What we’re looking for You likely have several years of experience working with embedded systems and verification, and are comfortable working in technically complex environments. We think you: Have experience with embedded software and testing, including C/C++ Are used to working with automation using Python, Bash or similar Understand embedded operating systems such as Linux, QNX, Android or RTOS Have worked with structured development processes, testing and quality requirements Are comfortable analyzing problems across system boundaries, not just within a single component Experience from automotive environments (e.g. ASPICE, ISO 26262), HIL/SIL testing, or automotive communication protocols is valuable, but not required in all areas. Why Knowit Connectivity? We focus on assignments where verification is technically challenging and where your work has real impact on system behavior and product quality. At Knowit Connectivity, you: Work with other experienced engineers within embedded and automotive systems Get the opportunity to influence both test strategy and technical solutions Join teams rather than working alone in assignments Gain exposure to different domains while building deep technical competence As part of Knowit, you also have access to a broader network of expertise, while keeping a close and collaborative team locally. Interested? Let’s have a conversation. We’re happy to tell you more about the projects and how we work.

WE'RE UNLOCKING ACCESS TO THE NHS, BECAUSE HEALTHCARE IS NOT TRULY FREE UNTIL IT'S TRULY ACCESSIBLE 💙 The world’s best healthcare, for free. It's not a new idea, it's called the NHS. But the largest healthcare provider is fundamentally broken. Patient satisfaction is at an all time low, and the biggest reason cited is lack of access. So we’re on a mission to fix it with technology that actually works. We're building the front door of UK healthcare, creating a future where one billion NHS appointments are transparent and instantly bookable, and patients are guided to the right service first time using AI. We're developing critical national infrastructure. Today, 26% of GP practices in England use our patient registration software, while one in five GP practices in London use Bookable Search to help new patients find and book appointments seamlessly. Our latest product, Bookable Navigator, extends this vision by automatically booking appointments for existing patients. We operate from within a working GP practice in East London 🏥 We're backed by Y Combinator, Innovate UK and the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme, and were previously ranked the 8th fastest-growing startup in the UK and 33rd fastest-growing in Europe 🚀 ⛩️ OUR PRINCIPLES Exciting challenges lie ahead. Our Talent Pool is the simplest way to put your hand up and say you want to work with us. When we start hiring, it's one of the first places we look! 🙌 HOW IT WORKS Join once, and we'll take it from there. We'll match you to relevant roles as they open up. We won't reach out unless there's a genuine reason to, but when there is, we'll move quickly 😉 👍 WHO'S IT FOR? Everyone! 👀 WILL I HEAR ABOUT ROLES BEFORE THEY'RE ADVERTISED? Often, yes. We reach out to people in our Talent Pool before we post publicly. Being in the pool gives you a head start. 📞 CAN I SPEAK TO SOMEONE FROM THE TEAM? We'd love to! We can't always make time for every conversation, but if we think there's a strong fit, we'll be in touch to set something up. 💙 A BIT ABOUT US 💙 We’re all NHS staff. We’re inside-outsiders. Trusted with one of the biggest datasets in the world. 🏥 Our office is within a GP practice. This is our unfair advantage. Got a question? Pop down the corridor. Honor Technology’s mission is to change the way society cares for older adults. As a leader in aging care innovation, Honor provides the technology, tools, and services that empower older adults to live life on their own terms. Honor’s growing portfolio includes its consumer care brand, Home Instead, Inc., the world’s leading provider of in-home care for older adults. With a global franchise network and more than 100,000 Care Pros, Home Instead delivers over 50 million hours of personalized care annually. Together, Honor and Home Instead are setting a new standard for aging in place, backed by powerful technology, compassionate care, and a commitment to aging on your own terms. Join us to create a new and better aging experience for our clients, their families, and our Care Professionals. ABOUT HONOR Our mission is simple: change the way we care for our parents so they can age safely at home. How we accomplish that mission is anything but simple. Delivering reliable home care requires coordinating people, schedules, geography, skills, preferences, and changing needs across a complex operating environment. Honor combines technology, operations, and the local expertise of our partner agencies to improve how care is delivered at scale. Our platform supports the caregivers who provide care, the teams who coordinate it, and the families who depend on it. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Data Science to lead a team applying advanced data science and AI to some of Honor’s most important operational challenges. ABOUT THE ROLE You will lead the development of models and decision systems that improve how Honor matches caregivers and clients, constructs sustainable schedules, allocates capacity, prioritizes operational work, and responds to changing conditions. This is not an analytics support role. Your team will work directly with Product, Engineering, and Care Operations to turn difficult operating problems into production systems that improve measurable outcomes. You will contribute to Honor’s broader Data Science and Applied AI direction, help shape the team’s roadmap, and remain hands-on as a player-coach. