Location: Fully remote within the US - ideally based in Miami, Los Angeles, New York, or Chicago Salary: Competitive base + Commission About Nivoda 🚀 Nivoda is a rapidly scaling global B2B diamond and gemstone marketplace connecting jewelry retailers with competitive, high-quality suppliers worldwide. Processing $300M+ in annual transactions and operating across multiple regions, Nivoda is transforming a $350B industry that has historically been slow to modernise. Our platform gives businesses of all sizes, from independent jewellers to major retail chains access to the world's best diamond and gemstone inventory, without the traditional barriers of capital, geography, or information asymmetry. OUR MISSION 🎯 Diamond and gemstone trading has long been plagued by inefficiency, opacity, and exclusivity. Nivoda was built to change that - to democratise access and empower every business, regardless of size or location, to buy and sell with confidence. Independent jewellers are at the heart of this mission. They deserve the same access to quality, pricing, and selection as the biggest players in the industry. That's exactly what we give them. THE TEAM ⭐️ Our Sales team is the engine that brings Nivoda's mission to life. We're a high-energy, globally distributed group that moves fast, owns outcomes, and genuinely cares about the success of every jewelry business we work with. This is a team that thrives on commercial creativity, deep customer relationships, and relentless execution and we're growing fast. ABOUT THE ROLE 🤔 This is a rare opportunity to be the first Enterprise Account Executive on the ground in the US, shaping how Nivoda engages its most strategically important accounts in the jewelry retail market. You won't be parachuting into a fully-built function, you'll be helping define what 'enterprise' looks like at Nivoda for this segment. Your focus will be two-fold: reactivating existing enterprise accounts that have gone quiet or underperformed, and developing new relationships with high-potential enterprise jewelry retailers. These are million-dollar to multi-million dollar accounts - business owners who make buying decisions themselves, not faceless procurement committees. That means relationships matter enormously here. Alongside new business development, you'll own a portfolio of accounts with real depth, reviewing their activity, presenting new product launches, cross-selling and upselling, and becoming the trusted commercial partner they turn to first. This is a strategic role that requires you to think like an account manager and execute like a hunter. WHAT WOULD YOU BE DOING? 😎 Account Reactivation & Pipeline Development * Identify and prioritise lapsed or underperforming enterprise accounts and build tailored reactivation strategies for each, using a combination of data insight and relationship outreach. * Prospect and develop new relationships with small-to-mid-size jewelry retailers across the US, building a self-generated pipeline alongside any inbound opportunities. * Represent Nivoda on the ground in the US: at trade shows, jewellery industry events, and face-to-face with key accounts across the country. Strategic Account Management & Growth * Own a portfolio of enterprise SMB accounts end-to-end, from onboarding through to sustained revenue growth - serving as their primary point of contact and trusted commercial partner. * Set up regular business reviews with key accounts, reviewing their purchasing activity, sharing platform updates and new product launches, and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities. * Build multi-contact relationships within each account where possible, deepening Nivoda's footprint and reducing single-point-of-failure risk. Commercial Insight & Platform Advocacy * Use platform data and buying behaviour insights to proactively identify growth levers, flag risks, and have informed commercial conversations with every account. * Act as a product advocate, helping accounts get more value from the Nivoda platform and providing structured feedback to product and category teams on what SMB buyers need. * Develop a deep understanding of the jewelry retail market in the US: buying cycles, trends, margin pressures, and what drives purchasing decisions for small business owners. Building the Enterprise Function * As the first Enterprise AE in the US, help shape the playbook, contributing to how we identify, segment, engage, and grow enterprise SMB accounts at scale. * Partner closely with the broader commercial, product, operations, and marketing teams to ensure enterprise buyer needs are reflected in how Nivoda evolves its platform and go-to-market. WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? 💪 * 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in the jewelry industry, luxury goods, or a marketplace with a jewellery or luxury vertical * A proven track record of reactivating dormant accounts and/or growing mid-market accounts from a standing start * Commercially sharp with a strategic mindset, you think about accounts in terms of long-term value, not just next month's number * Equally comfortable hunting for new business and nurturing existing relationships, you don't see these as separate jobs * Confident building relationships with business owners and decision-makers who are time-poor and sceptical of vendor sales pitches * Self-starter mentality, you're the first on the ground, which means you'll need to operate with ambiguity, build your own structure, and create your own momentum * Data-driven approach to account management: you use CRM and platform data to prioritise your time and conversations * Excellent communicator - clear, direct, and