Your future We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join the team, supporting our DALI lighting control solutions, and building automation products, W-Modbus and W-BACnet. In this role, you will take ownership of post-sales technical support, working closely with customers such as lighting designers, installers, electricians, and system integrators. You will operate mainly as a 2nd – 3rd line support function, collaborating with distributors and internal development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, often related to configuration, system setup, and interoperability. The role may also include handling RMA cases and supporting more complex investigations, occasionally on-site.