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Help shape the Data Science and Applied AI roadmap, identifying where predictive modeling, optimization, experimentation, forecasting, causal inference, and modern AI can create the greatest impact. * Lead the development of production models and decision-support systems that improve matching, scheduling, operational prioritization, and service reliability. * Apply modern AI, including agentic workflows, to improve how teams analyze information, make decisions, and execute operational work. * Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations from problem definition through deployment, adoption, and iteration. * Establish strong standards for evaluating, monitoring, and responsibly deploying machine learning and AI-enabled systems. * Lead, coach, and grow the team while remaining hands-on in high-priority projects as a player-coach. EXAMPLES OF PROBLEMS YOU MAY SOLVE * Improving caregiver-client matching while balancing fit, continuity, availability, and travel. * Building more reliable and sustainable schedules for caregivers and clients. * Using data science and AI to identify operational risks earlier and help teams focus where they can have the greatest impact. ABOUT YOU * 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, operations research, applied AI, or a related field, including 3+ years leading teams. * Have built or led the development of models or decision systems that operated in production and influenced meaningful business or customer outcomes. * Can determine whether a problem calls for prediction, optimization, experimentation, simulation, workflow redesign, an AI agent, or no model at all. * Understand that successful applied AI requires more than choosing a model. It requires clear objectives, reliable data and tools, rigorous evaluation, thoughtful system design, and appropriate human oversight. * Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations, and senior business stakeholders on ambiguous, cross-functional problems. * Comfortable working with imperfect operational data while maintaining a high standard for measurement and technical rigor. * Can communicate clearly with technical, operational, and executive audiences. * Have a bias toward action and an iterative approach to problem-solving. You are willing to inspect the data, understand the workflow, prototype solutions, and revise your view. * Are an effective people leader who can set clear expectations, develop talent, prioritize work, and build a strong technical culture. HELPFUL EXPERIENCE Experience with marketplace, logistics, workforce, scheduling, healthcare, or other complex operating systems is especially valuable, as is experience with optimization, forecasting, recommender systems, causal inference, agentic systems, or AI evaluation. A bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in a quantitative or technical field is welcome, but we care most about demonstrated ability, judgment, leadership, and impact. WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT Many companies have interesting datasets. Honor has a dynamic operating environment in which technical decisions directly affect caregivers, care teams, families, and older adults. The opportunity is to build systems that do more than predict outcomes. They will help Honor decide what to do next, execute more effectively, and continuously learn from the results. Our range reflects the hiring range for this position. We use national average to determine pay as we are a remote first company. We offer a generous time off program, mental health benefits, wellness program, and discount program. Hiring Salary Range $228,600—$254,000 USD At Honor, we put people first. Guided by our principles, we’ll meet these challenges with a thoughtful and caring approach. These principles drive everything we do at Healthtech-1: 1. 💙 Care deeply 2. 🏋️♀️ Work hard 3. 🤝 Be your word 4. 💬 Trust in radical truth and transparency 5. 🚀 Do your life's best work 6. 🥳 Find the fun Read more about our principles and our "why" in the Healthtech-1 Handbook. 👋 HELLO FROM RAJ 🎯 MISSION STATEMENT We have an ambitious mission: to unlock access to healthcare by making every appointment in the NHS bookable. To reach national scale, Raj needs to spend his time on strategy and execution, not admin and logistics. Your job is to run his operation flawlessly so nothing slips and he's always prepared. We invest heavily in development, care deeply about our people, and will support you when needed. BUT you must be comfortable with pressure and prepared to work 60+ hours a week. 