När badhuset stänger flyttar verksamhet och personal till utomhusbadet bredvid. Hallstavik utomhusbad är en sommarpärla för både invånare och sommargäster. Badet har en motionsbassäng på 25 meter, 4 banor, med anslutande lekdel, bubblor, hopp-lagun, klättervägg och rutschbana. Det finns duschar och bastur och även stora ytor för solbad, lekplatser, beachvolley, pingis och cafeteria.   Anställningsform  Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på deltid, 78,43% (snitt 30 timmar/vecka).
