About the team: We have recently established a new Scripting Team in India, based in Gurgaon. This hub is part of the global Operations team and sits within the Data Management & Dashboard Delivery (DMD) capability. The team supports ad hoc, tracking and syndicated quantitative studies as the business transitions from an outsourced vendor model to a stronger blended / in-house delivery model. The team scripts and maintains online questionnaires for healthcare professionals, patients and other key stakeholders. By integrating complex logic, customized routing, validation checks and robust testing, the team ensures high-quality data capture and supports downstream data processing, analytics, dashboarding, reporting and insight generation. As the team scales, the priority is to strengthen scripting quality, technical governance, capability-building and readiness for more complex programming requirements. Your primary role: The Scripting Senior Manager - SME is a senior Subject Matter Expert role within the Scripting department, reporting to the Associate Director, Data Management & Dashboard Delivery (DMD). The role provides the highest level of in-house scripting expertise for India DMD and acts as the technical authority, escalation point and quality owner for complex survey programming. This role is critical to scaling the scripting function and de-risking the transition from outsourced delivery to a blended / in-house model. Som Microsoft 365-specialist hos Bravero kommer du att arbeta med att hjälpa våra kunder få en säker och effektiv samarbetsplattform. Vi söker en teknikspecialist med gedigen erfarenhet inom avancerad administration och konfiguration inom Microsoft 365 med fokus på säkert och efterlevnad, som är van att arbeta i nära dialog och samarbete med kunden. Du vill skapa affärsnytta genom lösningar som både är smarta, användarvänliga och långsiktiga. Hos oss får du utrymme att växa, påverka, leda och arbeta med teknik i framkant – tillsammans med kollegor som brinner för samma sak. I rollen som Microsoft 365-specialist kommer du att: Utveckla tekniska lösningar - designa, införa och underhålla lösningar i Microsoft 365, Entra ID och Azure med Purview, SharePoint/Teams och Copilot. Bidra till innovation och förbättring - vara med och utveckla vårt erbjudande och affär inklusive våra paketerade erbjudanden inom Unisight (vår växande portfölj av produktivitetslösningar baserade på Microsoft). Vidareutveckla våra kunder - stötta och supportera våra kunder med inspiration, utveckling, implementation samt support och förvaltning. För att passa in i rollen ska du ha minst 3 års arbetslivserfarenhet inom området samt goda kommunikationsfärdigheter i svenska och minst medelgoda kunskaper i engelska. Ytterligare kompetens på produkter och lösningar inom Microsoft 365 och Azure är meriterande. Om Bravero På Bravero hjälper vi verksamheter att lyckas på riktigt med Microsoft 365. Vi arbetar primärt mot den privata sektorn och arbetar med kunder som Spendrups, Holmen, Ovzon, Granitor, Piab. Vi är ett svenskspråkigt företag men har kunder som också använder engelska. Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer inkludera att: Utforska och implementera Microsoft CoPilot och andra AI-lösningar Konfigurera agenter och skapa AI-drivna lösningar som fristående tjänster eller integrerat i våra plattformar (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPlatform, Dynamics 365 Business Central) Delta i kunddialoger och identifiera tekniska behov och utvecklingsmöjligheter Arbeta med SharePoint och utveckla lösningar för dokumenthantering Bygga och vidareutveckla Canvas-appar i PowerPlatform och SharePoint Vem är du? Vi ser att du har erfarenhet av att leverera lösningar inom Microsoft 365 - främst SharePoint, Teams och gärna CoPilot. Du ser potentialen att genom AI förbättra processer och förenkla arbetet för människor. Du tycker det är roligt att hålla dig uppdaterad om ny teknik och gillar att omsätta kunskaper till praktisk nytta. Du talar och skriver obehindrat på både svenska och engelska. Sedan tidigare har du: Erfarenhet av att skapa anpassade lösningar för dokument- och informationshantering i SharePoint Arbetat verksamhetsnära, gärna med erfarenhet från olika branscher Erfarenhet av automatisering och gärna Machine learning En naturlig nyfikenhet för att utforska AI-teknologins potential Hur vi ser på livet På Compago arbetar vi tillsammans med placering i Malmö eller Göteborg.
