I denna rekrytering söker vi föredragande jurister till flera av våra avdelningar. Domstolen har nio avdelningar med inriktning mot migration, skatt eller allmänna mål. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som är jurist med juristexamen eller juris kandidatexamen. Du är notariemeriterad eller kommer att bli notariemeriterad senast den 2026-12-31 eller har minst två års erfarenhet av kvalificerat juridiskt arbete på en allmän förvaltningsdomstol. På Domstolsverket arbetar omkring 400 medarbetare där huvudkontoret finns centralt i Jönköping, med lokalkontor i Stockholm, Göteborg, Malmö och Umeå. Rättsenheten är en del av Domstolsverkets rättsavdelning där också enheten för internationella relationer ingår. På rättsenheten arbetar cirka 15 jurister, varav majoriteten är assessorer, samt en administratör. Medarbetarna är placerade i Jönköping, Malmö, Göteborg och Umeå. Rättsenhetens huvudsakliga ansvar är att bidra med rättslig expertkompetens till andra delar av Domstolsverket och se till att det finns rättsliga förutsättningar för det utvecklingsarbete som bedrivs inom Sveriges Domstolar. Utöver den interna juridiska rådgivningen har rättsenheten en mängd andra uppgifter, till exempel att samordna Domstolsverkets författningssamling (DVFS) samordna och besvara samtliga remisser och delningar samt följa upp de remisser som besvarats när dessa bedöms få konsekvenser för Sveriges Domstolar handlägga skadeståndsfrågor och överklaganden av domstolarnas administrativa beslut samordna och besvara internationella enkäter om det svenska rättsväsendet utreda behov av författningsändringar och ta fram hemställningar representera Domstolsverket i samverkansgrupper och nätverk med andra myndigheter Dina arbetsuppgifter På Domstolsverket pågår ett omfattande och kontinuerligt arbete med att utveckla digitala lösningar inom olika delar av Sveriges Domstolars verksamhet, vilket inkluderar användningen av olika AI-tjänster. Arbetet sker ofta i samarbete med andra myndigheter. Som jurist med inriktning dataskydd har du en viktig roll i att stödja den här utvecklingen. En stor del av ditt arbete kommer att vara som rättsligt stöd i dataskydds- och AI-relaterade frågor och du kommer att ingå i rättsenhetens dataskyddsgrupp. Ditt arbete kommer huvudsakligen att bestå av att ta fram rättsliga analyser och ställningstaganden samt att ge juridisk rådgivning i frågor kopplade till dataskydd och offentlighet och sekretess. Du kommer att delta i utformandet av personuppgiftsbiträdesavtal, bedömning av molntjänster samt förvaltning och utveckling av det stödmaterial som Domstolsverket tar fram till domstolarna när det gäller personuppgiftshantering. Arbetet innebär att du har rollen som expert inom dataskydd såväl i förhållande till andra medarbetare på enheten som till övriga avdelningar och enheter på verket. I arbetet ingår exempelvis att delta i informationsklassningar och konsekvensbedömningar av nya personuppgiftsbehandlingar och att bevaka att dataskyddsperspektivet omhändertas i all utveckling. Utöver frågor om dataskydd kommer du att ha andra uppgifter som omfattas av rättsenhetens uppdrag, såsom att handlägga remisser och delningar och stötta andra avdelningar vid begäran om utlämnande av allmänna handlingar. Omfattningen av dessa arbetsuppgifter kan variera. Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som är jurist (jur. kand. examen, juristexamen eller motsvarande) med erfarenhet av kvalificerat juridiskt arbete och arbete med dataskydd på förvaltningsmyndighet. Det krävs att du har mycket god kunskap om dataskyddslagstiftningen och är intresserad av att utveckla Sveriges Domstolar. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet från arbete i domstol. We're looking for an experienced, driven Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive ElevenLabs' growth across Sweden's largest enterprises, with a specific focus on Industrials and Telecommunications. In this role you'll act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, enabling clients to leverage our industry-leading models and ElevenAgents — our end-to-end platform for building and deploying AI voice agents — to reimagine their customer experience, internal workflows, and monetization strategies. Build and manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts across Sweden, with a primary focus on Industrials and Telecommunications, to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals. 2.
