This is Adyen Adyen provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft - making us the financial technology platform of choice. At Adyen, everything we do is engineered for ambition. Our Payment Solutions team is the engine behind this, processing billions of transactions while empowering businesses to create seamless payment experiences. As Adyen and our merchants scale globally, the complexity and volume of our operational knowledge are growing exponentially. Senior AI Engineer - Payments To position our Payments organization at the technological forefront, we are establishing a GenAI team focused on identifying high-impact use cases for automation through agentic capabilities. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will undertake some of the most technically demanding work in applied AI: designing agents that reason over complex, multi-step tasks, building the infrastructure to ensure production-grade reliability, and shaping how humans and AI collaborate at scale within a global payments company. This is not a narrow research role. You will take full ownership of your work, from early research through deployed production systems, influence the team's technical direction, and act as a force multiplier for the broader AI organization, including contributing to custom model development for structured financial data, and working toward our longer-term ambition of defining how humans and AI collaborate at scale across the company. What you’ll do: * Discover and Build: You will be an explorer within Adyen, proactively engaging with product and engineering teams to uncover their most critical challenges. You won't wait for instructions; you'll find high-impact opportunities and rapidly design and build AI prototypes (MVPs) to demonstrate value. * Develop Strategic AI Products: You will own the end-to-end development of bespoke AI tools that solve problems unique to Adyen's scale. Whether it's optimizing merchant experience, enhancing pricing models, or improving internal workflows, you will build intelligent solutions. * Own Evaluation and Benchmarking: Define and lead the evaluation strategy for the agentic systems and LLMs your team builds and deploys. Design internal benchmarks grounded in real domain complexity, probing for genuine capabilities, edge cases, and failure modes that standard metrics miss. Build reusable evaluation infrastructure that is embedded in the development process, not bolted on after the fact. * Provide AI Expertise Across the Organization: Serve as a technical resource for AI initiatives across Adyen - evaluating agentic frameworks, retrieval and search strategies, or agent tool-use approaches across partner teams. Surface connections across initiatives and help teams avoid duplicating work or converging on the wrong approach. * Raise the Bar: Set engineering standards for the team and company. Provide mentorship through problem decomposition, research methodology, and code review. Champion reproducibility, documentation, and rigorous evaluation practices across the AI organization. Who you are: * You have 7+ years of hands-on experience in applied AI/ML research or engineering, with a clear track record of shipping AI systems, including agentic or LLM-powered systems, in production environments. * You have deep expertise in language models and Generative AI, with hands-on depth across several of: architecture, post-training (fine-tuning, RLHF), inference optimization, context engineering (RAG), and failure modes at scale. * You have proven experience designing and operating agentic systems at scale, multi-agent orchestration, tool use, memory and context management, state handling for long-running workflows, and human-in-the-loop design. You understand what separates production agents from research prototypes. * You are rigorous and systematic about evaluation. You have designed evaluation frameworks or internal benchmarks that go beyond standard metrics. You understand the failure modes of LLM-as-judge approaches and know how to measure what actually matters for a given system and use-case. * You have a strong foundation in classical machine learning: supervised learning, ensemble methods, optimization, probabilistic modeling, and statistics. You reach for the appropriate tool for the problem. * You write clean, well-structured, production-ready code, primarily Python, and you hold research code to an engineering standard. * You have hands-on experience with at least one production-grade agentic framework. Nice to Have (tell us about them!) * Familiarity with financial data, payments, fraud detection, or risk systems. * Track record of external visibility: publications, conference presentations, or open-source contributions. * Experience with observability and evaluation tooling. * Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment pipelines in large-scale environments. Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitments Our unique approach is a product of our diverse perspectives. This diversity of backgrounds and cultures is essential in helping us maintain our momentum. Our business and technical challenges are unique, and we need as many different voices as possible to join us in solving them - voices like yours. No matter who you are or where you’re from, we welcome you to be your true self at Adyen. Studies show that women and members of underrepresented communities apply for jobs only if they meet 100% of the qualifications. Does this sound like you? If so, Adyen encourages you to reconsider and apply. We look forward to your application! What’s next? Ensuring a smooth and enjoyable candidate experience is critical for us. We aim to get back to you regarding your application within 5 business days. Our interview process tends to take about 4 weeks to complete, but may fluctuate depending on the role. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. The Role We're looking for a SEO & AEO Specialist to join our Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing. This role covers both halves of how people, and now AI, find us: SEO, preserving and optimizing the organic search visibility and traffic we already have, and AEO, preparing for how buyers increasingly get answers from AI-powered search and answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, etc.) rather than traditional search results. SEO is the foundation AEO builds on, so this isn't an AEO-only role. We need someone with real, hands-on SEO experience, technical, on-page, and content, who is also genuinely curious about how AI answer engines retrieve and cite content. Given how new AEO is, we're wary of candidates who've rebranded as “AEO experts” without the SEO grounding to back it up, just as we're wary of someone stuck purely in classic SEO with no interest in where search is heading. You'll work closely with our Web Developer on technical foundations, and with content and product marketing to shape content that performs in both classic search and AI answers. What You’ll Do SEO: * Own core SEO performance: Drive technical health, crawlability, indexation, on-page optimization, and keyword strategy across the site. * Run technical SEO audits: Regularly audit the site and partner with the Web Developer to fix issues (site speed, schema, structure) that affect both search and AI visibility. * Protect the baseline: Maintain and grow organic search rankings and traffic as a reliable, compounding source of demand, not something we optimize once and forget. AEO: * Own AEO strategy: Define and execute Legora's approach to answer engine optimization across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and other AI-driven discovery surfaces. * Optimize for citation, not just ranking: Structure content, schema markup, and page architecture so AI engines can easily parse, trust, and cite Legora as a source. * Monitor AI visibility: Track how and where Legora appears in AI-generated answers, build reporting to measure share of voice versus both AI answers and traditional search, and identify content gaps. Shared: * Partner cross-functionally: Work with the Web Developer on technical SEO/AEO foundations, and with content and product marketing to shape content that performs in search and answer engines alike. * Support PR on AEO outreach: Partner with PR on the listicle and third-party platform placements that matter for AEO, PR owns the outreach, you bring the AEO insight on where to focus and what to pitch. * Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously test and adapt as search and AI discovery evolve, applying disciplined SEO practice alongside the still-being-invented rules of AEO. What You Bring * Proven, hands-on SEO experience: Solid, real-world grounding in technical, on-page, and content SEO (schema, site structure, content architecture), this is the foundation the rest of the role builds on, not a box to check. * AEO/LLM curiosity: Hands-on experience or strong interest in how LLMs and AI answer engines retrieve, rank, and cite content, as an extension of strong SEO instincts, not a replacement for them. * Data-driven: Comfortable building and reading reporting on organic and AI-driven visibility, and translating it into a content roadmap. * Builder mindset: Energized by a genuinely new discipline with no established playbook; comfortable defining the approach as you go, while staying disciplined on SEO fundamentals. * Strong written communication: You can write and brief content that is clear, structured, and citation-worthy, for both humans and machines. What’s In It For You * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America. * Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success. * Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily. * In-person environment: Union Square office designed for ambitious builders and company provided lunch daily. * Benefits & Perks: We invest in our people with a comprehensive, thoughtfully designed benefits package: Medical, Dental & Vision * Multiple medical plan options through Aetna and Kaiser Permanente * HSA or Healthcare FSA (based on plan selection) * Dental plans via MetLife * Vision plans via Vision Care Family Support * Generous parental leave * Free access to Maven Clinic * Dependent Care FSA * Free One Medical membership for employees and dependents Additional Perks * Pre-tax commuter benefits * Life Insurance + STD/LTD * 401(K) with generous company match * Unlimited PTO * Robust voluntary benefits, including identity protection (via Aura), legal coverage via MetLife, pet savings programs, and more Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