credible with senior stakeholders and small business owners alike NICE TO HAVE ✨ * Background at a high-growth marketplace or platform business with a strong enterprise or SMB sales culture * Familiarity with wholesale buying patterns, inventory-led businesses, or supply chain dynamics * Experience building or contributing to a sales function from scratch in a new market or territory OUR CULTURE AND WHAT WE OFFER 😉 At Nivoda, we believe that employees today want to evolve in a collaborative, high-growth environment where they can demonstrate their abilities and thrive both professionally and personally. We work to create a culture of empowerment, continuous learning, and growth where everyone can bring their expertise, own projects, and easily measure their impact. Dynamic working environment in a rapidly growing company. Enjoy a pleasant, low-hierarchy work environment. Engage in intellectually challenging work that contributes significantly to Nivoda's success and scalability. OUR CURRENT BENEFITS 🕰️ Flexible working hours and a vibrant company culture 💻 Remote work 🏥 Medical, Dental & Vision benefit 💸 401K benefit 🧠 Plenty of opportunities for growth and learning 🏖️ Unlimited holiday allowance 🚀 Chance to join and contribute to a company during its exponential expansion phase EQUAL OPPORTUNITY Nivoda is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace dedicated to promoting diversity. We don't discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status or disability status. Even if it seems you don't meet 100% of our musts, don't let it stop you. We are all about finding the best talent out there! Skills can be learned, and embracing diversity is invaluable. Hi there! Shape how AI-native engineering builds the products millions of people use to understand their energy. Most engineering teams still treat AI coding tools as a productivity add-on bolted onto business-as-usual development. At Eliq, we're building a true agentic engineering team, and we're looking for an AI-Native Software Engineer to join the cross-functional team behind our app and our modular, white-label web platform — orchestrating AI agents, not hand-cranking every line of code, to turn ideas into shipped features. This is a role for a curious, hands-on builder who enjoys orchestrating AI agents and verifying their work, rather than typing every line themselves. You'll have the space and support to take initiative, contribute to Product and UX/UI decisions, and see the direct results of your work. You'll be operating in a small, high-ownership team building the platform that powers 30+ utilities across 13 European markets. This is not a role where you wait for a fully-specced ticket — it's about orchestrating agents, verifying their output, and owning features end to end. This role reports to Engineering Manager Hadi Tavakoli and will collaborate closely with Product and Design teams. What You'll Do Agentic Orchestration: Direct AI coding agents to design, build, test, and ship features — centered on Angular + Capacitor, extending into .NET when a feature demands it. Verify AI output rigorously against types, tests, and real data, so hallucinations are driven to zero and releases are production-ready. Feature & Bug Ownership: Take full ownership of features and bugs end to end — gather information about the problem, design the solution, build it, and test the quality of the finished work. White-Label Reusability: Build configurable, reusable components for our white-label platform that scale cleanly across many branded instances. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA — proactively pulling in the information you need, meeting clients and internal teams directly, and helping shape Product and UX decisions along the way. Who You Are Curious about AI tooling and motivated to get genuinely good at directing it, not just using it. Comfortable being hands-on orchestrating, prompting, and verifying agents yourself rather than waiting on someone else to build it. Strong sense of ownership, able to take initiative and move features forward even when not everything is defined. Solid Angular + TypeScript fundamentals, enough to review, debug, and trust AI-generated code. We weigh AI-orchestration ability and frontend judgement over raw years of experience. A verification mindset: types, tests, reading the docs, checking against real data. Open to using AI agents to navigate .NET backend work, even without deep backend experience. Comfortable working closely across Engineering, Product, Design, and QA, contributing your perspective rather than waiting for instructions. Bonus If You Bring Experience with Capacitor / Ionic or other hybrid mobile frameworks. Experience with white-label or modular application architecture. Familiarity with API design. Why This Role Make a Real Impact – Help energy utilities/retail and other industries accelerate the clean energy transition while improving end-customer experience. Shape how an AI-native engineering team actually works at Eliq. 25 business days of annual vacation. Annual team events together with our colleagues from Sweden, UK, and Lithuania. Wellness and education allowance. 📍 Location This is a small team co-located in the same office in Gothenburg, Sweden, so the expectation would be that you’re keen to work in the office most of the time. We do have a company policy of flexible working hours and hybrid work (Mondays, Thursdays, and the 3rd day of your choice are in-office days for the team). If you read this far, it's time to apply: We think you’re excited to work with a team that moves fast, takes risks, and comes to work every day motivated to build solutions that impact millions of people. You don't need to tick every box. If this role excites you, we'd still love to hear from you. Please apply with your CV in English.

