Financial & Operational Governance: * Total P&L accountability for the EMEA region, including revenue attainment, gross margin targets, and organisational utilisation. * Regional Revenue Attainment: Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual Professional Services revenue targets for EMEA * Gross Margin %: Maintain regional delivery margins by balancing internal headcount costs against billable rates and third-party partner usage. * Services Attach Rate: Increase the percentage of software deals that include a strategic services component (Discovery, Architecture, or Implementation). * Govern regional capacity planning to ensure Sub-Regional Managers have the headcount and skills (e.g., Cypher, Data Modelling, Agentic Frameworks) to meet demand. * Billable Utilisation (Regional Average): Maintain an optimal blended utilisation rate across all sub-regions, ensuring the team is productive without risking burnout. * Backlog Conversion Velocity: Monitor the speed at which "Sold" services are converted into "Recognised Revenue" by ensuring Sub-Regional Managers kick off projects promptly. * Forecasting Accuracy: Maintain high precision in 90-day revenue and resource forecasting to inform global hiring and capacity decisions. * Customer & Platform Impact: * Time-to-Value (TTV): Shorten the window between contract signature and the customer’s first successful "Graph Query" or production use case. * Customer Satisfaction (CSAT/NPS): Achieve target scores for post-engagement surveys, ensuring high-quality delivery across all sub-regional teams. * Renewal & Expansion Rate: Collaborate with Sales/Account Teams to ensure services-led accounts show higher platform retention and expansion into new graph use cases. * Organizational Scaling & Talent: * Leadership Development: Success in coaching and promoting high-potential individual contributors into management or "Principal Consultant" tracks. * Partner Leverage Ratio: Increase the percentage of delivery hours handled by certified Graph Partners to allow internal teams to focus on the most complex, high-margin advisory work. * Employee Retention & Engagement: Maintain low voluntary attrition rates across EMEA Services organisation through effective culture-building and career pathing. * Risk Management: * Oversee regional risk management, acting as the final territory executive escalation point for the most complex or high-risk commercial engagements. Cross-Functional & Sales Alignment: * Partner with the EMEA Sales VP to integrate services strategy into the "Big Deal" motion, ensuring services are positioned as a strategic accelerator, not just a line item. * Collaborate with the Partner/Alliances team to build a robust ecosystem of third-party integrators, augmenting internal capacity with certified graph partners. * Advocate for the "Voice of the Regional Customer" within the global leadership team to influence the platform’s technical roadmap. QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of experience in Professional Services or Management Consulting within the Enterprise Software/Data space.Manager of Managers: At least 5 years of experience leading a multi-layered organisation with direct responsibility for subordinate people managers. Proven success managing a $5-10M+ P&L in a high-growth SaaS or Database environment.High-level fluency in the Graph Database landscape (NoSQL, RDF, Property Graphs) and an understanding of how graph technology solves enterprise-scale data silos.Experience navigating the complexities of regional expansion, specifically the cultural and legal nuances of operating across EMEA. Assignment Description We are looking for a Battery Cell Test Engineer What You Will Work On Plan, coordinate, and follow up battery cell durability tests Collaborate with internal laboratories, external test partners, and battery suppliers Collect, structure, and manage battery cell test data Analyze battery test results using Python, MATLAB, Excel, or similar tools Prepare and communicate technical findings to engineering teams and stakeholders Develop and maintain battery durability test matrices and test procedures Support development of test codes and follow-up routines Contribute to vehicle durability projects and battery service life evaluations Support requirement verification and usage strategy discussions Collaborate with CAE, battery cell design, integration, and validation teams Prepare battery data for simulation and visualization tools Improve testing methodologies, data analysis processes, and engineering documentation Contribute to battery ageing analysis, degradation studies, and life prediction activities Support continuous improvement of battery testing tools and engineering practices What You Bring Engineering degree in Electrochemistry, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or a related field Experience working as a Battery Test Engineer, Validation Engineer, Laboratory Engineer, or similar role Practical experience with testing, measurements, laboratory work, or validation activities Strong interest in Li-ion battery technology and automotive electrification Understanding of battery cell behavior, electrochemistry, ageing, degradation, or cell design Experience analyzing technical data using Python, MATLAB, Excel, or similar tools Experience managing and structuring engineering test data Ability to document technical results and communicate findings effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent collaboration and communication abilities Experience working with battery cell testing or durability testing is highly preferred Experience with battery test rigs, data acquisition systems, or laboratory equipment is an advantage Experience handling supplier test data is beneficial Experience within automotive electrification is a plus Curious, structured, and eager to learn in a collaborative engineering environment

Leveraging your expertise in modern technologies and protocols, you will be responsible for implementing, and maintaining robust observability solutions to monitor, analyse, and troubleshoot our distributed systems. This position requires passion about leveraging observability platforms to drive operational excellence and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. It also requires strong technical skills in AWS, Terraform, Git workflows, and a deep understanding of DevOps principles. Our Product Development organisation is truly Global with cross functional teams spanning 6 Tech Hubs – Malta, Budapest, Stockholm, Tallinn, Kyiv and Athens. With around 1,000 professionals, the technology organisation is spear-headed by our CTO-CPO with all our talented Area Teams working together. A TASTER OF WHAT YOU WILL BE INVOLVED WITH: * Design, deploy, and maintain observability platforms and tools such as Prometheus, Grafana LGTM+ stack, OTel and others to provide comprehensive insights into system behaviour and performance. * Collaborate with development, operations, and other cross-functional teams to integrate observability solutions into the CI/CD pipeline and automate monitoring and alerting processes. * Develop custom monitoring solutions and instrumentation libraries to capture relevant metrics, logs, traces, and events across microservices architectures. * Configure and optimize telemetry collection, storage, and visualization components to ensure scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. * Implement anomaly detection algorithms and predictive analytics to proactively identify and mitigate potential issues before they impact users. * Conduct thorough root cause analysis of incidents and performance bottlenecks, leveraging observability data to drive continuous improvement initiatives. * Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and industry standards in observability, and assess their applicability to our environment. * Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration. * You will be expected to form part of a 24/7 on call roster to support your engineering team during out of office incidents calls * Drive automation initiatives using Terraform, Git workflows, and other DevOps tools to streamline deployment processes and improve operational efficiency. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Hands on experience with most of the following technologies: * * AWS * Kubernetes * Helm * Ansible * Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go for automation and tooling development. * Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) in cloud-native environments. * Strong understanding of distributed systems architecture, networking concepts, and security principles. * Familiarity with modern observability protocols and standards, including OpenTelemetry for unified observability. * Expertise in configuring and managing monitoring solutions like Prometheus, Grafana LGTM+ stack, and APM tools. * Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible for provisioning and configuration management. * Knowledge of eBPF (extended Berkeley Packet Filter) for deep observability into the Linux kernel and user-space applications.
