Om verksamheten Överförmyndarverksamheten arbetar på uppdrag av Överförmyndarnämnden Uppsala, som är gemensam överförmyndare för länets åtta kommuner: Uppsala, Enköping, Håbo, Knivsta, Heby, Tierp, Östhammar och Älvkarleby. Verksamheten ansvarar för rekrytering, utbildning och tillsyn av gode män, förvaltare och förmyndare. Uppdraget handlar ytterst om att säkerställa att barn och vuxna som inte själva kan ta tillvara sina rättigheter inte missgynnas ekonomiskt eller rättsligt. Under de senaste åren har verksamheten bedrivit ett framgångsrikt utvecklingsarbete inom bland annat digitalisering, rekrytering av ställföreträdare och arbete mot välfärdsbrott. Arbetssätt och resultat har uppmärksammats nationellt och används ofta som inspiration för andra kommuner. Ett uppdrag i utveckling Överförmyndarverksamheten står inför flera viktiga utvecklingsfrågor de kommande åren. Nya lagkrav, fortsatt digitalisering och ökade krav på samverkan ställer höga krav på ett tydligt och utvecklingsorienterat ledarskap. Organisatoriskt kommer överförmyndarens verksamhet från och med den 1 januari 2027 att organiseras som en avdelning inom kommunledningskontoret, med än större möjligheter till samverkan och utbyte med andra verksamheter. Ditt uppdrag Som chef för överförmyndarverksamheten har du det övergripande ansvaret för verksamhet, ekonomi, personal, arbetsmiljö, kvalitet och utveckling. Du rapporterar till biträdande stadsdirektör och till överförmyndarnämnden. Som avdelningschef ingår du i kommunledningskontorets ledningsgrupp och bidrar till hela organisationens utveckling, med målet att skapa mervärden och uppnå ökad måluppfyllelse. Du har ett nära samarbete med överförmyndarnämndens ordförande. Du leder en verksamhet med cirka 25 medarbetare som arbetar i tre team med stöd av teamledare. Verksamheten präglas av hög kompetens, ett starkt engagemang och väl etablerade arbetssätt. We are looking for four motivated postdocs to help design the next generation of human-in-the-loop autonomous systems at the Division of https://www.chalmers.se/en/departments/cse/our-research/interaction-design-and-software-engineering/ You will contribute to a future in which we can rely on better robots, autonomous networks, and other smart systems – impacting domains such as healthcare, transportation, and other areas of our society. These systems are often software-intensive and we develop mechanisms to create better software for safer, more secure, and more usable systems. About the research project Several projects are currently recruiting: - SSF project (funded by the Swedish Foundation for Strategic Research) on enabling collaboration between teams of humans and autonomous systems. The goal is to design principles for effective coordination in future work environments where humans and machines interact more closely. The project may involve performing empirical studies with humans, developing run-time models that software-intensive systems can use to reason about coordination, designing methods to detect and respond to cybersecurity threats, and running experiments for evaluation. Two postdoc positions will be funded by this project. - VR project (funded by the Swedish Research Council Vetenskapsrådet) on making self-adaptive systems aware of end users’ expectations. The goal is to design a language to describe expectations using formal modelling methods, develop methods to understand the needs of human users and to explain a system’s actions, and evaluate the contributions using simulations and physical robots. - WASP project on Human-in-the-Loop Autonomous Systems (funded by WASP). YOUR MISSION As a UAV Technician, you will be the technical backbone of our flight test operations in the Nordics, specifically driving the development of the Virtus product line. Your mission is to ensure our platforms can withstand extreme cold and operate flawlessly. In addition, working in the Nordics will include utilizing systems adapted for Arctic climate. Preferably you have built FPV copters, deeply understand UAV architectures, and can troubleshoot complex avionics on the fly. You will face unpredictable challenges in harsh environments and solve them with a highly skilled team. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, fine-tuning heating element settings, replacing components on the spot, and providing critical, documented feedback to the engineering team in Germany. This is a highly versatile role. While your primary focus is technical troubleshooting and UAV maintenance, you will have the opportunity to expand your scope into other areas. About the team The Backend area is a vital part of our production, where in the area we perform all outgoing quality control of our products, conducting electrical measurements and optical inspections. We also work with blade and stealth dicing, wafer thinning, and CMP (chemical mechanical planarization). There is a team of 19 people working in the Backend area, out of which four are working with service (three Service Technicians and one Maintenance Engineer). About the role As a Service Technician at Silex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our high-tech equipment is operational in production through maintenance, operations, and service tasks, all conducted in cleanroom environments. The equipment you will work with involves electronics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, chemistry, and gases. You will collaborate with skilled colleagues, including area managers, process engineers, and operators. Each day begins with a handover from the previous shift, after which tasks are planned and divided among the Service Technicians. There will be a mix of planned and unplanned service activities, and we are continuously working to improve the uptime of our machinery to reduce unplanned tool stops. We want you to participate in, and help drive, continuous improvements in the area. The working hours for this position will be night shift, Monday night–Friday morning 22:30–07:00. For the first couple of months you will receive training on another shift (day, evening) and then transfer to the night shift.
