Ditt uppdrag Som gruppchef Gata har du personalansvar för en arbetsledare och ca 8 st medarbetare. Inom uppdraget planerar och leder du tillsammans med arbetsledaren både den dagliga driften av vägar och infrastruktur samt säsongsbundna uppgifter som snöröjning och sandupptagning, slåtter och asfaltslappning. Till rollen hör att ta ett stort ansvar för det systematiska underhållet inom gatudriften. Du får ett utmanande driftuppdrag där du tillsammans med enhetschef, gruppchefskollegor, arbetsledare och medarbetarna bygger en professionell och kostnadseffektiv verksamhet med inriktning på både felavhjälpande insatser och det systematiska underhållet. Du kommer att ingå i en ledningsgrupp som tillsammans har uppdraget att leverera kvalitet till kommunens invånare. För att uppdraget skall lyckas behöver vi gå från att arbeta händelsestyrt till ett mer systematiskt arbetssätt. Idag bedrivs arbetet i blandad regi där huvuduppdraget vilar på egenregiverksamheten. Genom att säkerställa robusta och kostnadseffektiva arbetssätt som möjliggör en snabb åtgärd vid felavhjälpning lyckas du med den dagliga driften. Självklart bidrar du till en god återkoppling till medborgarna som gör felanmälningar eller har synpunkter, vilket är en naturlig del i arbetet. I rollen ingår personalansvar, mål- och resultatsamtal, lönesättning, säkerhet, arbetsmiljöarbete, budgetuppföljning och verksamhetsansvar. Även ärendehantering, avtalsuppföljning av entreprenörer, beställningar och fakturagranskning är en naturlig del i arbetet. I ditt uppdrag ingår också att aktivt delta i den gemensamma utvecklingen av verksamheten. Driftenheten är indelad följande verksamheter: Gata, Park och natur samt Fastighet och entreprenaduppföljning där Gata är en av tre grupper inom driftenheten. Enheten ska på ett ekonomiskt och effektivt sätt sköta Haninge kommuns infrastruktur och grönytor, parker och naturmark så att invånarna kan uppleva "det goda livet" i en tillgänglig och trygg kommun. YOUR MISSION JOB TITLE: Network Maintenance Supervisor JOB LOCATION: Cumbria TERMS: Permanent, full time THE JOB We are looking for a Network Maintenance Supervisor (GB) to ensure the network maintenance of the fibre network in Cumbria. The successful candidate will have supervisory experience, along with a proven track record of fault finding and splicing on a fibre network. YOUR PROFILE WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? * To take the lead and ensure the network maintenance team are meeting KPIs and targets and are acting in line with health and safety regulations and standards, including the upkeep and maintenance of the fibre infrastructure to current PIA standards * Attend fault location and complete any make safe/survey actions. * Identify fault, cause of fault and works required to restore service and record details of damage identified. * Assisting with planning crews and materials for all activities required to complete all tasks associated to restore service within the Service Level Agreement. * Identify requirements for street work permits and ensure compliance. * Supervising engineers on site and reporting any concerns into manager * Ensure relevant Health & Safety standards are followed and achieved, including but not limited to SSRAs, Street works, audits, inspections, investigations etc. * Escalation of concerns relating to downtime on network, ensuring appropriate parties are aware and plan is in place to resolve * Population of all system requirements for fault repair including (but not limited to), Field Services, SRV Population, Outage documentation, ARC GIS evidence. * Assist with completion of Post Incident Review documentation for critical outages. * Development of team resulting in streamlining processes as required on network * Oversee completion of works are carried out in line with acceptable standards * Attend daily operational calls with the client when required to review progress, workstack, key incidents and escalations. * Attend weekly progress meetings when required and ensure Council permits are in place to keep works on schedule * Manage client expectations on date deliveries and volume delivery targets * Manage risk register in line with delivery programme and documentation of possible delays * Assess, review, and mitigate commercial & contractual risks * Monitor work production outputs closely with regular dialogue with the commercial dept. * Overall adherence to health and safety policies and procedures across the business WHAT WILL YOU BRING? YOUR MISSION JOB TITLE: Network Maintenance Manager JOB LOCATION: NI TERMS: Permanent, full time THE JOB We are looking for a Network Maintenance Manager to take the lead in ensuring the Network Maintenance department is resourced and prepared to respond maintenance activities on the telecoms network. This is a hands-on position with high level of competency required. Key Responsibilities Kitchen Leadership & Operations Lead and participate in the preparation and production of all food Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to recipes, portioning, and quality standards Monitor food quality during and after preparation, making adjustments when needed Team Management Schedule and manage kitchen staff shifts in line with budgets Recruit, train, and develop BOH team members in line with business needs Quality, Safety & Compliance Ensure the kitchen complies with all health and safety regulations Maintain equipment in excellent condition through inspections and preventive maintenance Financial & Administrative Responsibility Control kitchen costs, staff & food costs, contributing to overall restaurant profitability Manage ordering and receiving of food and kitchen supplies Menu & Concept Development Plan and develop menus in collaboration with the Group Head Chef Improve standards and procedures when existing ones do not meet guest expectations Key Requirements Strong leadership skills Ability to perform consistently in a high-volume environment Proficient financial awareness and cost understanding Ability to build and maintain a world-class team culture Excellent time management Benefits Our team is full of big hearted and incredibly talented colleagues who will make sure you feel very welcomed from day one.