We are proud of: * The work we do and the innovation we drive * Our values of share, care and dare * A workplace culture that fosters creativity, diversity and autonomy * Our borderless, global framework, which enables seamless collaboration The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead with 8+ years of confirmed Salesforce platform experience to lead a product team within the SF Core workstream of a global Luxury Maison’s Salesforce CRM Factory. SF Core is the Factory’s Priority 1 workstream and its largest team, covering the Maison’s core Sales Cloud CRM — Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, and the custom clienteling and boutique retail data model built on top of it. Operating as the senior-most technical authority within your squad and as a key technical reference across the Factory, you will set architecture direction, safeguard platform integrity, and mentor the next generation of Tech Leads — delivering robust, scalable CRM solutions that power boutique retail operations, omnichannel clienteling, and luxury client experiences across 5 continents. If you believe that great software and haute couture share the same DNA — precision, craft, and zero tolerance for defects — this role is for you. * A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo * A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing * Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data * Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) Role & Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Architecture: * Own end-to-end technical strategy and implementation across multiple features and workstreams — from design to deployment to documentation. * Define and drive multi-quarter architecture roadmaps aligned with the Maison’s IS model, in direct partnership with System Architects and Enterprise Architects. * Anticipate architectural constraints and technical risks ahead of PI Planning and macro-grooming, influencing the roadmap before commitments are made. * Exercise final veto authority on fast-fixes or shortcuts that risk destabilising the Salesforce platform — quality and long-term platform health are non-negotiable. * Act as the escalation point for cross-team technical decisions and arbitrate trade-offs between squads. * Represent the Factory in architecture governance forums and contribute to enterprise-wide technical standards. Development & Code Quality: * Guide the implementation of clean, well-tested Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform-native code with full automated unit test coverage (TDD standard), stepping in hands-on where needed. * Define the technical strategy for automated business and regression testing across the squad. * Own the code review framework and pair programming culture; set and audit software craftsmanship standards Factory-wide. * Define and continuously improve CI/CD pipeline standards; drive automation of testing, deployment, and delivery processes. * Own the technical debt strategy — prioritise, negotiate, and drive down debt for long-term platform stability. Run Activities (20% of Capacity): * Act as the ultimate Level 3 escalation point in the incident management chain for complex, high-severity production issues. * Oversee corrective maintenance quality — validate root-cause analyses, fixes, and documentation produced by the squad. * Arbitrate and prioritise complex change requests from analysis through delivery. * Approve and oversee sensitive data retrieval requests from Salesforce production environments. * Drive continuous improvement of the support knowledge base and incident-prevention practices. Build Activities (80% of Capacity): * Own the technical delivery of complete project solutions (code + tests + documentation) aligned to specifications and enterprise quality standards. * Lead roadmap elaboration, effort estimation, and sprint planning across the squad, and contribute to Factory-level capacity planning. * Mentor and grow Developers and Tech Leads (C3–C4) toward technical excellence and autonomy; act as a career reference for technical talent. * Own architecture decision records, solution design docs, and technical documentation standards across the squad. * Drive alignment and standards enforcement across the broader Salesforce developer community within the organisation. Agile & Collaboration: * Lead and actively shape SAFe ceremonies: Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning. * Collaborate closely with Paris-based product teams with near-real-time business hours overlap (08:30–18:30 CET). * Own technical debt and risk tracking in JIRA; oversee incident and demand logging discipline in ServiceNow. * Proactively identify and champion automation and AI-augmentation opportunities with the Factory Manager and Enterprise Architects. Required Skills & Qualifications Salesforce Technical Expertise: * 8+ years of confirmed, hands-on Salesforce platform development and architecture experience, with strong depth in Sales Cloud (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Campaigns). * Proven experience customising and scaling the core Sales Cloud data model for high-volume, multi-region retail or clienteling use cases. * Expert-level mastery of Apex (triggers, batch jobs, async patterns) and Lightning Web Components (LWC). * Deep expertise with Salesforce declarative tools: Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Permission Sets. * Advanced SOQL/SOSL query optimisation and governor limits mastery, including large-data-volume design patterns. * Salesforce DX (SFDX), VS Code Salesforce Extensions, and Git-based development workflows. * CI/CD tooling for Salesforce: Copado, Gearset, or equivalent deployment pipeline tools — including pipeline design and governance. * Strong Test Driven Development (TDD) discipline with high unit test coverage standards, enforced across a squad. * Advanced integration patterns: REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and event-driven architecture. Engineering Practices: * Proven track record setting and enforcing coding standards across multiple squads or a Factory-wide community. * Pair programming and mentoring culture — experienced coaching Tech Leads as well as Developers. * Ownership of technical documentation standards: architecture decision records, solution design docs, and operational runbooks. * Advanced Agile / SAFe methodology experience: PI Planning, Sprint cadences, and cross-squad backlog management. Tools & Platforms: * Incident & Demand Management: ServiceNow. * Project & Feature Management: JIRA. * Documentation & Knowledge Management: Confluence. * Development: Salesforce DX, VS Code, Git. * Agile Framework: SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): * Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification. * Exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud or Field Service Lightning (Priority 2 workstream — useful for cross-Factory collaboration, not core to this role). * Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (AMPscript, Journey Builder, Data Extensions) (Priority 3 workstream — not core to this role). * Knowledge of Salesforce MuleSoft or other middleware/integration platforms. * Extensive experience working in Luxury, Retail, or Fashion industry CRM environments. * Strong understanding of Salesforce AI capabilities: Einstein, Agentforce, or Copilot features. * Sharing & Visibility Architect certification. * Identity & Access Management certification. * Application Architect or System Architect certification (CTA track). * French language proficiency (Nice to Have — product teams based in France). ABOUT US Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. When an issue is too deep for any other tier, it comes to you. You are Legora's final technical authority on how the platform behaves in the real world, not just how it is specced to behave. In legal AI, that gap matters: a platform that behaves differently than promised is not just a bug report, it is a risk to a client's matter, their deadline, or their trust in the product. Your edge is investigative judgment and platform mastery, not writing code: you close the gap between what the product promises and what customers experience, before and after it ships. This is a parallel technical-authority seat working hand in hand with Product Operations, without the software development scope of an engineer. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own the hardest problems: Take the deepest technical escalations from across the function and drive them to root cause through rigorous log, data, and system-level analysis. * Validate the platform before it ships: Support beta testing and pre-GA investigations. Identify where real platform behavior diverges from the spec, pressure-test workflows under real conditions, and deliver findings to Product Operations with clear reproduction steps before they become customer-facing incidents. * Detect and declare systemic events: Identify when individual tickets share a common root cause and trigger coordinated incident response before volume makes the pattern undeniable. Own the signal that turns a cluster of cases into a declared Sev1 or Sev2 incident. * Be the AI subject-matter expert: Serve as the expert on platform behavior and AI output patterns, including accuracy, retrieval quality, document processing, and anomalous output. * Be the support function's voice in Product and Engineering: Bring the real-world pattern of platform failures into product reviews, release planning, and engineering discussions. Surface what the support tiers see that Product Operations does not, and advocate for the diagnostic tooling, observability improvements, and platform fixes that make the function faster and the product more reliable. * Drive technical root cause in incidents: Serve as the technical counterpart to the Principal Platform Advisor on Sev1 and Sev2 events, owning real-time diagnosis, Engineering liaison, and the technical path to resolution while the PPA holds customer coordination. Hand confirmed defects to Product Operations with clean reproduction steps and impact assessment. * Build leverage: Define and drive the diagnostic tooling, test frameworks, and automation that make every tier faster. Feed escalation trends back into product and process improvements, partnering with Product Operations to close the loop. * Raise the bar: Mentor and serve as final-filter reviewer for the specialists across the function. * Cover the clock: This role operates within a global follow-the-sun coverage model. Working hours may include occasional ad-hoc requirements outside the standard schedule. We will communicate any such requirements as early as practicable. WHAT YOU BRING * You have worked deep in technical support, solutions, or a platform-specialist role with a strong technical bent. * You are rigorous about the root cause, and logs, data, and systems are where you are at home. * You understand how LLM and AI systems behave, including how failure modes present to users. * You translate technical findings clearly for both Product Operations and customer-facing teams. * You are effective in cross-functional settings. You can represent the support function's perspective in engineering and product conversations and translate field patterns into product arguments that land. * You are composed under pressure and have experience working major escalations in parallel with customer-facing teams, without losing rigor on the technical investigation. * You think in patterns across cases, not just within them, and you act on a signal before it becomes a problem the customer names first. * A background in legal AI, document processing, or retrieval-augmented systems is a plus. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across regions, on work that crosses every major legal market. * Meaningful work: Your work shapes how the world’s leading legal teams adopt AI day to day. * Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and the tools to do your best work. * In-person environment: A workspace built for ambitious builders. Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience.

