Nu startar vi en Auktoriserad Drönarskola (ADS) och söker en Skolchef som har det operativa ansvaret för utbildningsverksamheten.  Om rollen  Som Skolchef har du det operativa och regulatoriska ansvaret för Swedrons Auktoriserade Drönarskola. Du rapporterar till Transportstyrelsen, ansvarar för samtliga delar av utbildningsverksamheten och säkerställer att kraven enligt EASA:s regelverk efterlevs. Eftersom regelverket uppdateras kontinuerligt, är det också en viktig del av rollen att hålla sig löpande uppdaterad. Rollen omfattar operativt ansvar och aktivt deltagande i utbildningsverksamheten. Du ansvarar för dokumentation, intyg, elevregister, bedömningar och examinationer, och deltar även i undervisningen, både teoretiskt och praktiskt med fokus på att säkerställa att varje moment håller rätt nivå och följer gällande regelverk. Du samarbetar tätt med en erfaren utbildare som ansvarar för att ta fram kursinnehåll och pedagogik.
