Förvaltningen har ett nätverksteam som organisatoriskt tillhör Barn- och ungdomsavdelningen men som stöttar hela socialförvaltningen i arbetet med nätverk. Din uppgift som nätverksledare är att utforska, mobilisera, bjuda in och leda olika typer av nätverksmöten med både professionella och privata mötesdeltagare. Processen inleds med förmöten för att utforska nätverket, behov och syfte med nätverksmöte tillsammans med klient, vårdnadshavare och barnet. Mötena formas utifrån behoven och kan vara både utredande, behandlande och samordnande. Det är just variationen och möjligheten att skapa en meningsfull förändring som gör arbetet både utvecklande och spännande.
