Om oss Hagfors bibliotek är integrerade folk- och skolbibliotek.Vi är en del av kulturenheten inom Barn- och bildningsavdelningen, där kulturskolan, fritidsgårdar och kommunens övriga kulturverksamheter ingår. Vi arbetar nära kommunens förskolor och skolor och har ett tydligt uppdrag att främja språk, läsning och tidig litteracitet. Uppdraget Som biblioteksassistent med inriktning mot yngre barn blir du en viktig del av kommunens arbete med att stärka barns språkutveckling och tidiga möten med litteratur. Admissions systems and administration Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the school's admissions and CRM systems. Ensure applicant information is complete, accurate and maintained to a high standard. Prepare routine admissions documentation and correspondence. Prepare and issue admissions, enrolment and student documentation, including enrolment confirmations, transcripts, certificates and other official documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Contribute to the effective administration of the admissions function. Collaboration Work collaboratively with colleagues across the school to ensure an excellent experience for prospective and newly enrolled families. Other duties The Admissions Coordinator may be required to undertake other duties that are reasonably consistent with the nature and level of the role. The post holder will occasionally be required to support events or activities outside normal office hours.