🎯 GOAL EXPECTATIONS The goal: Make Raj more effective, and act as a force multiplier for the company. Help us hit 50,000 Weekly Appointments Booked by September 2026. Your role directly contributes to this by: 1. Ensuring Raj's time reflects our priorities 2. Make Raj a decision-making engine Success looks like: * Raj's calendar actually matches company priorities (not just what's urgent) * As a result, Raj feels that the vast majority of his time is spent on the right things * Nothing gets lost - actions tracked, commitments delivered * Meetings happen smoothly - right people, right prep, actions, owners and deadlines * Raj never chases you for updates * Zero typos, broken links, or half-done work 📅 YOUR 30 / 60 / 90 DAY PLAN BY DAY 30: GET THE ENGINE RUNNING Output: Raj's operation is visibly smoother. You will have: * Mastered calendar and inbox - you know what matters to Raj, what is noise, and what is not. * Shadowed Raj in all meetings - you understand his meetings, priorities, and working style * Established your quality standards and techniques to meet them - nothing leaves your desk with errors * Run logistics for 5+ major meetings - materials ready, people briefed, no surprises * Built your action tracking system - Raj's commitments are visible and moving forward, no actions have been missed BY DAY 60: MAKE HARD THINGS EASY Output: Raj trusts you completely with his operation. You will have: * Calendar on autopilot - you make judgment calls and Raj agrees with them, you schedule to priorities not requests * Inbox at zero daily - you respond on his behalf when appropriate, flag urgent, eliminate noise * Raj’s meeting prep is reliably excellent, also has a venue (rooms if internal), starts on time, has buffer zones where needed * Tracked 50+ actions to completion, with nil missed * You’re acting as a reliable, independent thought partner who can challenge Raj when needed but also play with his ideas to optimise his creativity and output * Observe and take note of what gives Raj energy e.g. meditation, exercise and ensure he has space to do this each day BY DAY 90: SET THE STANDARD Output: You're indispensable to how Raj operates. You will have: * Raj delegates tasks once and forgets them - he trusts they're done * Zero dropped balls - your tracking system means nothing slips * Meeting quality is consistent - prep happens without Raj thinking about it * You've optimised Raj's calendar multiple times based on what actually gets results * You've built templates and systems that make recurring work effortless * You and Raj complement each other’s mindsets and abilities, you catch details he misses, you know when to bring Raj back into focus and how to prioritise his ideas * You understand how to create a world where Raj can work at his optimum, sometimes last minute and amongst chaos, but create time and space for him to channel that energy into order so the rest of the team can thrive in structure, good communication and clarity * You're always two steps ahead - no firefighting, just smooth execution 🔍 SCOPE OF THE ROLE YOU FULLY OWN: * Calendar management - protect time, align to priorities, optimize for effectiveness * Inbox triage - respond when appropriate, flag urgent, eliminate noise * Meeting logistics - scheduling, materials prep, attendee briefing, room setup * Task management - action tracking, chase completion, flag blockers * Quality control - proofread everything both yours and Raj’s, check every link, catch every error * Admin execution - expenses, travel, documentation, whatever needs doing including personal tasks e.g. dentist appointments * Protect Raj's daily fuel - (exercise, 1hr meditation, family) and be his family's contact to ensure he shows up for what matters YOU DO NOT OWN: * Strategic decisions or recommendations * Special projects spanning multiple functions * Managing other people's teams * Pete's operation (he has his own FA/EA) * Functional execution (engineering, sales, support) OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROGRESSION: * This is one of the fastest growing health tech startups in the UK. We may be a small team of 40 (currently) but we are mighty, serving 26% of the country with our first product and with lofty ambitions ahead. As Raj and the company grows, so will this role too, and in the future there is the opportunity to be the right hand person to the CEO of a company serving up critical infrastructure to the NHS and its patients. 👍 ABOUT YOU * 2-4 years as a top-tier EA * Mission-driven - you Care deeply about the NHS * High-energy and excited to get the job done * Obsessive about quality - errors don't happen on your watch * Exceptional prioritisation - you know what's urgent vs important * Proactive communicator - you update before being asked * Calm under pressure - you thrive when it's chaotic, and can juggle many tasks in parallel * Judgment you can trust - you make the right call when Raj isn't available 👌 NICE TO HAVE * Experience supporting C-suite in high-growth startups * Built systems that made teams more effective 💙 A BIT ABOUT US 💙 We’re all NHS staff. We’re inside-outsiders. Trusted with one of the biggest datasets in the world. 🏥 Our office is within a GP practice. This is our unfair advantage. Got a question? Pop down the corridor. Want to learn how your work affects real patients? Pop downstairs to reception. 💪🏼 4 days in the office and 1 day WFH (for most roles). One of the benefits of a high trust team is we often work autonomously, but as a team we’re very collaborative by nature. Two heads are often better than one, and we frequently lean on each other to solve problems together. 🤜🏽 We’re backed by industry leaders. We’re on the DigitalHealth.London Accelerator, backed by the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Program, winners of the London Business School Healthtech Challenge, Innovate UK, and Y Combinator (S23). 🚀 AN OPPORTUNITY FOR REAL UPSIDE 💉 Paid volunteer days. We offer an additional 2 paid days off per year where you can give back to your mission of choice. 🎢 Every 8 weeks we take a day off to socialise as a team.
