and our PLG motion in enterprise end-to-end. If you're obsessed with AI, love building things that actually get used, and want to shape how a generation-defining company grows, this is your role. What you'll do * Own PLG strategy and execution for enterprise: design the full motion from activation to expansion, and build the systems that make it run without manual intervention. * Build and scale the agent layer that powers our GTM: from outreach personalization to deal routing, you'll architect what we use to win. * Own the data infrastructure that makes all of it intelligent: product signals, enrichment pipelines, CRM sync, the works. * Ship rapidly: prototype GTM experiments across channels, workflows, and data-driven tactics, and iterate based on what moves the needle. * Build in Lovable: you'll design agents and apps directly in the product, not just describe what you want someone else to build. What we're looking for * BS/MS in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field, or equivalent depth demonstrated through professional experience building production AI systems. * Proven track record leading a GTM engineering or growth engineering function at a high-growth SaaS company, with direct reports. * Hands-on experience architecting and owning agent orchestration systems end-to-end, from framework selection to production deployment and iteration. * Deep experience designing and owning data pipelines that feed GTM systems, including product usage signals, enrichment flows, and CRM sync. * Hands-on PLG experience, especially designing and executing enterprise motions around activation, expansion, and usage-based conversion. * Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, and genuine obsession with the LLM stack. You follow model releases and have strong opinions on how to build with them. * Deep experience with Lovable. You've built real things in it, not just played around. About our process You can expect a mix of one-on-one conversations, a hands-on building assignment and a multi-person panel presentation as part of your interview process. A successful candidate will be able to show previously built systems and agents, as well as demonstrate forward-thinking as to how past work can be applied to the Lovable ecosystem and GTM motion. About your application Please submit your application in English. It’s our company language, so you’ll be speaking lots of it if you join. We treat all candidates equally - if you’re interested, please apply through our careers portal.