WHO WE ARE ABOUT STRIPE Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career. ABOUT THE TEAM Web Presence and Platform is organized into two pillars, each of which is grouped into pods that focus on the central tenets of the Stripe public mission. The Presence pillar creates industry-leading designs for Stripe front door surfaces, educating customers about the power of our platform, sharing ideas and expertise with the public, and driving adoption. The Platform pillar builds the internal machinery that powers these surfaces, and is responsible for making our websites fast, stable, and easy to update. Together we design and build stripe.com and other sites that amount to what is, for many, their first impression of Stripe. As such, WPP offers exciting opportunities to have a major impact on Stripe success. We want to make every pixel count, we want it to be enthralling, and we want to help other Stripes seamlessly benefit from our systematic work. While the team's mission anchors to web surfaces, this role lives deeper in the stack. You'll be the engine behind the experiences rather than the pixel-level presentation—APIs, data pipelines, model orchestration, and service reliability that make LLM-driven user experiences possible at scale. WHAT YOU'LL DO The Expansion pod brings creativity and executional rigor to attracting new prospects and driving conversion, focusing on user journeys, interactive and highly polished tools for users, and building targeted experiences for our global users. As a full stack engineer, you'll architect and build the server-side systems and LLM orchestration layers that power intelligent, dynamic user experiences across acquisition journeys. You'll design the APIs, data pipelines, and inference infrastructure behind delightful and original interactive tools and resources that attract users. You'll collaborate deeply across design, engineering, and cross-functional teams and work across teams and tech stacks to create new site capabilities—with a specific focus on integrating large language models into production-grade services that are reliable, performant, and safe. This is not a research or ML training role. You'll be responsible for wiring LLMs into real user-facing products—managing prompt pipelines, handling model routing and fallback logic, and implementing guardrails and output validation. RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and implement the tooling and platforms to support interactive content tools (e.g., calculators, generators, templates) that provide utility to current and prospective businesses * Utilize a user-first mindset to implement feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement of content and product offerings * Design and build integrations to third-party software and create seamless workflows across these tools to unleash their full potential to the rest of Stripe * Ensure reliability, security, and responsible AI practices across all LLM-driven features, including implementing content filtering, PII handling, rate limiting, graceful degradation, and output guardrails * Work with a small team of technically sophisticated engineers who put users first WHO YOU ARE We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * 5+ years of backend development experience, with emphasis on building APIs and services that power user-facing experiences * Experience writing clear, elegant code in a team environment * Familiarity with LLM APIs and concepts—prompt engineering, token management, embedding models, retrieval-augmented generation, or function calling. You don't need to be a researcher, but you understand how these models work well enough to build production systems around them. * Experience building and operating distributed backend systems—you're comfortable with service-oriented architectures, async processing, caching layers, and monitoring and alerting in production * Passion for engineering solutions focused around growth hacking and enablement * Excellent verbal and written communication PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Proven ability to stitch different services and processes together even if you haven't worked with them before * Experience in developing interactive tools and integrating them with existing systems * Experience building highly complex interactive tools, including state management and data fetching * Experience with data pipeline orchestration (Airflow, Dagster, Temporal, or similar) and structured output parsing from LLMs * Experience with prompt versioning, A/B testing model outputs, or building model gateway and routing layers that allow teams to swap or compare providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) • Proficiency with React, with a focus on interactions, animation, performance, and polish • Experience with A/B testing, synthetic monitoring, or accessibility testing