BUILD SOMETHING MONUMENTAL FOR HEALTHCARE! At Tandem Health we’re reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. Our platform - designed by clinicians, for clinicians - is built on deep insight into real-world pain points, with intuitive medical notes and workflows that truly support patient care. We’re a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors and expanding globally. We move fast, stay curious, and believe building something that matters starts with an extraordinary team. If you're passionate about impact and innovation, we'd love to meet you! ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for an exceptional Senior AI Engineer to join us in building the future of healthcare in Europe. This is not a traditional ML role. We’re looking for someone who has spent the last few years deeply immersed in building real-world, LLM-native products - someone who has moved beyond prototypes and understands what it takes to ship fast, reliable, production-grade AI systems that users depend on every day. Today, our AI products are already used daily by thousands of healthcare professionals across Europe. Our AI scribe is live in production at significant scale, and we’re now expanding far beyond documentation into a broader suite of AI-native workflows and products across the healthcare experience. You’ll join a small, highly ambitious team building some of the most advanced applied AI systems in European healthcare. We believe AI will fundamentally reshape healthcare over the coming decade, and we’re building products that meaningfully improve how care is delivered at scale. This role comes with substantial ownership, not only over technical execution, but also over shaping new AI initiatives, product directions, and how AI gets deployed across the company. We’re still early enough that the right person will have enormous impact on both the product and the organization, while working alongside an unusually strong team of engineers, builders, and operators. This role is ideal for someone currently building AI-heavy products at a startup or fast-moving tech company, and who wants to work even closer to the frontier of applied AI. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Build and scale deeply integrated LLM-powered product experiences used daily by healthcare professionals across Europe * Lead new AI initiatives from concept to production, helping define both technical direction and product strategy * Design robust systems around prompting, orchestration, evaluation, retrieval, agents, speech, and model infrastructure * Own projects end-to-end - from early product thinking and architecture decisions to deployment and iteration in production * Work closely with product, design, and engineering to create AI experiences that feel magical while remaining reliable and practical * Continuously evaluate and integrate new models, tooling, and infrastructure as the ecosystem evolves * Improve performance, latency, reliability, and cost-efficiency across our AI stack * Help shape how we work with AI across the company as we continue scaling our platform and team WHAT YOU BRING * 5+ years of engineering experience, with at least 2–4 years spent primarily building and shipping LLM-powered products * Strong hands-on experience applying modern LLMs in production environments - not just experimentation or research * Experience building agentic workflows or complex multi-step LLM systems * Experience leading technical initiatives or owning major AI product areas with high autonomy * Experience working with evaluation pipelines, model monitoring, or AI reliability systems * A strong product mindset and intuition for building AI experiences that create real user value * Experience operating in fast-moving startup environments with high ownership and ambiguity * Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to build high-quality systems end-to-end * Experience with technologies such as Python, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, or similar modern tooling * Deep curiosity about the rapidly evolving AI landscape, and excitement to stay at the frontier of applied AI * collaborative, low-ego approach and desire to work with exceptionally talented teammates BONUS POINTS * Experience with speech-to-text, voice AI, or multimodal models * Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries * Experience with fine-tuning and training LLMs LOCATION We believe the best ideas happen when we’re together. This role is based in our vibrant HQ in the Epicenter building in the heart of Stockholm where you will work primarily from our office to collaborate, connect, and build our culture. HOW TO APPLY We adopt a continuous selection process, so please make sure to apply with your CV in English. Our interview process consists of 4 stages: 1. Screening interview with Talent Acquisition 2. Technical interviews with some of our Engineering team 3. System Design Interview at our office - Join us in the Stockholm office for a lunch and a Product focused System Design interview to experience our culture firsthand, collaborate with our team, and see how you work in action. 4. About Gelato Gelato has created the world's largest global network for on-demand production of custom products, from t-shirts and mugs to books and wall art. Gelato operates across three distinct business lines: Optimalprint, our B2C ecommerce brand serving millions of customers across 20+ markets; GelatoCreate, which enables creators and small businesses to connect their own stores directly to our print network via API; and GelatoConnect, our SaaS suite built to modernize the print industry through smarter software for producers everywhere. This role sits within Optimalprint. About Optimalprint Optimalprint is where Gelato began. What started as a single ecommerce platform has grown into a global brand operating in 20+ markets across Europe, North America, and Australia, helping millions of customers create personalized photo products, cards, prints, and more. We run large, multi-million-euro advertising budgets across a wide portfolio of markets and channels. We move fast, measure everything, and we are rebuilding our customer acquisition engine for the age of AI. That is where you come in. The Opportunity This is not a traditional performance marketing role. We are looking for an AI Marketing Specialist, someone who treats AI not as an occasional tool but as the default operating layer for everything they do, from media buying and analysis to creative production and competitor intelligence. You will own real budgets and real channels from day one, with the mandate and the freedom to automate, experiment, and rethink how acquisition works at a global scale. If you are quantitatively minded, relentlessly curious, and excited by the idea that one sharp operator armed with AI can outperform an entire team using legacy workflows, this role is built for you. What You Will Be Doing Paid media across every major channel Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and emerging platforms (including AI-native ad placements as they mature). Manage budget allocation and forecasting across 20+ markets, balancing growth and efficiency targets (ROAS / CAC / contribution margin). Own bidding strategy, audience design, product feed quality, and full-funnel campaign structure. AI-first automation and tooling Build, test, and maintain AI agents and automation workflows that handle repetitive media-management tasks - negative keyword management, search-term mining, budget pacing, anomaly detection, and reporting. Use LLMs and agentic tooling (e.g. Claude, MCP-based integrations, the platform ad APIs) to compress work that traditionally took days into minutes. Continuously scout, evaluate, and roll out new AI tools across the marketing stack, with a bias toward shipping working prototypes over slide decks. Creative pipeline Drive the production of ad creatives and ad copy at scale using generative AI, building repeatable pipelines that turn product and market inputs into high-volume, on-brand static and video assets. Run structured creative testing and feed winning insights back into the generation process. Marketing technology and tracking Own and maintain tracking infrastructure, including Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, server-side tagging, and the integrity of the data feeding our bidding algorithms. Safeguard measurement quality and consent compliance (Consent Mode, OneTrust / TCF) across markets, and troubleshoot tracking incidents end-to-end. Analysis and measurement Turn data from Looker, Google Analytics (GA4), and the ad platforms into clear, decision-ready insight, and increasingly, let AI do the first pass of that analysis for you. Build dashboards and lightweight models for performance, incrementality, and budget allocation. SEO / GEO support Support our organic search and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) efforts, helping ensure Optimalprint shows up where customers (and AI assistants) are searching. Competitor and market intelligence Build automated monitoring of competitor activity across paid, organic, and AI-surfaced channels, and translate it into action. Who You Are 2–4 years of relevant experience in performance marketing, growth, analytics, consulting, or a quantitative/technical role where you've worked with data and measurable outcomes. A strong quantitative foundation holding a master’s degree (or equivalent capability) in mathematics, engineering, finance, statistics, computer science, or a similarly analytical field. Genuine fluency with AI tools. You already use LLMs and AI agents in your daily work and have a point of view on where they help and where they don't. You're comfortable prompting, chaining, and automating and ideally comfortable reading or writing a bit of code (Python, SQL, JavaScript, or scripting against APIs) to make tools talk to each other. Hungry, ownership-driven, and fast. You'd rather ship and iterate than wait for permission. You're energized by responsibility and large budgets, not intimidated by them. Numerate and commercially sharp - you can connect a campaign decision to a P&L impact. Strong communication skills in English (our working language). Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change in a high-growth environment. Bonus Points Hands-on experience with one or more major ad platforms (Meta / Google Ads) and their APIs. Familiarity with tracking and analytics stacks: GTM, GA4, server-side tagging, BigQuery, Looker. Experience building automations or agents (MCP, n8n, custom scripts, or similar). Ecommerce, marketplace, or DTC background. Additional European languages. What it's like to work at Gelato We are a customer-obsessed team with the ambition to change the world by connecting technology to the printing industry and making it much more sustainable. We are a driven team with big goals, so we seek individuals who are genuinely passionate about their work and possess an entrepreneurial spirit. Our culture is unique and we live by our values, so it's worth learning more about our culture and how we work before presenting your application.
